Urban Legend: Story Of Racist White Woman Not Wanting To Sit Next To Black Man On TAM Flight Is False, Rebutted By Snopes

A Stormfront poster has called our attention to a cutesy-poo story circulating on Facebook. In the story, a White woman who was flying economy class aboard TAM Airlines objected to being seated next to a Black man. The flight attendant checked but found that there were no other seats in economy class. She informed the woman that the only alternative was to be seated in first class, after which the flight attendant granted the woman's wish not to be seated next to the Black man -- by inviting the Black man to take a vacant seat in first class. The passengers reportedly cheered, and everyone live happily ever after.

Except -- the story is FALSE. It's been exposed as a hoax by Hoax-Slayer and Snopes. Snopes says this is the fourth incarnation of a story that originally was told in 1998, only it was a South Africa White lady aboard a British Airways flight from Johannesburg. In 2004, it was re-told as a White woman on a flight from Saskatoon to Calgary, and in 2005, told again, only this time it was White woman seated next to a yarmulke-wearing Jew in Atlanta.

Yet an anti-racist website, ValueWalk, regurgitated it as fact, only briefly adding at the end "I don’t know if this is true. But it’s a nice story with an awesome ending", and urging readers to share the story if they're "against racism".

Well, I shared it -- and exposed it as B.S. But it reminds me of some of those cutesy-poo Holocaust stories that also turned out to be urban legends, such as the so-called Holocaust survivor Misha Defonseca, who wrote a book claiming that a pack of wolves helped her survive the Holocaust, and Buchenwald detainee Herman Rosenblat, who claimed his girlfriend tossed him apples and bread over the fence to help him survive. There are also some inconsistencies with Elie Wiesel's book, "Night".

But gee, who cares if these stories are true, so long as they're "heartwarming" and, in the words of Herman Rosenblat, "bring happiness to people". Or as Misha Defonseca said, "It's not the true reality, but it is my reality". A lot of people weren't too happy when they found out about the "true reality"; Defonseca got embroiled in a legal battle with her publisher, Jean Daniel, tried to sue her, and ended up losing.

TPM Interviews White Racial Activist Frazier Glenn Miller About The Kevin Harpham MLK Day Backpack Bomb Case

White racial activist Frazier Glenn Miller, at the ripe young age of 71, continues to ferret out new ways to advocate for the White racialist cause. And because his name was associated with that of the convicted MLK Day backpack bomber Kevin Harpham, a left-wing oriented website called TPM sought out Miller in preparation for a follow-up article on the case. TPM published the article, entitled "Harpham’s White Supremacist Prison Pen Pal Thinks MLK Parade Bomber Was Set Up", on January 27th, 2012.

According to this VNN Forum thread, Ryan Reilly, the author of the article, contacted Miller around 6:00 P.M. CST on January 26th. Miller says they chatted for 20 minutes, mostly about his views on Blacks and Jews, but also delved into his association with Kevin Harpham. Regarding Kevin, Miller said he's convinced Harpham was framed, and pleaded guilty only because he knew he couldn't get a fair trial; that he and Miller were forum friends for many years; that he contributed generously to VNN's newspaper project, proving he was working legally within the system; and that Kevin was far too intelligent to do anything as stupid and counter-productive as planting a bomb at a MLK parade route. But Miller was skeptical about the possibility that the final article would be fair, balanced, or accurate.

And Miller's skepticism appears justified, considering Reilly's use of the term "white supremacist" in the article. The characterization of Miller as Harpham's "pen pal" also seems a bit exaggerated, as the article goes on to state that written communication between Harpham and Miller was eventually shut down on the advice of Harpham's legal team. Indeed, Reilly reports that Federal prosecutors used Miller’s jailhouse letter and Harpham’s response as one of the factors supporting their demand for the imposition of a sentence that will maximize the time the defendant is incarcerated and subject to judicial oversight. Harpham was sentenced to 32 years in federal prison, although TPM reports that Harpham's defense team is still trying to withdraw his guilty plea because a new expert says the device didn’t fit the technical definition of a weapon of mass destruction.

Here are some of the key Miller quotes from the article (after the jump):

-- “I don’t believe he was guilty of that [the bombing], but I believe he was convinced by his attorneys and prosecutors and common sense that he would be convicted no matter what...It just happens so frequently to people who are involved in the white rights movement.”

-- “In one letter I suggested that I could maybe be a witness for him and testify that, you know, I’d been conversing with him on the Internet for years, he contributed to my newspaper project — proving that he wanted to work within the system, legal action, legal activity...He sent me hundreds of dollars to help out with that, which in my mind proves he wanted to be legal. And he was an intelligent guy, he’s not no dummy. He was an intelligent man. Brilliant, you might even say. I had a very strong opinion of his intellect, and most other people did on our VNN Forum”.

-- (About allegations that Harpham was specifically targeting Blacks) “He was more of an anti-Semite than an anti-black racist...He focused on what the Jews were doing to us, rather than what blacks do to us. Blacks, they have little power except what the Jews allow them to have. Jews call the shots. But white people, we have no power at all. We have nobody representing us, we have no leaders, we have no organization, we have no unity, no solidarity, we’re not even allowed to complain about our extinction.”

-- (About the effects of the case upon White activism) “Everybody’s terrified to even join anything of an activist nature, they all want to be net warriors, anonymous pussies who run their mouths on the Internet but wouldn’t say who they are, where they are, contact information or nothing...They just sit and squat and type anonymously what they claim they believe. They wouldn’t even put their real name beside what they say they believe, even in cyberspace.”

The statement about Harpham being more of an "anti-Semite" reflects one of the two prevailing points of view within the White racialist community on the Jewish Question. But while the more radical VNN Forum contingent prefer to look past Blacks and Mestizos to focus upon the Jew behind the scene, reflecting the belief that Jews have manipulated and weaponized Blacks and Mestizos against us, the more moderate Stormfront-dominated contingent believes that Blacks and Mestizos constitute just as much of a problem, since a White person can walk through a Jewish neighborhood at midnight without being harmed. Just try to walk through a Black or Mestizo neighborhood at midnight if you're White -- and have a death wish.

In the final analysis, Miller does not support Harpham’s actions. “I certainly wouldn’t advocate it publicly. I wouldn’t even advocate that any other way, that’s a stupid thing to do, a Marin Luther King parade, what the hell good is that gonna do?” Miller said. “And that’s why it didn’t happen, he’s innocent. He’s not that stupid, he’s an intelligent man.”

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie Turns His Supreme Court Into A Rainbow Club, Nominates Asian And Gay Black, Rhapsodizes About Diversity

Republicans and Democrats may differ on who to screw and who to bomb, but there's no difference when it comes to diversity. Anything that is "too white" needs to be "diversified". And New Jersey's Republican Governor Chris Christie, a key ally of Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney, proved he's no different when he announced his decision to turn his state's Supreme Court into a rainbow club with the nomination of an Asian and a gay Black to join that body, which is currently all-white.

Christie announced the nominations at a news conference attended by both nominees and their families. If confirmed, Bruce A. Harris, who currently serves as mayor of Chatham Borough in Morris County, would become New Jersey’s first openly-gay justice, and Phillip H. Kwon, who presently works in the Attorney General’s Office and lives in Closter in Bergen County, would become its first Asian justice.

But what's particularly troubling is that Christie seemed more enamored of the diversity than the competency. According to this press release, Christie said “I am extraordinarily proud to announce these two historic nominations to the New Jersey State Supreme Court. Bruce and Phil are each accomplished and talented individuals with skilled legal minds who are highly respected in the legal community. Just as importantly, each of them has demonstrated a remarkable commitment to serving their state and communities. Additionally, not only do their different backgrounds and career paths bring distinctive and important perspectives to the Supreme Court, Bruce and Phil also capture our state's diversity in a way never before seen in the history of the Court. Today is an important and historic symbol for New Jersey and our country. I am proud to be nominating two legal professionals who not only have a passion for this state and a dedication to the legal system, but also capture New Jersey’s great diversity.”

Two separate references to diversity in the same speech, along with the use of the word "historic". This guy acts like a teenager who just scored a date with the head cheerleader. Where in hell did this infatuation with diversity come from? I always thought the goal of the civil rights icon Martin Luther King was for the content of character to take precedence over the color of skin.

Of course, down in the middle of his state, Gov. Christie has a shithole called Camden, which is literally dying before our eyes, but have you ever heard Gov. Christie suggest it is "too black"? Has he suggested that Camden needs more "diversity"? Fat chance getting any white folks to move to Camden, Guv; you'd have to do it the way the feds "integrated" Little Rock High School in 1957 -- at gunpoint. By the way, the State Senate is ready to rubber-stamp the nominations; Senate President Sweeney promised an expedited confirmation process for these nominations, with an appropriate review process and up-or-down vote taking place in time for each to be seated by March of this year. But State Sen. Nicholas Scutari (D-Union), chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, promises that his committee will thoroughly vet the nominees, and suggests the March 1st date may be premature.

Naturally, Christie got props from one of the usual suspects. Steven Goldstein, the Jewish chairman of the state’s gay rights group, Garden State Equality, praised the choice. Goldstein said he was surprised by the announcement, but said the Christie administration has always treated gay community leaders with warmth and responsiveness.

Stormfronters share my own disgust, contempt, and skepticism over this move. If Christie really had to do something like this because he heads up such a diverse state, the least he could have done was to stress the competency of the nominees. Instead, he wasted his time chanting the diversity mantra. Well, here's a couple of other mantras in response:

Much of the world is currently showering accolades upon Laura Dekker, a plucky, gutsy Dutch teenager who sailed solo around the world. Dekker began and ended her journey at the Caribbean island of St. Maarten, jointly ruled by the Netherlands and France; setting forth on January 20th, 2011, she pulled back in to St. Maarten on January 21st, 2011, becoming the youngest sailor ever to circumnavigate the globe solo at the age of 16. She beat the previous record holder, Australian Jessica Watson, by eight months; Watson was 17 when she achieved it in May 2010. One difference; while Watson's trip was non-stop, Dekker stopped at various ports along the way. As a result, Dekker's achievement will not be entered in the Guinness Book of World Records, as Guinness has refused to recognize records by minors which they consider unsuitable.

One would think that such an accomplishment by a young White girl would get accolades within the White racialist community as well. Unfortunately, a Stormfront thread indicates this is not necessarily so. While some do praise Dekker for her accomplishments, there are a couple of defeatists who've shown up to rain on her parade by disrespecting, denigrating, and minimizing her achievement.

Fortunately the two naysayers were outnumbered and reproved by those who understand that yearning for discovery and adventure has always been a white person's trait, and that, for the most part, the black man lived in Africa for thousands of years with little interest in what was beyond his own bush. Also note that Das Ubermensch used the terms "coitus" and "masturbatory" in a discussion thread about a teenage girl; this makes me wonder if he has sexual issues regarding underage girls.

Unfortunately, this tendency to denigrate White accomplishments is not limited to this subject -- or to Stormfront. On VNN Forum, one leading poster, OTPTT, has frequently opined that the 1969 moon landing was faked, citing a raft of bullshit conspiracy websites to support his contention. OTPTT is not deterred by the fact that the Apollo crew was all White, and that by being a lunar denier, he's denigrating and minimizing their achievement. As White racialists, we should be celebrating the accomplishments of our race, not flushing them down the memory hole.

And just today, there is yet another VNN Forum thread in which some people imply that Christians cannot be White nationalists. Some jackass named John Shepard implies that one cannot be loyal to both Jesus and to one's race. Religion and race are separate issues; those who cannot separate the issues long enough to work together cannot be considered legitimate activists. In fact, because they sow division within the White racialist community, it is best to look upon them as whiggers. DSCI Pastor Martin Lindstedt actually maintains that whiggers are a bigger problem for us than Jews; I'm not sure he's wrong.

Despite the best efforts of Don Black and Alex Linder, both Stormfront and VNN Forum are absolutely infested with defeatists, trolls, losers, retards, and antifa masquerading as "racialists". Don't forget that Canadian human rights troll Richard Warman posted on Stormfront for several months under an assumed name, attempting to entrap Canadian racialists. They need to be explicitly called out and exposed. We cannot grow as a movement until we free ourselves from the misfits who attach themselves to us in the same fashion as a leech attaches itself to a person tromping through a swamp. One can find better ways to express activism than to waste one's time on a message board preaching to the choir.

U.S. Border Guard leader J.T. Ready is launching another political foray -- he wants to become the sheriff of Pinal County in Arizona. And he has three opponents -- Democrat Tyrone "Ty" Morgan, a career lawman; Republican Jack McClaren, a Pinal County constable; and Republican Steve Henry, who is present sheriff Paul Babeu's chief deputy. The lead media story is published by the Phoenix New Times, accompanied by the typical anti-racist spin. Discussion threads also now available on Stormfront and White News Now. According to Ready's campaign manager Harry Hughes, Ready filed to run as a Democrat on January 17th, 2012. He supports legalizing marijuana, considers himself a civil libertarian, and has reached out to the Occupy movement in Phoenix, earning at least acceptance by some of them. On his Facebook campaign page, Ready expresses concern for the welfare of the homeless, drug addicts, and the mentally ill. Even though Ready remains unconditionally pro-White, he's conscious of the fact that he will have to respond to all people if elected, and so he's reaching out to the Black community to better understand their concerns and brainstorm how to use their help in combating Mexican drug cartels. The latter isn't just for show, either; for over a year, there's been a long-running thread authored by him on Stormfront in which he actively promotes the idea that Blacks can be an ally in our own racial struggle. The thread has attracted mixed reaction as many racially-conscious Whites are so repulsed by Black ghetto culture that any interaction, no matter how slight, is unthinkable. J.T. Ready's activities with the U.S. Border Guard solidify his qualifications for the job. Ready has participated in recurring patrols to interdict illegal aliens in all types of weather; you can view numerous photos of his activities HERE. When his U.S. Border Guard encounters illegals, they detain them, give them food and water if needed, and turn them over to the responsible immigration authorities. By communicating his extensive patrol knowledge to the sheriff's deputies, he will improve their own law enforcement skills, and Pinal County could soon cease to be a major smuggling corridor out of Mexico.

New Times blogger Stephen Lemons did pose some questions to Ready. When asked why he was switching from the Republican to the Democratic Party, Ready said, "It's the party of Jim Crow, Robert Byrd, and George Wallace. You gotta bring it home, know what I mean?" Lemons praises Ready as intelligent, media-savvy, and a practiced public speaker, suggesting that he's a far better communicator than Russell Pearce will ever be. But even though he's running as a Democrat, J.T. Ready will still have to gather signatures to get his name on the primary ballot, though the precise number has yet to be determined. Pinal County Elections spokeswoman Becky Canalez estimated it would be somewhere between 262 and 5,233 signatures from qualified electors. But ready is allowed to raise money; wonder if he'll take advantage of Arizona's Clean Elections law to help raise more money?

Rev. Jesse Lee Petersen Thinks Blacks Need To Go Back To The Plantation To Learn A Work Ethic

There are influential Blacks who have the courage to call out their own community and chastise them for their sins. Pastor James Manning and Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter are among the two most prominent.

But joining them is another Black spokesman who preaches empowerment rather than entitlement. Rev. Jesse Lee Petersen, the founder of Brotherhood Organization of a New Destiny (BOND), was discussing an acrimonious exchange between Fox News commentator Juan Williams and Republican Presidential candidate Newt Gingrich during the debate on Monday January 16th when Williams questioned Gingrich on whether he felt his comments suggesting a lack of work ethic among poor black children could be viewed as insulting. Gingrich had said that if invited to speak to the NAACP, he would urge black people to demand paychecks instead of food stamps, which attracted Williams' ire. Williams was booed loudly by the audience when he challenged Gingrich.

So Rev. Petersen was invited to share his thoughts on the exchange on HuffPo's Black Voices, and Petersen fueled the controversy further with these excerpts:

-- "One of the things that I would do is take all black people back to the South and put them on the plantation so they would understand the ethic of working. I'm going to put them all on the plantation. They need a good hard education on what it is to work."

-- "People don't want to hear the truth. Newt was 100 percent correct. Newt said that he would have black children, minority children work as janitors at school. Working as a janitor would build character, more so than the handouts so many of them like."

-- "I know some people take it personally because a whole lot of folks don't like hearing the truth; they like to be in denial. Not all black people, but most black people know, and white people know, and black people say it more in private than they would in public, but for the last 50 years or so, generations and generations of black people have relied on the government or someone else to take care of them."

-- "Many black women have had babies out of wedlock and passed that on to their daughters that if they have babies out of wedlock, they'll get food stamps, free houses and your rent paid."

That last statement is well-illustrated by this YouTube video, which is actually a parody:

Rev Petersen took a lot of hits in the HuffPo's comments section. One person, EvilWeasel, wrote "Peterson is a prime candidate for a necklace, South African style". Another person, taseg783, wrote, "I once read about a black woman who thought that she is white and was trying to join KKK and they kept telling her that she is black and cannot join them, LOL. Maybe reverend thinks he is white".

Too bad Jesse Lee Petersen is viewed as an Uncle Tom by much of the Black community. But although Newt Gingrich comes closer to publicly telling the truth about Blacks than any other candidate, that doesn't necessarily make him pro-White. Gingrich is still a Beltway insider, beholden to special interests. He favors a muscular imperialistic policy abroad. And he's a cheerleader for Israel; in contrast, Ron Paul is the only major candidate who is not a cheerleader for the Chosen.

The Real MLK Legacy: White Server At T.G.I. Friday's Reports Receiving Unusual "Tip" From Black Diner On St. Marty's Birthday

A White server working at a T.G.I. Friday's restaurant on Martin Luther King Day reports receiving a rather unusual tip from a Black diner. However, the information is posted on the F2 Anon board, a higher class version of Nimbusters known for many troll threads, so the information cannot be verified. Nevertheless, when the server cleared the table after the Black diner's departure, he says he discovered this note INSTEAD of a tip:

But although I can't verify the source, I think there's at least a 50-50 chance that this is authentic. First, the name of the note's author is concealed, a normal ploy to deter legal exposure. Second, although the server does not reveal the location of the restaurant, it may be out of prudence; if the restaurant is the only T.G.I. Friday's in the area, it would not be hard for professional cyberhunters to track down the individual who posted it, and have him fired. A growing number of employers use professional cyberhunters to monitor the Web presence of their employees off the job.

But this T.G.I. Friday server was comparatively lucky. A couple of other Whites were victims of much more exuberant -- and malevolent -- celebrations by Blacks:

-- The Political Cesspool reports that a 50-year-old White grandmother was assaulted in front of her seven-year-old grandson at a Chuck E. Cheese’s restaurant in Dearborn, MI on January 15th. The woman merely asked some Black patrons who were celebrating St. Marty's Birthday a day early to tone down their foul language, and one responded by jumping over some tables, punching the lady in the face, and dragging her by the hair. The lady was taken to nearby Oakwood Hospital where family members say she underwent a CAT scan and was treated for lacerations to her face and mouth. Updates to this story will be available on a designated Stormfront thread.

-- A 10-year-old Black boy reportedly being treated for anger issues is suspected of stabbing a 12-year-old White boy to death at the Black boy's El Cajon, CA home on January 16th. The two were reportedly friends. One neighbor, 18-year-old Derek Gorton, said that something as small as tapping the Black boy on the shoulder the wrong way or losing at a video game could set him off. Pictures of the two boys were included in a news video. In fairness, this could be more of a behavioral issue than a racial issue, but the story offers no details about what specific remedial steps the parents of the Black boy were taking to mitigate his emotional difficulties.

By the way, the King family is determined to extract every last ~~shekel~~ dime from the memory of Martin Luther King. Atlantic Wire tells us that we won't find a copy of King's "I Have A Dream" speech on YouTube because the King family controls the copyright of the speech for 70 years after King’s death, until 2038. The only legal way to get the whole King speech is to pony up $10 at the family's website. Atlantic Wire tries to deflect the blame to copyright laws, which is partially true, but as many commenters point out, the King family could choose to voluntarily relinquish the copyright for the sake of history.

The real Black message on Martin Luther King Day -- never forget, never forgive. Quite similar to the Jews' Holocaust message -- never forget, never forgive -- isn't it?

Jewish Resident David Haddad Charged With Making Anti-Semitic Threats To Jewish Women And Tagging Swastikas In Manhattan And Brooklyn

A Jewish resident in Brooklyn has been charged with targeting other local Jewish residents with anti-Semitic acts. On January 16th, 2012, David Haddad, a 56-year-old building manager of Penn South, was charged with aggravated harassment as a hate crime in association with those acts. This post combines and summarizes highlights of stories from the New York Times, the New York Daily News, and the New York Post.

Police have connected Haddad to four incidents: threatening phone calls made to his 80-year-old mother in Brooklyn on December 11th, 2011; anti-Semitic symbols and statements scrawled on five apartment doors and a threatening phone received in a building in the Chelsea district of Manhattan on January 10th, 2012; a threatening phone call made to an 87-year-old woman in Manhattan on January 11th; and a threatening voicemail message left for a 78-year-old woman in Brooklyn on January 1st. Police are also investigating whether Haddad painted swastikas at additional buildings in Midwood, to include a garage door on East 5th St. in Brooklyn over the weekend. Police also suggest that Haddad he knew all the victims, at least two of whom are his relatives, and that he had a business dispute with members of his family. Haddad had worked for his family’s Linden, NJ, business, which imports and exports socks, but left to start an off-shoot company, but the business recently failed. The victims in Midwood claim they've never heard of Haddad, though.

Two local Jewish politicos reacted. Assemblyman Dov Hikind, who lives near the buildings in Midwood that were vandalized over the weekend, said “None of this makes me happy. But at the end of the day, I would obviously rather have a situation where there are other reasons behind the threats than pure anti-Semitism.” And City Councilman David Greenfield (D-Midwood) said, “This first arrest is an empowering development. But it seems this is happening all over the city. All at the same time. It seems this individual is responsible for a section of it.”

On January 13th, 2012, the New York Daily News and WCBS Channel 2 and WABC Channel 7 report that after neighbors alerted police, a convicted pedophile was arrested in Brooklyn on January 2nd and is being investigated for taking pictures of a 9-year-old girl. David Zimmer, 40, was arrested at 9:15 P.M. in the Borough Park neighborhood for photographing the girl in the hallway of the building where they both live. Investigators also seized his home computer. Although the picture itself is not lewd, Zimmer is not supposed to have contact with children. Zimmer faces charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment. YouTube video of WABC Channel 7 news story embedded below:

And get a load of this: David's younger brother, 37-year-old Myer Zimmer, has also been arrested -- for allegedly destroying evidence that may have implicated his brother. Myer was arrested on January 13th after he allegedly trashed clothing that police believe was evidential; he faces charges of Tampering with Physical Evidence and Hindering Prosecution. This is the same brother who described David as a "very kind, sweet person".

David Zimmer, a neighborhood locksmith, was required to register as a Level 2 sex offender after he was arrested and subsequently convicted in March 1999 of First Degree Sexual Abuse of a 10-year-old girl; he was sentenced to five years probation. However, Zimmer's father, who has the stereotypical name of Izzy Zimmer, blew off that prior conviction, claiming that his son had been entrapped by a 10-year-old “prostitute”. This represents classical Talmudic thinking; namely, the notion that a girl who gets a Jew into trouble is somehow of easy virtue.

Brooklyn's Jewish community was recently rocked by a pedophile sex scandal. Andrew Goodman is one of 85 accused Orthodox child molesters that Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes’ office says it has busted in the past three years in an initiative called Kol Tzedek, Hebrew for “voice of justice”. The cases involve 117 victims, a number that has the community reeling from the extent of the horrors of pedophilia. Complicating the issue is the fact that Agudath Israel of America, a prominent body of Torah sages, requires anyone alleging sex abuse by a fellow observant Jew to first report to its rabbis, who decide whether the case should go to secular authorities.

One other problem is that the Talmud, one of the two primary theological references for Judaism, conveys an ambiguous attitude towards pedophilia. Consider the following recorded in Sanhedrin 55b:

R. Joseph said: Come and hear! A maiden aged three years and a day may be acquired in marriage by coition, and if her deceased husband's brother cohabits with her, she becomes his...

I think we all know what "coition" is. Of course, rabbis engage in what is called "halachic discussion" in the Talmud, but the mere fact that a rabbi could even consider "acquiring a three-year-old by coition" is a bit disconcerting.

Of course, most Jewish theologians insist that it is only the Torah which is scriptural, and not the Talmud. However, noted Jewish author Herman Wouk once said "The Talmud is to this day the circulating heart's blood of the Jewish religion. Whatever laws, customs, or ceremonies we observe, whether we are Orthodox, Conservative, Reformed or merely spasmodic sentimentalists, we follow the Talmud. It is our Common Law!"

Police believe David Zimmer may have approached other kids. They asked anyone who knows of children that may have been in contact with Zimmer to call the NYPD confidential CrimesStoppers tipline at 1-(800)-577-TIPS.

Shabbos Goyim Pastor Keith Hudson Witch-Hunted By Jewish Supremacists For "Anti-Semitism" After Publicly "Naming The Jew", Grovels An Apology

Here we go again. A person makes a politically-incorrect statement publicly, gets targeted by extremists, and ends up groveling an apology. Pastor Keith Hudson, whose primary claim to fame is that he's the father of pop singer Katy Perry, issued an apology after making some public remarks deemed "anti-Semitic" by professional inquisitors during a sermon.

The incident occurred at the Church on the Rise in Westlake, Ohio, where Hudson was invited to preach guest sermons on January 4th and 5th. Pastor Hudson was invoking blessings upon small business owners, asking them to stand up, and praying for them to prosper. He told them that God wants to bless them just like he blessed the Jews, in the best way. But then he added the following:

“You know how to make the Jew jealous? Have some money, honey...You go to L.A. and they own all the Rolex and diamond places. Walk down a part of L.A. where we live and it is so rich it smells. You ever smell rich? They are all Jews, hallelujah! Amen.”

Two of the usual suspects crawled out of their lairs and starting shrieking about anti-Semitism. On January 9th, Rabbi Marvin Hier of the Simon Wiesenthal Center said “If you take out 'L.A.' from his rant, most people would guess that Hitler or Goebbels was speaking...It’s hard to believe that something good could emanate from the mouth of a preacher who is filled with such bigotry and hatred.” On the same day, Abe Foxman of the Anti-Defamation League issued a statement characterizing Hudson's remarks as unabashedly anti-Semitic, saying in part "We have seen [this stereotype] previously manifested in pop culture and in religious and political spheres. Church-based anti-Semitism historically has been one of the most virulent forms of this disease. We have made much progress in this country in terms of religiously based anti-Semitism. That’s why this manifestation is so disturbing. It is always much worse when it comes out on a religious platform – when an individual who is looked up to as a religious leader gives the old anti-Semitic stereotypes a patina of renewed credibility".

A story in The Blaze identified a few more minor players who joined in the attack.

Stung by the sudden attacks, Pastor Hudson decided to cave in and on January 10th, issued the following apology in the form of a letter to the ADL:

“I deeply regret the hurtful and ugly language I used in my message in Ohio. I have had a few days to think about what I said, and to listen to my words as they were understood by others.

I am not going to offer any excuse, or tell you not to think what I did wasn’t so terrible. I do insist, and God is my witness – that I am not an anti-Semite. If anything, my faith as a Christian reminds me, and always has reminded me, of my special closeness to the Jewish people.

But that is the point. We can do lots of harm even to those we love simply by using words irresponsibly. I used images about Jews rooted in the worst anti-Semitism in the past, images that at times led to the persecution and murder of Jews. I can’t tell you where I picked up phrases and descriptions that became part of my vocabulary. I used them without ever considering what they meant. I probably would have used them for the rest of my life, had people not pointed out to me their origin and evil purpose.

My joy in life is preaching – using words to call people to God. I understand the power of words, and the need for all of us to think twice before using words that can hurt or harm others. I apologize for the hurt that I caused my Jewish friends. With the help of God, it will not happen again.

Sincerely, Keith Hudson.”

Foxman welcomed Keith Hudson's apology and believes he now better understands why his words were considered so anti-Semitic and hurtful. In contrast, Marvin Hier offered no absolution. Good cop, bad cop.

The Church on the Rise told CNN in a statement on Tuesday January 10th that Hudson’s words were taken out of context. “Keith Hudson was praying for different individuals and groups of people and he asked for business men and women to stand so that he could pray for them to be blessed and prosperous in their business pursuits,” the statement says. “The comment was intended as a compliment, not as a criticism.”

Paul Endrei, senior pastor at the Church on the Rise, added in a voicemail left with CNN that the congregation is a very pro-Jewish church. “I know from talking today to Keith [Hudson] that he definitely is not, you know, anti-Semitic, or was intending to say anything negative at all. In fact, the statement he was trying to make was positive, but it was taken out of context,” said Endrei. Endrei also spoke with the Wiesenthal Center's interfaith director, saying he was deeply hurt by Hudson's rant, that his congregation does not share his views and pledging proud support for the state of Israel. Endrei added that Pastor Hudson will not be invited back to preach anytime soon, although he believes Hudson's apology was heartfelt and sincere. Subsequently, on January 11th, Endrei held a special prayer service where 70 people gathered to pray for Israel, Jewish people and Katy Perry's family.

Furthermore, according to The Blaze, Pastor Hudson and his wife have given thousands of dollars to Jewish charities and they have supported Pastor John Hagee and Christians & Jews United for Israel. Pastor Phil Tammy Hotsenpiller, an expert in spreading faith in Hollywood, characterized the Hudsons as some of the most pro-Israel people he knows, adding that there‘s rarely a conversation they have that doesn’t talk about blessing Israel and praying for Israel. Of course, that didn't matter to Foxman and Hier, who saw an opportunity to play the anti-Semitic card and keep the donation spigot cranked open, even if they had to step on a shabbos goyim.

So basically, Paul Endrei and Keith Hudson are now holding a contest to see which one can become the Shabbos Goyim of the Year.

The sincerity of Pastor Hudson's apology is irrelevant. It's clear that the apology was delivered under political duress, and because of that alone, it has no credibility. Unfortunately, his apology confers even greater, and undeserved, credibility upon the ADL and the Simon Wiesenthal Center.

White Racial Activist Tom Metzger Speaks Out On The Trial Of The Mahon Brothers, Warns Activists Against Female Honey Traps

A left-wing website called TPMMuckraker reports that longtime White racial activist Tom Metzger has expressed support for the Mahon brothers, currently on trial in Arizona, and uses their experience to warn White activists against female honey traps who position themselves to set up males. Metzger operates the White Aryan Resistance (WAR) website.

Twin brothers Dennis and Daniel Mahon, are now on trial in federal court in Phoenix, facing charges that they sent a bomb in 2004 to the Office Of Diversity And Dialogue in Scottsdale, AZ. The bombing seriously injured director Don Logan, who is Black, and two of his employees. Metzger's association with the two stems from the fact that in 2009, on the same day that the Mahons were arrested, BATF agents also raided Metzger's Indiana home, seizing notebooks, financial records and computers. The raid temporarily knocked out Metzger's web presence, but he soon got back online. The probable cause for the raid was that in 2004, a couple weeks before the explosion, Metzger was in the Scottsdale area for a national gathering of White racial activists; he reportedly met with Dennis Mahon at the Aryanfest 2004 rally and talked extensively on the phone with him in the ensuing weeks. The Anti-Defamation League was also prominently involved in the case.

The Mahon brothers are charged with conspiracy to damage buildings and property by means of explosive. They've pleaded not guilty, and opening statements are expected to begin on January 12th. The Mahons' lawyers have argued that weapons found in their home were legal, that they're entitled to their beliefs and that they bragged about their involvement in Logan's bombing to impress the female informant. KSAZ Channel 10 has a more current story, and you can read the five-page indictment HERE.

Currently, Metzger supports the Mahon brothers and doesn’t believe they were involved in the Arizona bombing, but plans to support them from a distance. Metzger claims he counseled them to stay away from that type of stuff. He also discussed his own personal politics and worldview during the interview with TPM. Tom Metzger remains one of the few prominent White activists who is not politically on the right; he thinks the right wing is too filled with informants and looney toons. He remains a Democrat and supports the Occupy movement. Metzger also said he's moved beyond small battles, and is looking forward to a bigger war; he feels no connection with the federal government, and wants to "bring the whole goddamn thing down". Metzger also looks upon Barack Obama just another corporate shill who doesn’t care any more about the black people than anybody else.

TBMMuckraker actually did a reasonably objective story.

White Racial Activist Frazier Glenn Miller Presents Seminar On White Nationalism And Jewish Supremacism At Missouri State University

On January 10th, 2012, longtime White racial activist Frazier Glenn Miller gave a presentation on White nationalism and Jewish supremacism to a religious studies class at Missouri State University in Springfield. Most students were reportedly attentive and respectful, and about half seemed genuinely interested.

The invitation was first extended to Miller by Professor David Embree back on November 30th, 2011 as discussed in this VNN Forum thread. Although Miller has probably done more for the Cause under his own name than 90 percent of those involved today, he did not hesitate to solicit advice from other forum members; this character trait helped him grow the White Patriot Party into a regional political powerhouse during the 1980s. Some of the forum members suggested to Miller than he tone down his rhetoric a bit. Miller did not disclose how or why he came to the notice of Professor Embree; one would think that since Embree is a professor of religious studies, he would have been more interested in getting someone to represent Christian Identity (which he actually did, according to one commenter). To prevent anti-racists from trying to disrupt the seminar, the location, the class, and the date were not disclosed on VNN Forum until after the fact.

On January 10th, Miller posted his account of his appearance HERE. The class consisted of 16 students and the professor; two students were identified to be Jews. What was intended to be a 45-minute presentation followed by a 15-minute question & answer period mushroomed into an event lasting just a shade over two hours; about half the students seemed genuinely interested, and only a handful were hostile. The two Jewish students came across as defiant and did not deny the information about Jewish supremacism put forth by Miller.

An exchange with one of the Jewish students became so heated that Miller exclaimed "Hell yes, I hate you and all Jews, and you all deserve my hate for what your people have done to mine". Later the Jewish girl asked if Miller thought all Jews knew about the Jewish atrocities he spoke about; Miller said that all intelligent Jews do, and that since Germans are collectively blamed for WWII and the Holocaust, Jews should be also be blamed. She denied knowing anything about Jewish atrocities.

Specific subjects addressed by Glenn Miller included the Holocaust, black crime, the Federal Reserve, World War II, Jewish leadership of the Bolshevik Revolution (Professor Embree was quite aware of this), God's "chosen" people, white birth rates, Jewish genocide against us, Jewish domination of government, media, and finance, Henry Ford and his book "The International Jew", Dr. David Duke's book "Jewish Supremacism", former Congressman Paul Findley's book "They Dare to Speak Out", and Miller's own book "A White Man Speaks Out". Miller left two copies of The Aryan Alternative newspaper and a copy of his own book for students to pass around. Miller also showed a short 10-minute video of the White Patriot Party marching in Raleigh, and part of one of his 1985 speeches on a large classroom screen. Miller also gave out website addresses for GOVNN.com, VNNforum.com, Davidduke.com, whty.org, and several other websites, insisting that students write them down, as well as his phone number.

At the end, Glenn Miller summed it up by saying "I've proven in simple math that our race is dying out rapidly. I've also given you evidence that the Jews are responsible. Your only answer can be that you will or you won't do anything about it. Frankly, I hope there's a young Hitler among you." While some WNs might question the favorable reference to Hitler, it is always appropriate to rebut misinformation and outright lies told about him. Glenn Miller walked away quite satisfied with the mission he accomplished; after all these years, the fire continues to burn strongly in his belly.

Glenn Miller spoke to the class and explain his opinions and worldview. The class titled White Supremacy in the Ozarks- focusing on the white sumpremacy beliefs in the area; and he was not the only guest present for the one week class. Other guests included Dan Gayman with the Church of Israel and Mike Hallimore from Kingdom Identity Ministries.

Professor David Embree is to be commended for his natural intellectual curiosity and his high regard for free speech. Professor Embree has been on campus since 1984; some students rate him as tough but helpful. Surprisingly, the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE) labels Missouri State a Code Red school, which is their worst rating for free speech.

Reinventing History: Eddie George To Play The Role Of Julius Caesar In The Nashville Shakespeare Festival Even Though Caesar Was White

Remember the flap over Idris Elba, a black actor chosen to play the Nordic god Heimdall in Thor? A similar flap has been stirred up over the selection of Eddie George to play the role of Julius Caesar in the Nashville Shakespeare Festival which takes place through January 29th, 2012.

The Nashville Tennessean completely ignores the racial dichotomy and breach of historicity in the selection of a Black man to play a White man in a historical role. Instead, they focus upon his "commanding presence" and "strong voice"; Denice Hicks, the festival’s artistic director, says she was thoroughly impressed by how dedicated George is to the craft of acting. Education Director Megan Nussle suggests that it will help students to see a "real man" play a historical figure, focusing on the fact that George is a former NFL player and that male athletes are viewed as role models for masculinity. The play will be seen by up to 3,000 students in school-day matinees aside from the evening and Sunday shows. Here is a 31-second promo via ThePostGame:

It is unfortunate that someone like Eddie George is at the center of this controversy. George defies most of the negative stereotypes about Black people. He had a productive NFL career and behaved responsibly off the field. Since his retirement from the NFL, he has uncovered and developed other talents; he earned an MBA and has launched an acting career. But the breach of historicity in selecting him to play the role of a White historical figure cannot be ignored. I seriously doubt that William Shakespeare envisioned Julius Caesar as a Black man. This selection would pass muster only if this production was either a parody or an alternate history portrayal.

One must also wonder how the NAACP would react to Bruce Willis playing the role of Martin Luther King Jr. or how the ADL would react to Mel Gibson playing the role of Elie Wiesel in historical productions.

White British Banker Gary Mulgrew Relates His Experiences With The Aryan Brotherhood And Hispanic Inmates Inside The Big Spring, Texas Prison

Gary Mulgrew, one of the NatWest Three, was extradited to America amid huge controversy in 2006. Falsely accused of helping destroy U.S. energy giant Enron, he eventually pleaded guilty only to to one count of wire fraud against NatWest in exchange for the other charges being dropped. On February 22nd, 2008, he was sentenced to 37 months in prison. Initially jailed in the US, he was later moved to a UK prison, and released in August 2010.

Mulgrew has now written a book about his experiences, entitled "Gang Of One". On January 7th, 2012, the Daily Mail published a short excerpt of this book, in which Mulgrew describes the time he spent incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institute (FCI) in Big Spring, Texas, which is supposedly for low security male inmates. But it is hardly a "Club Fed" with five-star accommodation; Mulgrew describes his living quarters as a noisy 80 foot by 40 foot dormitory crammed with nothing but cast-iron yellow bunk beds and small lockers. About two-thirds of the inmates were Hispanic, a dozen were Black, a few were American Indians, and maybe six Whites. While Mulgrew doesn't tell us how many inmates were in the dorm, a Booktopia review notes that 700 inmates were cramped into a space meant for 400 (which may refer to the total prison population).

Shortly after his arrival, Mulgrew was approached by representatives of the Aryan Brotherhood. He's referred to as "Scotland" because he was born in Glasgow:

Two scrawny-looking skinheads came marching in. A Hispanic theatrically spat on the floor. ‘Scotland? You called Scotland?’ asked the slightly shorter of the two as he approached me. They looked in their mid-20s, each with dental issues.

‘Yeah, I’m Scotland,’ I answered, quite liking my new name. I started to focus on their tattoos. The short one who had spoken had a swastika on his neck and the other taller one had something on his shaven head: ‘God Forgives . . .’ which seemed quite encouraging. Then the rest: ‘the Brotherhood Doesn’t’. They were, I realised in that instant, a deputation from the Aryan Brotherhood. I recoiled. Why were they coming to see me?

‘Scotland, South Dakota?’ the shorter one asked, to my confusion. ‘Naw, I’m from Scotland, Scotland!’ I responded, sounding irritated, which I was. Tattoo Chest nudged his taller accomplice, who grunted and proffered something.

‘This is sum shower shoes an’ shit to git you started,’ he drawled, handing me some heavy plastic flip-flops and what looked like coffee, biscuits and a bar of chocolate. Suddenly my mood changed, as I realised what was happening. These guys were recruiting for the Brotherhood.

‘I don’t want that shit!’ I said, fast and loud. I hoped everyone heard it. The shorter one put his hand on Tattoo Head’s arm to stop him from withdrawing the offer.

‘Now lookie here, Scotland. Don’t go misunderstandin’ nuthin’. We like to look after our own here.’ He looked around directly at the blacks in the corner, before drawing closer to me. ‘Ain’t none of these other fuckers gonna take care of nuthin’ but their own. Us white boys got to stick together. You really don’t want to be walkin’ alone in this yard, and if you ain’t runnin’ with us, we will see you as agin us, Scotland? You feelin’ me, Scotland?’ I was feeling him.

He moved back and smiled a menacing, toothless grin. He patted my knee.

‘Take yer crap off my bunk,’ I said calmly, ‘and fuck off.’ Inside I was scared. I’d always known I would face a recruitment drive sooner or later. I just hadn’t expected it this early and with so few corporate benefits.

The excerpt does not detail whether or not he faced retaliation from the AB for refusing the join them. What's interesting is that despite the fact that the dormitory was dominated by Hispanics, the AB rep looked directly at the Blacks. This implies that it is more dangerous for a White inmate to be around Blacks than Hispanics. This, along with the rest of the story, illustrates that if a White inmate simply wants to keep his head down and mind his own business, he's less likely to be jammed by Hispanics than by Blacks.

It also shows that the Aryan Brotherhood does make an attempt to organize Whites and extend protection to them inside prisons. This protection does not come for free. If the AB recruits you, it will not be to watch David Duke videos or to place ANP cards inside books; it will be to carry out tasks assigned by the leadership. Some of those tasks may include running drugs or administering physical discipline to non-Whites who cross them or Whites who snitch on them. In a prison environment, survival is the name of the game, and the Aryan Brotherhood cannot afford to be a tea-and-cookies organization in such a predatory environment.

Gary Mulgrew also relates a chilling account of the Hispanic Surenos administering physical discipline to another Hispanic suspected of being a snitch. Upon arrival of the Hispanic, the Sureno boss summoned four enforcers who grabbed the victim’s arm and hair and rammed his face straight into the frame of the bunk. They rained blows on the motionless victim with a ‘lock in a sock’ (literally a padlock concealed in the toe of a sock, the weapon of choice when a blade is not available) for about 40 seconds, after which they left. Mulgrew was warned not to intervene. Shortly thereafter, another crew came in and administered a second beating; later, another crew came to administer a third beating. Once the victim recovered, he packed his things and left.

Most chillingly, Mulgrew noted that he never saw a corrections officer during this incident, and soon realised that he probably wouldn't. The COs merely police the edges of the place, while the strongest inmates are in charge of the rest. Since it is said that Federal prisons are more "humane" than state prisons, one can only imagine what hellholes state prisons are, particularly private prisons where the profit motive is preeminent.

The experiences of some White racial activists like Shaun Walker, Bill White, and Chester Doles indicate that Federal prison is a survivable experience; in fact, Shaun Walker described FCI Sandstone in Minnesota as like Marine boot camp. But White racial activists need to understand risk and the possible consequences in order to make more fully-informed and thoughtful decisions on dealing with the justice system.

Brazilian Anti-Racist Consortium Extorts R$1.2 Million Judgment From Sony In Lawsuit For Song Comparing Black Girls' Hair To A Brillo Pad

On December 17th, 2011, a consortium of 10 anti-racist non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Brazil was awarded a R$1.2 million (USD$656,00) judgment from Sony Music over a song entitled "Veja os Cabelos Dela (Look at Her Hair)" by the Brazilian singer, comedian and politician Francisco Everardo Oliveira Silva, whose stage name is Tiririca. The consortium claimed the lyrics were inherently offensive to black women. The judgment is retroactive back to 1997. The lawsuit was not filed by any actual victims, but by 10 non-governmental organizations that fight against racism. Humberto Adami, the defense attorney of the NGOs, argued that black women were offended, exposed to ridicule and felt violated due to the lyrical content of the song. Parlour Magazine provides more information on the history of this case. In 2004, Sony was ordered to pay $300,000 Brazilian reals but they filed an appeal against the judgment. The R$1.2 million judgment currently assessed reflects interest and inflation on the value of the suit back to 1997. Humberto Adami celebrated the verdict, saying that the judgment won't even go to the authors of the lawsuit, but to the Diffused Rights Fund of the Ministry of Justice.

In response, Sony claimed that the song was not intended to offend women, because Tiririca was alluding to his wife in the song, and the lyrics are used by Brazilians in reference to both black women and white women. Obviously, the lyrics indicate that Sony's claim is tenuous at best, and ridiculous at worst. But what is even more ridiculous is that a Brazilian judge even allowed this suit to go forward in the first place; while the song obviously contains derogatory references to black women, it does not promote violence and does not libel any single individual. The outcome could have a chilling effect on free speech and hinder creative expression; it actually constitutes the criminalization of racism.

One might be tempted to blow this off since Sony is a large corporation with deep pockets, further identified as problematic on page 12 of the research report "Who Rules America". However, this case provides a pretext for similar litigation against individuals as well; White racialist activists who distribute pro-White literature in Brazil could also be targeted.

Also disturbing are the results of an online poll on HuffPo. Just under 81 percent of respondents approve of the judgment. While most of HuffPo's audience is left-wing, it's astounding that so many lefties would support censorship, considering that it could eventually be used against them. I can understand why many White nationalists are skeptical of suggestions by Dr. David Duke and Rocky Suhayda that we reach out to the Occupy movement; most of the Occupy movement is inherently anti-White.

A YouTube video rant against illegal immigration by two White girls in Arizona has suddenly gone viral -- but it was first produced a year ago, triggering questions as to why it is suddenly being pushed now, and who might be behind the sudden push. Biased media story published by the Phoenix New Times Jackalope Ranch blog; less-biased versions were published by KSAZ Channel 10 and KPHO Channel 5.

Fortunately, we have a Stormfront thread entitled "2 White Ladies are Furious about Mexicans invading America" to provide much more information not included by the media outlets. There's also a thread on VNN Forum. Note that the discourse on the video is absolutely teeming with f-bombs and g-d's, which undermines the value of their outreach, but it also reflects the pernicious influence of the prevailing pop culture which promotes this sort of behavior as desirable and cutting edge. One must also remember that these are not professional activists trained to refine their discourse, but ordinary White Americans sick and tired of not only the invasion of our country by illegals, but constant demands by the elite, illegal immigration advocates, and progressive scum to accommodation them. The Arizona law to which they refer is SB1070. Police say even if they identify the girls in the video, there's nothing criminal about it -- because they never made threats towards a specific person.

YouTube has been selective about leaving the video up; while anti-racists have been allowed to leave the video, replete with anti-racist propaganda, up on their channels, others who do not include anti-racist propaganda have the videos taken down from their channels. Note that although the girls are being portrayed as "vile racists", their primary objection is to illegal immigration; they don't seem to object to legal immigration. They also object to immigrants with limited English skills in their classrooms; they say it holds the rest of the class back.

From the primary Stormfront thread, we learn that the video was first uploaded back on January 21st, 2011 by a Hispanic supremacist named Naui Huitzilopochtli, who is notorious for showing up at rallies against illegal immigration in Southern California and threatening American patriots. Why this video has suddenly gone viral now, a year later, is a question yet to be answered. It doesn't seem to correlate with the timing of any politician's campaign.

The various YouTube uploads are teeming with comments threatening the life and health of the two girls. On the Phoenix New Times, one person posted the alleged home address and phone numbers of the girls, and claimed that both attend Arcadia High School in Phoenix. However, the principal of Arcadia High, Dr. Anne-Marie Woolsey, firmly denies that they are students at Arcadia High School, and they will continue to investigate the source of the rumors.

Scuttlebutt holds that these girls may live in a heavily Hispanic neighborhood in central Phoenix. Of course, living in a majority non-white neighborhood can be an effective cure for multiculturalism. One member of the U.S. Border Guard who lives in Maricopa is concerned for the girls' safety and intends to bring up the issue at their next meeting.

Meanwhile, Phoenix media outlets are reporting that on January 6th, a van full of 23 illegal immigrants was stopped in Chandler. It brought to mind this 1983 music video from Genesis:

Anti-Defamation League Writes LTE To Petaluma360 Complaining That Their Original Article On White Pride Is Too Fair And Balanced

A representative of the San Francisco Unit of the Anti-Defamation League has written a letter to the editor of Petaluma360.com complaining that one of their previous articles about white pride was too fair and balanced to suit them. The ADL's assumption is that white pride can never be valid under any circumstances, although they express no objection to other races expressing pride.

The article triggering the ADL's criticism was first published by Petaluma360.com on December 16th, 2011. Entitled "'White pride' youth speak", it was a follow-up to previous coverage of a string of assaults and incidences of vandalism by youths downtown. Some of the youths reportedly identified with white pride. Petaluma360.com, desiring to do more than regurgitate typical anti-racist propaganda, decided to engage in some real journalism and sought to interview some of the youth. Five of them agreed, on condition that they not be identified, and their input was reported on December 16th. When asked about the attacks reported in the story, most attributed them to differences and disagreements, such as trading insults, with the victims or people the victims associated with. One said he got along with everyone, but wasn't about to take guff because of his race. Here's the key paragraph of the story:

Standing near a picnic table with WP and ‘white pride' etched in it, the youth acknowledged that many in the group identify with that concept, though not all. They defined the group loosely, saying it was made up of high schoolers and junior high students “just hanging out,” most of them not looking for trouble.

White pride and white power are terms that have taken on many meanings, from white supremacy as espoused by neo-nazis to a simple pride in identifying as white, but the youth emphasized a difference between the two words. “With white pride, you're just proud of who you are,” said one girl.

As for the motivation to identify with white pride, one youth said, “It comes from your family. You're just trying to be part of your family.”

Well, the idea that white pride advocates could actually be human beings who are merely proud of their heritage was simply too much for the ADL. How dare white people imply that they deserve to honor their heritage? So Nancy J. Appel of the ADL's San Francisco Unit fired back with a letter entitled "Racist meanings", published on January 6th. Here is the crux of Appel's argument:

There are some in the white supremacist movement who try to mask their bigotry in public by claiming that they are merely expressing pride in their own racial identities, in an analogous manner to Latino or Asian-American groups, for instance. This assertion is disingenuous. Underlying the expression of so-called “white pride” is the belief that Caucasians are racially superior to people of color. The young people in the article attempting to draw the distinction quoted above have been unfortunately misled.

Note the ADL's virulent bigotry against white racialists. First, they characterize them all as "supremacists". Second, they imply that white pride is NEVER acceptable under any circumstances, while proposing no such restrictions upon other races. And finally, they use the term "people of color" as part of their grand strategy to unite and weaponize other races against the White race. Since Jews were "holocausted" by Whites, Jewish supremacists fear the Whites are just champing at the bit to "holocaust" them again, and so they want to keep Whitey politically neutralized and crippled to preclude an encore.

The ADL, along with their SPLC brethren in Montgomery, Alabama, are proof positive that Bob Whitaker gets it right when he says anti-racist is a code word for anti-White.

Don't forget, it was the blacks of the African National Congress in South Africa who pioneered the hideous technique of "necklacing", and black savages continue to perpetrate mass rape in the contested eastern portions of the Democratic Republic of the Congo to this day.

On New Year's Eve, 32-year-old Exulam Holman, who weighs 280 lbs, was at home with his 62-year-old uncle Melvin Clifford, who weighs 140 lbs soaking wet, when they got into a dispute over the use of a remote control unit for a television. Suddenly, Holman chimped out, using his hulking 280-pound body to pin his much smaller uncle and gouged out his uncle's eyes with his thumbs, then pushed him down a flight of stairs. Miraculously, the uncle was able to call 911 as he battled pain and teetered on the brink of losing consciousness. Sources of information for this post include the New York Daily News and KSL Channel 5; the original story was published by the Joliet Herald-News.

When deputies with the Will County Sheriff’s Department responded around 10 P.M., they found the uncle at the bottom of a basement staircase with his face covered red with blood and with his eyeballs swollen and dislocated from his eye sockets; his eyeballs were protruding a quarter-inch from the sockets. Holman was found hiding in a locked bedroom and taken into custody; he will face felony charges of aggravated domestic battery and battery of a person over age 60, both of which carry sentences of 3 to 7 years in prison. He is being held on $1 million bail. Seven years in prison seems like a wrist-slap under the circumstances; this might be one of those rare cases where Islamic Sharia justice could be appropriate.

To add insult to injury, Exulam Holman has a lengthy criminal pedigree of 25 prior arrests for a potpourri of offenses, to include aggravated assault, battery, violating orders of protection and resisting arrest, which involved striking a police officer with a car while being arrested for driving under the influence in 2000. Furthermore, in 1999, Holman allegedly was beaten by a Joliet police officer who was breaking up a dice game; he eventually received a $100,000 settlement from the city, and the officer was fired.

Perhaps that Joliet case ought to be re-visited, and that officer re-hired.

As for Melvin Clifford, he has since been released from hospital, but will require more surgeries. He reportedly has limited vision in his right eye, able to perceive only shadows, and has complete loss of vision in his left eye.

Some White racialists might question why we bother highlighting black-on-black crime. Consider this: If a black person is willing to perpetrate such an atrocity on another member of his race, particularly a blood relative, imagine what he would do to a White man who looked at him too hard in public, or a White woman who spurns his sexual advances. This type of crime symbolizes the unique savagery employed by black criminals, and the greater community needs to be aware of it.

American Nazi Party May Lose Access To The Redneck Shop In South Carolina Due To Judge's Ruling In Favor Of New Beginnings Baptist Church

For the past nine years, the American Nazi Party has co-hosted an annual White Unity Christmas Party at the Redneck Shop in Laurens, South Carolina along with the International Knights of the Ku Klux Klan. However, the ANP may ultimately lose access to the facility as a result of a judge's decision to confirm ownership of the building by the New Beginnings Baptist Church.

Although the story has just now hit the media, the decision was rendered on December 9th, 2011 by a circuit court judge. New Beginnings Pastor David Kennedy contended he is the owner of the building which houses the Redneck Shop, but the shop's proprietor, John Howard, contends he has an agreement which allows him to keep the Redneck Shop open there as long as he lives. The judge ruled in favor of Kennedy and ordered Howard to pay Kennedy's legal bill of $3,300, but did not explicitly order Howard to vacate the building.

How did this come about? Since 1996, the Redneck Shop has operated in an old movie theater in Laurens. But ownership of the building was transferred in 1997 to the Rev. David Kennedy and his church by a Klansman feuding with John Howard over a woman; the Klansman, now identified as Michael Burden, developed a spiritual relationship with Kennedy's church. But a clause in the deed entitles Howard, formerly KKK grand dragon for the Carolinas, to operate his business in the building until he dies. After years of trying to have the property inspected, Kennedy and New Beginnings sued Howard and others in 2008. Kennedy and some high-profile Black activists have picketed the store at times, and a few days after it opened in 1996, a Columbia man crashed his van through the front windows and was charged with malicious damage to property. Kennedy was also instrumental in exerting pressure to get the Confederate battle flag hauled down from the state capitol dome.

In reaction, David Kennedy says the court ruling now guarantees his right to enter and inspect the building that his church rightfully owns, something he says the store owner has banned him from doing. Although he's keeping his plans for the building a secret, he says his plans don't include the Redneck Shop, which means he intends to try to evict John Howard. Kennedy says he hopes to inspect the building this week and move forward with his secret plans. His church currently meets in a double-wide mobile home. Meanwhile, John Howard said he did not know about the judge's decision and deferred comment to his attorney, who has not yet returned a message. Another prominent player on Howard's side is ANP SA Political Adviser John Taylor Bowles, who lives in the area. Update January 5th: Bowles doesn't think this will be a problem in the short term:

...nothing changes at all. As long as the Redneck Shop owner is alive he can operate his business in the building and the American Nazi Party can hold its activities there as well. The sky did not fall and the ground did not opened up.

The American Nazi Party has not yet posted any public reaction to this development, perhaps waiting to see what happens next. Obviously if John Howard is forced to move out of the building, the ANP will lose access to the meeting hall where they've held their Christmas parties and a few indoor rallies. The New Beginnings Baptist Church doesn't look like it has the financial resources to try and buy out Howard, so there might be another court fight between Kennedy and Howard if Kennedy decides to try and break the special clause in the deal.

Florida Panthers Player Krys Barch Ejected From Game For Allegedly Using Racial Slur Against Black Opponent P.K. Subban

Political correctness has wrapped its tentacles around the National Hockey League. A White hockey player was ejected from an NHL game on December 31st, 2011 and reportedly given a game misconduct penalty for allegedly directing a racial slur towards an opposing Black player. He may also face a short suspension.

The incident took place towards the end of the first period during the game between the Montreal Canadiens and the Florida Panthers. Panthers forward Krys Barch got into a dustup with Canadiens defense Pernell "P.K." Subban, and linesman Darren Gibbs reportedly overheard Barch use a racial slur against Subban, and immediately ejected him. The nature of the slur has not been disclosed. Although Subban was born in Toronto, his parents came from Jamaica. According to rule 23.7 of the NHL's official guide, a player can be ejected for various reasons, including spitting on an opponent or spectator and racial taunts and slurs.

The game summary indicates that Subban may have provoked the dispute. He was penalized two minutes for holding at 17:44, and then penalized two minutes each for roughing and slashing at the end of the period.

The NHL is being extremely close-mouthed about the nature of the slur and any further sanctions to be levied against Barch. Panthers coach Kerry Dineen and two Panthers players seemed inclined to tiptoe around the incident, fearing retaliation from the league for discussing it. But the two Panthers players both maintain that Barch is not the type of guy that would do something of that nature and expressed doubt that he meant any harm. According to Barch's agent Scott Norton, the comment directed toward Subban was misconstrued and didn't have any racial undertones nor was a slur, and may have been a misunderstanding or taken out of context by the linesman. As for Subban, he says he didn't even hear the slur, and considers the matter out of his hands.

But Panthers general partner Cliff Viner seemed prepared to throw Barch under the bus, saying “This is not what the character of this organization is about. I'm devastated by that kind of behavior. That is not what we're about as an organization, a team, coaching staff, hockey operations. Dale [Dale Tallon, general manager], I'm sure, will be very critical of this. I hope they talk to the team and let them know this is unacceptable. You play hard, you fight hard. But that's not part of any competition". Viner's attitude reflects the fact that the NHL brain trust feels guilty about the fact that its player composition is around 93 percent White, and is trying to reach out to Blacks.

By the way, the Florida Panthers won the game 3-2.

Twitter Stands Tall, Resists Pressure By Israeli Legal Activist Group Shurat HaDin To Deactivate Twitter Accounts For Hezbollah

The Israeli activist legal group Shurat HaDin, whose motto is "Bankrupting terrorism, one lawsuit at a time", has sent a letter to Twitter threatening legal action unless the site stops hosting Hezbollah Twitter accounts, and accounts for other terrorist organizations. But so far, Twitter is standing firm and refusing to cave in to Shurat HaDin's judicial terrorism.

Twitter's anything-goes policy has led to people from groups such as Hezbollah and the Taliban openly Tweeting on the site. The Taliban tweet commentaries on Western news as well as real-time reports of direct action. However, there's an American law, upheld by a 2010 Supreme Court decision, that makes it illegal to provide “material support” to terrorist organizations. And Shurat HaDin has adopted an extreme interpretation of that law to go after organizations they deem to be terrorist by targeting those who provide them platforms with lawsuits. This is quite similar to the practice authorized by the DMCA for copyright holders to target those who merely post links to infringing sites with complaints and, on occasion, no-warning lawsuits.

According to the Daily Mail, the letter sent by Shurat HaDin to Twitter said, in part, "Please be advised that providing social media and other associated services to terrorist groups is illegal and will expose Twitter and its officers to both criminal prosecution and civil liability to American citizens and others victimized by terrorism".

In a separate press release, controversial lawyer Nitsana Darshan-Leitner, who founded Shurat HaDin, explained "Twitter’s complicit service to known foreign terrorist organizations is not only morally irresponsible, it is also illegal. Twitter needs to take responsibility for the platform it is providing to known terrorists and cease and desist immediately. Their failure to do so exposes them to severe liability".

But Twitter is taking a principled stand for free speech. In a post entitled "The Tweets Must Flow" published in January 2011, Twitter said "We don't always agree with the things people choose to tweet, but we keep the information flowing irrespective of any view we may have about the content. The open exchange of information can have a positive global impact. This is both a practical and ethical belief. On a practical level, we simply cannot review all one hundred million-plus Tweets created and subsequently delivered every day".

It should also be noted that Twitter has joined with Craigslist, Google, Amazon, Facebook, and LinkedIn to oppose the tyrannical Stop Online Piracy Act and the Protect IP Act, claiming that the bills give the Feds unacceptable power to censor the Web.

It should be no surprise that a Jewish supremacist organization is trying to censor Twitter. Jewish supremacists have been at the forefront of other censorship efforts, most notably the proliferation of Holocaust denial laws in Europe, where a person can go to jail merely for publicly suggesting that less than six million died in the Holocaust. Jewish supremacists supported the adoption of the odious Section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act, which has been used as a weapon by professional complaint trolls like Richard Warman to suppress individual dissent. And Jewish supremacists have pushed for the adoption of elaborate speech codes in many of America's secular universities, where such codes have been disproportionately used against White students and White groups like Youth for Western Civilization. While I frankly could care less about Hezbollah, if groups like Shurat HaDin can get away with censoring Twitter, imagine what they could do to Stormfront or Dr. David Duke's website.

Order of Lawyers of Brazil in Pernambuco (OAB-SP) today [December 13th] asked the Federal Public Ministry of Rio Grande do Sul (RS-MPF) that the student Sophia Fernandes, accused of posting on Twitter, 9 days, messages from the Northeast, answer the crime of racism.

According to the OAB, the statements violate the constitutional principle of human dignity. Among the messages are posted by the student: "twitter ta turning toilet ... tweeting a lot of shit. Rio Grande do Sul is the southernmost and whitest state in Brazil. In contrast, northeastern Brazil is majority non-White with a significant mulatto population. The Amazon Basin is also majority non-White. Overall, Whites constitute the largest racial group in Brazil at 47.73 percent.

Schoolchildren are relentlessly propagandizing through assorted "six million" campaigns where they collect pennies or paper clips to simulate the memory.

But under Diversity Doctrine, where thou shalt not offend anyone, it was only a matter of time before diversity would come full circle -- and someone would suggest that Holocaust propagandizing may be creating anti-German bias. That time has now come, as a leading British educator, Lord Baker, who spent three years as Margaret Thatcher’s education secretary and who introduced the National Curriculum currently in use in British schools, wants to ban the study of Nazism and the Holocaust from the history curriculum altogether, noting that “It doesn’t really make us favourably disposed to Germany for a start, present-day Germany.”

Lord Baker would prefer for schools to concentrate on British history, believing that children should leave a British school with some idea of the timeline in their minds; namely, how it came from Roman Britain to Elizabeth II. But he stressed that he would not entirely exclude European history, saying that in order to study the Tudors and Stuarts, students would have to learn about Martin Luther.

Naturally, the local Holocaust cartel did not react kindly to Lord Baker's suggestion. James Smith, the Chairman of the Holocaust Centre, said “The study of the Holocaust leaves children ill-disposed to present day Germany only if it is badly taught. The period of the Nazis was not just a blip in German history; the Holocaust was a Europe-wide crime". Of course, Smith neglected to mention any other 20th-century outbreaks of genocide, some of which claimed many more lives, and one, the abortion holocaust, which continues to this day. He claims the Holocaust is the reason why the nations of the world ratified the United Nations Convention to Prevent and Punish the Crime of Genocide and why the United Nations looked forward to the day the International Criminal Court would be established.

Reaction: Some favorable acclaim posted on Stormfront, although some fear that Lord Baker might end up being witch-hunted. The administrator at the BodyBuildingPro Forum started a thread in which he expresses support for Lord Baker.

We should stop teaching our children the politically correct myth. Instead, we should provide them with THE FACTS!

Once the 'holocaust' exaggeration was exposed for what it is, the upcoming generations would learn to see the powers-that-be (who have, with malice aforethought, rammed this aggressive mythology down the throats of three post war generations) in a much WORSE light.

Thus illuminated, our children would learn to treat anything THEY say in the future with much more scepticism. Which should afford them some protection from the evils the elite routinely perpetrate upon us and the wider world.

Kevin Harpham Sentenced To 32 Years In Prison For MLK Day Backpack Bomb After Unsuccessful Attempt To Withdraw Guilty Plea

On December 20th, 2011, the Justice Department announced that Kevin Harpham has been sentenced to 32 years in prison for the placement of the improvised explosive device alongside the planned MLK Day Unity March held in Spokane, WA on January 17th, 2011. After his release from prison, Harpham will serve the rest of his life under court supervision. Harpham pleaded guilty on September 7th to two counts of a superseding indictment; attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction and attempt to cause bodily injury with an explosive device because of actual or perceived race, color and national origin of any person. But before sentence was pronounced, Harpham's attorney Roger Peven attempted to withdraw Harpham's guilty plea. Peven claimed they had found an expert that would testify the pipe bomb Harpham left at Washington and Main did not meet the definition of a bomb or other similar device. The expert was a former FBI agent who would have testified that the backpack bomb was not an “explosive device,” the key word being “explosive”. After Judge Justin Quackenbush denied the request, a direct exchange between Harpham and Judge Quackenbush took place during which Harpham claimed that he did not intend for the bomb to inflict mass casualties, but merely to blow out the windows of the Eye Care Center across the street as a protest against MLK Day and the false unity of multiculturalism. But because the device was in a backpack that had been cut to allow the insertion of the wooden-framed, 6-inch steel pipe loaded with 128-quarter ounce weights coated with rat poison to act as an anti-clotting agent, neither the prosecution nor the judge was buying the story. Thus Judge Quackenbush, despite his initial inclination to hand down only a 27-year sentence, decided to give Harpham the maximum 32 years despite the fact that Harpham previously had a clean record, criticizing Harpham for his unrepentant attitude and his unwillingness to take responsibility for his actions.

As a parting shot, Judge Quackenbush gave Harpham a short diversity lecture, saying “As citizens of this country … it’s not us versus them. It’s us, regardless of our color, regardless of our political views, religious beliefs or heritage”. Harpham says he intends to appeal.

The Spokesman-Review story summarized how Kevin Harpham was caught. After FBI agents secured the bomb and found the lead weights, they traced the purchase of several of the weights to a Walmart in Colville, where Harpham’s debit card was used to buy them. Then between February 25th and March 4th, agents identified 1,139 postings by Harpham on the Vanguard News Network Forum under the user name “Joe Snuffy”, although they did not reveal how they connected Harpham with "Joe Snuffy". Then on February 28th, investigators obtained Harpham’s DNA profile from samples he provided while serving in the U.S. Army from 1996 to 1999. Within days, the FBI had DNA linking Harpham to the strap of the backpack that contained the bomb. Harpham’s 10 acres near Addy was placed under heavy surveillance, which ultimately included police agents masquerading as road crews.

But because Harpham rarely traveled from his home, agents decided to force the issue after they learned he was looking to buy another car. In an attempt to lure him out, they set up a fake online advertisement as a ruse. On March 9th, when Harpham drove away from his home to the fake car deal, members of the FBI’s crack Hostage Rescue Team and the Seattle SWAT team masquerading as road crews intercepted and arrested him.

The first two weeks of December 2011 have proven to be quite productive for the American Nazi Party. John Taylor Bowles has not been successful in recovering the old blog or getting Blogger to take it down. He informed Blogger of the problem on December 8th. Because Blogger has so many blogs, it could take weeks for them to react.

In a separate post, Bowles reports that for the fourth consecutive year, he visited a high school in Ohio to speak to students about national socialism and the American Nazi Party. Bowles reports that many students were surprised at how he did not fit the traditional stereotype of the headbanging, Rahowa-screeching misogynist and how he promoted positive racial separation and separate development without denigrating any racial groups. One person wrote "If his presentation was my first and last exposure to a Nazi, I would have a tolerant to favorable view of the Nazi Party". Some people have criticized the ANP for not identifying the high school in the past, but if the school was identified, they might become a target for ARA "activism". And perhaps the school asked Bowles not to identify them. Bowles also reports that a representative of the American Nazi Party will be speaking to high school students again in May 2012.

And finally, ANP literature distribution made the news in Mountain View, California. Mountain View Online reports that a local ANP activist distributed ANP cards six times since early November near Trinity United Methodist Church, St. Joseph's church and at Mercy-Bush park, where the cards have been tacked on a post near the bin for dog-waste bags. The cards read "Racial Pride & Unity For Blacks = OK. Browns = OK. Whites = Hate?" along with the ANP's website address. Naturally, the reporter found a local lemming who delivered the quintessential "woe is us" spiel, but one person, Old Ben, vigorously defended the distribution in the Comments section and condemned the genocide in Gaza.

Another person, Ghost, wrote "The 'American Experiment' is a dismal failure. Sure, we have multiculturalism. We have Black gangs preying on Whites. Latino gangs preying on Blacks. The more diverse we become, the more it breeds mistrust. Your fortunate to live in a basically small town type area. I live in So. Cal. in a major city. It's a racial jungle, and the animals are running wild. You can't walk down the streets and feel safe - day or night. People distrust what they consider outsiders by instinct. The more multiculturalism is forced on us, the worse things will get - not better". And in Sense and Sensibility, Dan Schruender noted that the activist who distributed the cards has a mild heart condition, yet was willing to get out there and do his part.

Former Handyman Jerome Isaac Arrested In Brooklyn For Arson And The Incineration Murder Of Delores Gillespie

Update December 19th: It has now been revealed by both WCBS Channel 2 and the New York Post that Delores Gillespie was Black. This changes nothing; if Jerome Isaac would do this to one of his own tribe, he'd do it to anyone. Think about this: A Black lady feels sorry for a black man down on his luck, gives him a job, and then gets rewarded -- by being systemically and methodically incinerated in an elevator. This is a case tailor-made for the DEATH PENALTY.

A handyman formerly employed by 73-year-old Delores Gillespie has been arrested for her incineration murder in an elevator, and rumors of a previous romantic involvement between the two have been debunked. This updated summary of events complied from the New York Daily News and the New York Post; Jaime Holguin, the manager of news development for The Associated Press and who lives on the same floor as Gillespie, also provided his own account to WNBC Channel 4. The horrific methodology of the attack is described in my previous post.

After 47-year-old Jerome Isaac allegedly murdered Gillespie around 4:15 P.M. on December 17th, it is believed that he set another fire in his own nearby apartment building on Lincoln Place 10 minutes later. In the second blaze, he also sprayed a door with accelerant and left two Molotov cocktails behind; no one was hurt in the second fire. Isaac finally turned himself in to the NYPD’s Transit District 32 station on Carroll St. in Crown Heights about 12:30 A.M., reeking of gasoline. He eventually made statements implicating himself in the attack, and was subsequently charged with arson and first-degree murder. WABC Channel 7 news video embedded below:

Doris Gillespie had hired Jerome Isaac as a handyman to help clear excess clutter out of her apartment earlier this year, even giving him a key to her apartment. Then Gillespie discovered that expensive items such as cookware and a DVD player were missing. Since Isaac was the only one besides her own son who had access to the apartment, she suspected Isaac and fired him, immediately changing the locks on her door. However, in August, Isaac put a note on her door demanding $2,000 payment for work he said he’d done for her; according to Gillespie's nephew Ricky Causey, Gillespie didn’t want to pay Isaac after firing him because of the thefts.

Police now believe that Isaac attacked Gillespie out of revenge for having been fired. Neighbors say Isaac never gave any sign of disaffection towards Gillespie, and firmly debunked rumors of any romantic involvement between the two. Neighbors continue to describe Gillespie today as a wonderful person who always looked out for her neighbors and community. Her son, 37-year-old Maurice Gillespie, who lived with her, said “She was the mother of the community...She helped feed the poor. She was a good person. This shouldn't have happened with all the cameras in the building.”

Update: At his arraignment in Brooklyn Criminal Court on December 19th, Jerome Isaac did not enter a plea and his lawyer didn't even request bail. He will continue to be held without bail, and is in protective custody. Gillespie's family warned the DA against making any plea deal, saying they want the maximum punishment for Isaac allowed by law.

Reaction continues to be posted on Stormfront, and has now spread to the Vanguard News Network Forum. This type of extreme savagery is actually more common in Africa, where the African National Congress pioneered the technique of "necklacing" to punish its dissident members during the campaign to impose black majority rule on South Africa.

Rumors of romantic involvement between Isaac and Gillespie have been debunked. It has also now been confirmed by multiple media sources that Delores Gillespie was Black.

One of the most barbaric crimes I've ever heard of is being reported out of New York City. A savage black beast was caught on camera setting a woman afire and leaving her to burn to death in an elevator in an apartment building located in the Prospect Heights section of Brooklyn, New York. Sources include the New York Daily News and the New York Post and the New York Times.

Delores Gillespie had returned from grocery-shopping around 4:00 P.M. on December 17th, 2011 when she stepped out of the elevator on the fifth floor of her apartment building at 203 Underhill Ave. in Prospect Heights. She was met by a gloved psycho clutching a barbecue lighter, a bottle and a jug of combustible fluid. As the elevator doors opened, the assailant stepped in and sprayed the woman. Gillespie, who had grocery bags in her arms, turned about 180 degrees and then crouched in an attempted to protect herself. But the man sprayed her directly in the face and continued to spray her methodically over her head and parts of her body as the bags draped off her arms. She turned around and retreated to the back of the elevator. The suspect then pulled out a barbeque-style lighter, ignited a rag in a bottle, then set the woman afire, causing smoke to fill the elevator. The man backed out as the woman fell to the floor of the elevator, and seemed to pause before tossing the bottle inside the elevator onto the woman. The assailant then left the building. Because the assailant was waiting on Delores Gillespie, there's speculation that the two knew each other. NYPD spokesman Paul Browne would not comment on the motive in the killing, but said the suspect knew his victim.

One neighbor said he heard loud screams before smoke started filling the hallways. The neighbor, identified as John, said he looked out his door and saw smoke coming out of the elevator, noting that it smelled like plastic or wire burning, like an electrical fire. As he raced downstairs, he heard popping sounds from the elevator shaft. Firefighters and police were summoned and responded, and some residents on the sixth floor were temporarily evacuated. One unnamed NYPD detective said “I’ve never seen any shit like this, and I’ve been doing this a long time”. Because the building and the elevator are equipped with video cameras, police got a good video of the man and believe they know exactly who did it. Furthermore, police believe the man appeared to have been burned on his face and hands, so they're alerting local hospitals.

Various media sources characterized Delores Gillespie, who is 73 years old and who lived with one of her adult sons, as a bit eccentric and paranoid, sometimes complaining that upstairs tenants were stealing from her. But she also had a reputation for giving toys and gifts to kids frequently. One neighbor said Gillespie, who lived in the building since the 1980s, was a postal worker.

Public Reaction: Check the comments on the media links embedded throughout this post; universal outrage, and many want to execute this guy the same way he killed the woman. Outrage also expressed on Stormfront. It would not break my heart if the cop that finds this guy was to "accidentally discharge" his service revolver.

Laurence Alvin Lovette Tried And Found Guilty Of The Murder Of Former UNC Student Body President Eve Carson; Life In Prison

Update December 20th: Laurence Alvin Lovette has been found guilty of first-degree murder, first-degree kidnapping and robbery, and sentenced to life in prison.

The kidnapping, robbery and murder of former University of North Carolina student body president Eve Carson by two black thugs on March 5th, 2008 in Chapel Hill, NC generated considerable outrage within the White racialist community. Further fueling the outrage was the failure of authorities to consider hate crime charges despite the interracial nature of the crime. One of the perps, Demario James Atwater, already made a deal. In exchange for sparing his life, Atwater pleaded guilty in 2010 to federal and state charges in the case and is serving two life sentences in federal prison. The federal charges included carjacking resulting in death, kidnapping resulting in death, carrying and using firearms during and in relation to carjacking and kidnapping resulting in death, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a short-barreled shotgun without such weapon being properly registered. The state charges included first-degree murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon, first-degree kidnapping and possession of a firearm by a felon. Since Atwater actualy fired the fatal shot according to Dr. Cynthia Gardner, the medical examiner who performed an autopsy on Carson, he probably would have received the death penalty had he been tried and convicted.

But the other perp, Laurence Alvin Lovette Jr.. decided to gamble on a trial, which is currently in progress. Lovette's defense lawyer Karen Bethea-Shields denies that Lovette was with Atwater when he shot Carson, and contends that many of the witnesses for the prosecution will have criminal records and motives to lie. The prosecution counters that Lovette's DNA was found in Carson's vehicle. Key testimony was delivered on Tuesday December 13th. First, Dr. Cynthia Gardner testified that Carson had been shot a total of five times. Four shots were fired from a .25 caliber pistol; once to the right cheek, the back, right arm and right buttock. The fifth and fatal shot was fired through Carson's right hand and the right temple with a sawed-off 12-gauge shotgun. According to other testimony, Lovette fired the pistol, while Atwater fired the shotgun.

But even more important testimony was given by Jayson McNeil, a lifelong friend of Lovette who knew that Lovette was involved in the murder, was subsequently busted by the Feds for selling drugs, and agreed to roll over on McNeil as part of a plea deal. According to McNeil, Lovette told him that he and Atwater went to Chapel Hill to commit a robbery and that they saw Carson getting into her Toyota Highlander. They immediately rushed her and climbed into the vehicle with her, with Atwater holding a gun to her head. Eve Carson was in the back seat pleading for her life the whole time; she even offered to pray with the perps. Meanwhile, Demario was feeling her clothes and touching her in certain parts of her body. Lovett told McNeil that they ultimately decided to kill Carson because she had seen their faces.

After carjacking Carson, the perps had her withdraw $700 from an ATM, then later shot and dumped her in a neighborhood off U.S. 15-501 close to the Chapel Hill campus. The entire ordeal lasted 90 minutes. During the following two days, they used her ATM card to withdraw another $700.

Unfortunately, Laurence Alvin Lovette won't get the death penalty because he was under the age of 18 at the time of the crime. But if convicted of first-degree murder, he can be sentenced to life. What a waste of oxygen!

Hispanic Supremacists Plan To Launch "Occupy Aztlan" Movement, Will Target White Residential Neighborhoods Beginning In Phoenix

According to Miguel Perez, current president of Chicanos Unidos Arizona and an active member of La Raza, a consortium of several Hispanic supremacist groups intend to launch an Occupy Aztlan movement, and they propose to target White residential neighborhoods. I have seen no mainstream media reports corroborating this yet.

Perez published his account on December 4th, 2011 in the Phoenix Civil Rights Examiner. Representatives of Nuestros Reconquistos, Take Back Aztlán, and the Aztlánian Brotherhood met on December 4th at the Phoenix Public Library to discuss “Occupy Aztlán.” They intend to begin their activism in Phoenix in January, but eventually plan to spread it to all states originally owned by Mexico.

But what's different about this Occupy movement is that they intend to target residential neighborhoods. They plan non-violent protests in mostly upscale areas where rich White people live, and part of the demonstrations will include door-to-door protests.

Of course, the National Socialist Movement knows how to deal with that sort of "door-to-door" activism. When some Hispanic supremacists and their white antifa allies tried that nonsense in Jeff Hall's Riverside neighborhood in May 2010, they were unceremoniously chased away while police stood by and did not interfere. The same solution would apply to this problem as well.

Reaction: Comments posted to the Examiner story show most people will not be inclined to put up with it. Craig Bodecker writes, "In simpler times, the correct response to a foreign invader was obvious; SHOOT TO KILL". Gerry Nance pointed out that the American Southwest actually belonged to Mexico for a mere 38 years, from 1810-1848; it belonged to Spain for 291 years beforehand, and has belonged to America by international treaty since 1848. Even some Hispanics are not inclined to tolerate it. Elizabeth Raquel Sanchez writes, "I hope they cause problems in Albuquerque or Santa Fe, New Mexico. New Mexico is a state where we love God, Guns, and Country - in that order. The Hispanics in this state have been here for hundreds of years, were NOT in support of Mexico during the revolution, and are straight up Rednecks! I know people in my hometown waiting for the battle to begin. Bring it!"

The medication contained banned substances resulting in the positive test. Their source is directly connected with Major League Baseball. Consequently, I have altered the title of this post to reflect this development. Yahoo Sports still thinks Braun will get suspended for 50 games anyway, because MLB jas a policy of strict liability.

Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun, nicknamed the Hebrew Hammer because of his Jewish heritage, faces a 50-game suspension for having tested positive for what was first reported as PEDs (performance-enhancing drugs). If upheld, the suspension will be served for the first 50 games of the 2012 season. The information was not revealed publicly by Major League Baseball because Braun is disputing the result through arbitration; it was disclosed by unspecified sources. Braun had to provide a urine sample for testing during the playoffs, and he was notified of the positive test sometime in late October 2011, about a month before he was named the National League's Most Valuable Player. The positive result was triggered by elevated levels of testosterone in Braun's system. A subsequent, more comprehensive test revealed the testosterone was synthetic -- not produced by Braun's body. Every individual naturally produces testosterone and a substance called epitestosterone, typically at a ratio of 1-to-1. In Major League Baseball, if the ratio comes in at 4-to-1 or higher during testing, a player is deemed to have tested positive.

A spokesman for Braun's agency, Creative Artists Agency, confirmed the positive test on December 10th and issued a statement: "There are highly unusual circumstances surrounding this case which will support Ryan's complete innocence and demonstrate there was absolutely no intentional violation of the program. While Ryan has impeccable character and no previous history, unfortunately, because of the process we have to maintain confidentiality and are not able to discuss it any further, but we are confident he will ultimately be exonerated." Another source close to Braun said that when he was told about the positive test, he immediately requested to be tested again. That second test, using a different sample that was tested by Braun's camp, the source said, was not positive.

Braun did not experience a particularly dramatic upsurge in performance in 2011. After hitting 25 home run runs and compling a .501 slugging percentage in 2010, he improved to a .332 batting average, 33 home runs, 111 runs batted in, 109 runs scored and 33 stolen bases in 2011. During the late '90s and early 2000s, confirmed steroid users were experiencing astronomical improvements in performance; Barry Bonds leaped from 49 home runs in 2000 to 73 home runs in 2001.

Ryan Braun traces his Jewish heritage through his father Joe, who lost much of his family in the Holocaust. Joe emigrated from Israel to the United States as a child and eventually married Ryan's mother, who is Catholic. Ryan Braun says he extremely proud to be Jewish and to be a role model for young Jewish kids, but doesn't want to make it into something more than what it is. He didn't have a bar mitzvah, and he doesn't observe Jewish holidays. Braun is not known to have engaged in any Jewish supremacist politics or Holocaust propaganda campaigns.

Reaction: Geoff Baker of the Seattle Times says that if Braun's suspension is upheld, his MVP award should be revoked. He writes, "Conduct a re-vote. Create a precedent for this kind of thing. If a guy tests positive before results are announced, make it clear that he will not be allowed to keep any award without it being put back in the hands of voters. This isn't revolutionary thinking. In the Olympics, medal winners are stripped of their medal awards all the time if they test positive. Sometimes, it takes years to do the retroactive thing".

This reflects the thinking expressed in thousands of comments to the ESPN story. Many thought the Dodgers' Matt Kemp should have been named N.L. MVP, and now they're calling for Braun to be stripped of his MVP award, particularly if the suspension is upheld. A Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel unscientific poll shows that 64 percent of respondents believe Braun's career will be tainted even if he is exonerated. Comments from the hometown Journal-Sentinel are more optimistic, cautioning against a rush to judgment.

One Primate's Project and Lady Liberty's Lamp confirm that Anti-Racist Action hacked the personal e-mail account of the ANP's SA Political Adviser John Taylor Bowles, as well as his blog. This resulted in the public disclosure of the personal information of some of the ANP leadership, as well as links to e-mail correspondence between Bowles and other ANP figures. The titles to the e-mails do not, in my opinion, indicate any unexpected "smoking guns"; they simply show the normal give-and-take and occasional disagreement that can surface within any organization. Thus I have absolutely no intention to further the ARA design by reading these e-mails or reporting on them in depth. Update: The Wordpress blog on which the e-mails were posted has since been suspended; they are no longer available for viewing.

One People's Project reveals that some social security numbers are among the hacked data released. This could set the hackers up for possible legal exposure; if anyone successfully steals and uses the SSANs, the hackers could be arrested as accessories to identity theft. So the hackers may have outsmarted themselves.

We have seen two ways of dealing with antifa activists during the past year. In Charlotte, NC, when Jared Taylor announced the cancellation of the American Renaissance conference, he walked up to the antifa present and offered to shake hands; the gesture was contemptuously refused. In contrast, when antifa visited a National Socialist Movement dinner in Trenton, NJ, the NSM cadre did not respond with a handshake, but with boots, fists, baseball bats and chairs; several antifa were hospitalized and some also arrested.

British Political Prisoner Emma West To Remain In Custody Until January 3rd; British National Party Says West's Incarceration Politically Motivated

Emma West, considered a political prisoner by many of her supporters, has been ordered held in prison until her next scheduled hearing on January 3rd. On December 6th 2011, magistrates decided to refuse Emma West’s bail application submitted by her solicitor, David Ewings, after they heard she had received death threats and that her address had been circulated on social networking sites Facebook and Twitter. There were outbursts from supporters of Miss West, who shouted "treason" as she was denied bail at Croydon Magistrates’ Court.

After the video in which Emma West appeared was played in court, West initially pleaded not guilty. However, when she returned to the court room after a short recess, her not guilty plea was rescinded due to an administrative error. Court records were amended to show she has not yet indicated a plea. She has been charged with a racially aggravated public order offence.

On the surface, it looks like there is some merit to the magistrates' decision to keep West locked up. Spiked-Online documented hundreds of physical threats against West after the video was released; police probably would have been required to mount a full-time presence around her Croydon neighborhood to protect her had she been released. But she still shouldn't have been arrested in the first place; it was her arrest that revealed her identity to the public and exposed her to public danger. Disgustingly, Gavin Barwell, Conservative MP for Croydon Central, actually praised social media for their role in exposing Emma West; he told MPs that the YouTube footage demonstrated how the internet could be used to help solve crime. Barwell said "On a positive note, does this not show the power of social media both in allowing a suspect to be caught and in showing the vast majority of Croydon residents do not share these views?"

But support for Emma West is picking up and being openly expressed. On December 2nd, 20 people held a quiet protest outside HMP Bronzefield calling for her release. The protest was organized on very short notice by Britain First. Meanwhile, the British National Party has ratcheted up its support for West, sending a delegation to court to witness the proceedings. The BNP says the excuses and explanations given to keep Emma West behind bars are totally, utterly and completely refuted by Emma West’s relatives, who say there have been no threats made against West and her family. Consequently, the supposed danger against Emma West may have been fabricated by the Crown Prosecution Service as an excuse to justify a political decision.

Meanwhile, Birmingham Nationalist reports that a gang of Muslim girls who repeatedly kicked a young woman in the head were not detained, not even for their own "protection". They were allowed to walk free from court after a judge heard they were not used to being drunk because of their religion. The group screamed "kill the white slag" while kicks raining in on 22-year-old Rhea Page as she lay motionless on the ground. The attackers - three sisters and their cousin -- were given suspended sentences.

Four Black Killers Of Channon Christian And Chris Newsom Granted New Trials Because Of Misconduct By Original Trial Judge Richard Baumgartner

In one of the more outrageous judicial rulings in the history of Knoxville, TN, the four black thugs who were tried and convicted of the torture and slaying of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom were granted new trials on December 1st, 2011 by Judge Jon Kerry Blackwood. Blackwood ruled that former judge Richard Baumgartner did not exercise his role of 13th juror in that he did not sign off on the final verdict in any of the four trials. In addition, Blackwood revealed alleged misconduct by Baumgartner during the time of the initial trials, to include doctor shopping and falsifying drug test results for a woman he was seeing. Judge Blackwood called the evidence of Baumgartner's crimes humiliating to judges everywhere, and said the records left him no choice but to throw out convictions against the four defendants and order new trials for Lemaricus Davidson, Letalvis Cobbins, George Thomas, and Vanessa Coleman. Davidson was sentenced to death, Cobbins and Thomas to life, and Coleman to 53 years for their roles in the brutal kidanpping, rape, torture, and murder of Channon Christian and Chris Newsom.

Blackwood's labeling of "structurally" flawed trials presided over by Baumgartner in the Christian/Newsom case meant that no actual error by the disgraced judge had to be shown in order to merit new trials. Blackwood also said defendants can now reasonably claim Baumgartner's decision-making was biased toward the prosecution. Because new trials have been ordered, Blackwood even claimed that all but Davidson were entitled to ask to be freed on bond, but none of the defense lawyers were audacious enough to request it at Thursday's hearing. So all four remain in custody. While no specific trial dates were set, Blackwood did set a January 12th date to hear motions. WBIR Channel 10 notes that because of the double jeopardy rule, none of the four can be found guilty of any higher crime than their previous convictions. That means only Davidson is again eligible for the death penalty. WVLT Channel 8 news video embedded below:

Baumgartner stepped down and pleaded guilty in March 2011 to a felony official misconduct charge after a Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) probe found he had purchased pills from a probationer in his court. He was said to be taking as many as 30 pills per day, including hydrocodone, oxycodone, and OxyContin, while on the bench, even during the Christian-Newsom trials. He was given a suspended sentence of two years and granted judicial diversion in order that he could keep his pension. He was disbarred in October 2011. Many more details of Baumgartner's addiction and resultant misconduct are published in a Knoxville News-Sentinel story entitled "Highlights of TBI file shows depth of Baumgartner's addiction"

Reaction: An unscientific poll of News-Sentinel readers indicates that 44 percent of respondents are angry and 13 percent feel betrayed so far. Gary Christian said "Now we've got four or five more years to live in hell...We were told not to cry (in front of the juries) by a man on more narcotics than an elephant should be able to stand." Chris Newsom's mother, Mary, said in reference to Baumgartner "He's taken four years of our lives away...I never imagined anything like this. Yes, I'm angry. He should have known better. He should have stepped down."

Stormfront is also bubbling over with outrage; one person wrote "As I understand it, the judge did not find the defendants guilty, the jury did. So what difference would the judge's condition make? Did he rule incorrectly to a defense objection? Next thing they will claim they cannot get a fair trial anywhere because the case is becoming well known". On the Vanguard News Network Forum, OTPTT, who was at the first rally against black crime in Knoxville in May 2007, wrote "So what date is the next rally? I have a sign cutter this time around and can make everyone a professional quality sign or banner. I can't pay all of the materials but will certainly contribute my time and labor. However, I will donate what materials I have to another rally". But with four different trials to be held and no trial dates yet set, it's difficult to determine just when a rally would have the maximum effect.

In any event, the fact that four murderers get new trials, even though the chances that any of them might be freed are slim, is absolutely outrageous. It was the juries who determined the defendant's guilt, not the judge.

Church Committee Votes To Deny Formal Membership To Interracial Couples At All-White Gulnare Free Will Baptist Church In Kentucky

The Free Will Baptist Church in Gulnare, Kentucky, whose congregation is currently all-White, placed itself in the crosshairs of the Diversity Cartel when a committee of its members voted to deny formal membership to interracial couples. Interracial couples are still welcome to attend services, but are not allowed to officiate in any way. The story has been picked up nationally by The Blaze, the Fox News Channel and the Washington Post, but the local version is at Lex18.com and Louisville.com. Vigorous support for the decision is expressed on Stormfront.

According to the National Association of Free Will Baptists, the correct term is "Free Will" rather than "Freewill", so I'm referring to it as Free Will in this post.

The sequence of events was set in motion when the 24-year-old daughter of the church secretary, Stella Harville, brought her 29-year-old coal-black Zimbabwean fiancee, Ticha Chikuni, to a service this past summer. The two had previously attended services, but this time Chikuni sang a song for the congregation. As a result, one church member, former pastor Melvin Thompson, decided to craft a resolution to "promote greater unity". His resolution read, "That the Gulnare Free Will Baptist Church does not condone interracial marriage. Parties of such marriages will not be received as members, nor will they they be used in worship services and other church functions, with the exception being funerals." The resolution does not ban interracial couples from merely attending services, however. In keeping with local church guidelines, Pastor Stacy Stepp, the church's head pastor who personally opposed the resolution, submitted the proposal to a church committee, which voted 9-6 to adopt it on Sunday November 27th. According to Fox News, Melvin Thompson said he is not racist and called the matter an internal affair. "I am not racist. I will tell you that. I am not prejudiced against any race of people, have never in my lifetime spoke evil about a race", said Thompson, the church's former pastor who stepped down earlier this year. "That's what this is being portrayed as, but it is not."

Keith Burden, the executive secretary for the National Association of Free Will Baptists in Antioch, TN, put forth the denominational position on the issue. He explained that the denomination believes the Bible to be inerrant, and proclaimed that local churches have autonomy over decision-making. He also said the Gulnare church acted strictly on its own, and hinted that the association could strip the local church of its affiliation with the national denomination if it's not resolved.

Meanwhile, Randy Johnson, President of the Pike County Ministerial Association states, "It's not the spirit of the community in any way, shape or form." He also said the reactions have included heartbreak and disbelief. And Kentucky Commission on Human Rights Executive Director John J. Johnson, who has no jurisdiction in this matter, sought to punch his diversity card by issuing a statement saying he was “saddened” by the news.

Prognosis: Even though the church committee voted democratically to institute the membership ban on interracial couples, it will most likely not be allowed to stand, since both the church's head pastor and the denominational headquarters oppose it. Most likely the ban will be rescinded; diversity will be allowed to trump democracy once again, as it has so many times since the civil rights era began. Don't be surprised if Melvin Thompson and the nine who voted in favor of the resolution leave the congregation.

Sentencing Delayed Until December 20th For MLK Day Backpack Bomber Kevin Harpham

Kevin Harpham, who pleaded guilty to Attempted Use of a Weapon of Mass Destruction and Attempt to Cause Bodily Injury with an Explosive Device Based on Actual or Perceived Race and National Origin of Any Person on September 7th, 2011, is back in the news once again. Harpham was to be sentenced on November 30th, but U.S. District Judge Justin Quackenbush granted a delay in pronouncing sentence until December 20th, 2011.

The reason for the delay is because Harpham's public defender, Roger Peven, who is also the executive director of the Federal Public Defenders of Eastern Washington, wants additional time to research federal definitions for a bomb or “other similar device". Specifically, Peven said he wanted additional time to ensure the bomb Harpham made matches the definition of a bomb or "similar device". Harpham's bomb is now more completely described as a pipe bomb loaded with 128 lead fishing weights coated with rat poison.

In any event, Harpham, 37, faces a sentencing range of 27 to 32 years. Before the judge granted the continuance, prosecutors were arguing for the maximum 32 years. They argue Harpham’s actions set him apart from similar cases because of his detailed planning of the bomb and white supremacist history. They maintain his history as a white supremacist suggests he will need time to reflect on his actions. They also say it is unlikely that his views will change in the short term and that the public needs to be protected from him for a long time. They also cite photos of blacks and other minorities taken by Harpham on that day to show he specifically desired to target non-Whites. All of this overrides the fact that Harpham has no prior criminal history, according to prosecutors.

In contrast, the defense argued for a lesser sentence because the bomb never went off. The defense also pointed to others with similar cases getting lesser sentences. The defense also submitted a motion saying “Mr. Harpham, who has lived an exemplary life until recent events, who has no criminal history, who has been a good son, brother, neighbor, soldier and friend deserves to have this Court take into account the good works that account for the majority of his life... He accepts responsibility for his crime and a sentence of 27 years is just punishment for his misdeeds.” It was afterwards that the defense moved for a continuance until December 20th.

KHQ Channel 6 reports that Kevin Harpham is relieved to have a cell by himself. Harpham has been in solitary confinement in the Spokane County Jail for eight months since his arrest. While in jail, Harpham's exchanged letters and post cards with VNN Forum's Frazier Glenn Miller. In one undated letter to Miller, Harpham wrote, "They have been keeping me in the hole here. It's nice to have a cell to yourself but it's highly restrictive. The worst things about jail, or at least this jail is the hard bed, limited clothes, and blankets to keep warm." According to the same letter, Harpham hoped for better conditions in prison writing that someone once told him "Federal prisons are much better than the state ones, I hope that is accurate. I also hope they are more entertaining than this place." Harpham also turned down an offer of money or a fund drive from Miller, saying that it was better to take a public defender and not squander money on a private attorney.

Not really much difference between 27 years and 32 years; Harpham will still be old enough for Medicare when he's released. The only question now is what type of federal prison will he be assigned to. Will he be sent to the supermax at Florence like Matt Hale?

Teutonic Warrior Chick Expresses Support For British Tram Lady Emma West; Britain First Calls For Rally Outside Of Jail In Support Of Emma West

A rising video star in the American White media is Teutonic Warrior Chick. While not yet quite as polished as Dr. David Duke, she expresses herself passionately and with credibility. Unfortunately, her YouTube channel YouTube channel has now been removed; it was highly acclaimed on Stormfront.

Teutonic Warrior Chick has now spoken out in support of the now-famous British Tram Lady, Emma West. She points out that having her child with her may have saved West from a beatdown by a black man aboard the tram who had risen to his feet and was about to accost her. But what Teutonic Warrior Chick really takes issue with is the exaltation of "Racism™" as the supreme crime in society today, and the double standard applied against Whites. Her video went down with her YouTube channel, but I found a replacement on Blogbalderorg's channel:

British Resistance reports that a patriotic political group called Britain First has called for the immediate release of Emma West from jail and has organized a campaign for people to communicate these sentiments to the British Home Secretary, Theresa May. They've posted a convenient e-mail template HERE. In addition, they're calling upon all true patriots to rally outside HMP Bronzefield, Woodthorpe Road, Ashford, Middlesex, TW15 3JZ on Friday 2nd of December at 12 midday in support of Emma West.

I suspect they'll get a lot more than 75 people to that rally.

What’s unbelievable is your one sided mentality. Yes, the woman was rude and she shouldn’t have been cursing that way in public around children, but her sentiments are to be expected. She is being forced by her elite rulers to become a foreigner in her own country. Who wouldn’t sympathize with her situation? The bleeding hearts certainly gnash their teeth over indigenous people getting displaced by Whites, but seem to lose all sense of righteousnous when the same happens to Europeans.

But, in the beginning they were confronted with the problem of strong opposition from their citizenry who didn’t like the idea of having their traditions and cultures overwhelmed and destroyed by cultures from other countries. So their psy-ops was put in motion. It was declared in almost every printed outlet, T.V., and the entertainment industry that opposing “diversity” was evil and hateful. British National Party Reacts To The Arrest Of the London Tram Lady, Emma West; Anti-Racist Vigilantes Call For Physical Violence Against Emma West

The woman who has now become known as the London Tram Lady because of her heartfelt rant against the effects of forced diversity and multiculturalism on Whites in the United Kingdom has now been publicly identified. Emma West appeared in court on November 29th to face a charge of committing a racially aggravated public order offence. After speaking only to confirm her name and address at Croydon Magistrates Court, she was remanded in custody for a week pending psychiatric reports, and her next court appearance is scheduled for December 6th. Meanwhile, anti-racist vigilantes stormed Twitter, calling for various forms of physical violence to be inflicted upon West.

The British National Party, which has grown into the fourth largest political party in the United Kingdom by championing the cause of White Britons, has finally published reaction to West's arrest. An article authored by Chris Barnett entitled "The ‘racist mother’ video that's gone viral" is sympathetic towards West and portrays her as a working-class White Briton on the front lines of the diversity war who finally cracked under the strain, although he believes her rant could have been more productively directed towards middle-class Whites rather than non-Whites.

First, Barnett asks whether or not this could have been a set-up by antifa:

Firstly, are we to believe that this woman just suddenly boarded a tram sat down and went into a racist rant? No arguments before hand? No provocation?

Kinda reminds me of all the times enemy photographers turned up to our meetings and demos, ignoring the violence against us and then photographing the physical defence we put up, presented to the police, in the absence of any other evidence, it's always the victims that end up being prosecuted rather than the perpetrators.

Barnett notes that because this woman is a White working class Brit, it's unlikely that there will be a single policeman, social worker, or judge who will ask whether the poor woman has simply cracked and is suffering from a mild mental illness, because it might be construed as an admission of the very uncomfortable truth that mass immigration is not only putting working class Whites out of jobs and atomizing White communities, but is also pushing such people mentally over the edge. He chides those who would look down upon Emma West as a "chav" merely because she talked a bit rough and dropped a few f-bombs.

The latter theme is more vigorously evoked by Denise Barber on this new Stormfront thread:

While the Jared Taylor constituency correctly and commendably seek to filter out the stereotypical misfits who use white nationalism as little more than protective cover for personal hooliganism, they have a tendency to filter out many potentially race-conscious working-class Whites as well. They forget that although revolutions may be started by people wearing jackets and ties, they are fought -- and won -- by people wearing utilities.

One person who was initially put off by Emma West's f-bombs, Oliver1986, reconsidered the issue and soon changed his mind:

Following the arrest of a suspect, tweeters showered the transport police with praise. ‘Sometimes a police state can be used for the powers of good. Well done, @btp_uk!’, said one tweet. ‘That’s social media at work for you, an arrest in the afternoon of the video hitting the TT in Twitter!’, said another.

Other tweeters called on the police to ‘lock her up and throw away the key’ and ‘save her child’. Literally hundreds of people, with no indication that they were joking, tweeted that the woman should be sterilised, deported, punched, kicked and shot. Some suggested she should be shot between the eyes, others that she should be shot in her ovaries. Other Twitterers expressed a preference for hanging her or said she should be ‘put down’ like a dog. Fittingly for Twitch Hunters, there were also demands that she be drowned or burnt at the stake.

In contrast, Emma Hayes did NOT call for any non-Whites to be "shot between the eyes", "shot in their ovaries", "hung", "drowned", or "put down like a dog". We now see where the REAL hate lies.

White British Lady Cracks Under The Strain Of Forced Diversity And Multiculturalism, Sounds Off About Minorities In The United Kingdom

While we American Whites can find forced diversity and multiculturalism imposed from the top down to be mildly oppressive at times, it is but a pale imitation of the much more virulent strain imposed upon British Whites by the elite in the United Kingdom. The U.K. actually practices what's called "positive discrimination"; it positively discriminates against Whites, particularly in public sector employment. Scarcely a week passes by in which some think tank crackpot doesn't put forth some loony theory about how aversion to spicy foods can be a sign of latent White racism -- among toddlers, for God's sake. Nearly every facet of British life is subject to a racial litmus test -- and the burden tends to be upon Whites to prove they're not racist.

Finally, one 34-year-old White British lady from New Addington in the Croydon area of London, now identified as Emma West, had all she could take, and cracked under the relentless strain of forced diversity and multiculturalism. She publicly vented her spleen about the steadily incrasing minority population in the U.K. while riding aboard a tram on the Croydon to Wimbledon route in South London. Someone captured her rant on the video embedded below (the audio is a bit dodgy, but it gets the message across):

'Yeah its fine. I have got a little kid here. Have respect? I have a little boy here. F** you. I dare you, I f***ing dare you.

'Don't watch my language. Go back to where you come from, go back to f***ing Nicaragua or where ever you come from. Just f***ing go back.

'I work, I work, I work, this is my British country until we let you lot come over.

'So what. It is my British country, you ain't British. Are you British? You ain't f***ing British. F*** off.

'You ain't British, you're black. Where do you come from?

Unfortunately for her, since this occurred in the United Kingdom, she faces legal consequences. Police revealed late Monday November 28th, 2011 that they arrested the lady on a racially aggravated public order offence. She appeared in court on November 28th and has been remanded in custody for a week pending psychiatric reports; her next hearing in on December 6th. The incident has now triggered a response on White News Now and a five-page thread on Stormfront Britain, and one person posted a cogent impression:

You can tell in their faces they agree with the woman but are too afraid to say anything about it. Could you imagine? Your wife and baby having to ride in a tram that looks like it's from Somalia... She's lucky the ape behind her didn't become violent and chimp out on her.

When she was talking about it you could tell she was letting out all this frustration. She has a child, lives in the city probably working some dead end job just to help support her family, the government takes her money and gives it to these aliens and she has to be around these animals each day. Something must've triggered her outburst. The day will come when all white people will just get sick of this and won't stand for it anymore.

What triggered her outburst? Perhaps a bright memory of the recent riots in metro London, when numerous wogs ran amok in the streets looting and torching shops. Full contact with no-holds-barred diversity can stir racial consciousness among Whites faster than any literature distribution or agitprop rally. Dr. David Duke Arrested In Köln (Cologne), Germany Before Addressing Nationalist Group; Set Up As A Sacrificial Goat By The German Government

American white civil rights activist Dr. David Duke was arrested in Köln, Germany on November 25th, 2011, just as he was about to deliver an address to a nationalist group. As of right now, the only on-site information has been published by Freies Netz Köln in German, although a Google English translation is available HERE. Discussion threads started on Stormfront, on White News Now, the Skadi Forum, the Vanguard News Network Forum, and on F2 Anon.

Summary: While most of us in the United States enjoyed a traditional Thanksgiving celebration, Dr. David Duke arranged to celebrate Thanksgiving by mobilizing White racial consciousness in Europe. In keeping with this mission, he decided to accept an invitation proffered by the distinguished anthropologist and political scientist Werner Kewelo to speak to a group of German nationalists called Outside The Network on the day after Thanksgiving. Despite his reputation as a so-called "Holocaust denier", Dr. Duke experienced no delays when he flew into Frankfurt Airport; he was processed without incident.

But a German government stung by recent revelations of neo-Nazi murders in Germany was apparently looking for a cheap propaganda victory -- and a sacrificial goat to hand to the public. And once they realized that Dr. Duke was in their country, they saw their chance. First, the police nominally tried to stop Dr. Duke's speech by threatening the owner of the facility. However, the facility owner had signed a legal contract and said he was unable to get out of it; he was supported by many of the nationalists present.

So, with hundreds of police on hand at the meeting hall, they arrested Dr. Duke as he attempted to enter under the pretext that he is "persona non grata", although Frankfurt airport officials must not have received that memo the day before. Nevertheless, the meeting proceeded even without Dr. Duke's presence; Johann Thiessen of the Association of Russian-German conservatives urged those present to prepare for even more repression in the future, discussing various tactics and strategies in the organization of meetings. Paul Breuer succeeded him as representative of the host comrades with a short lecture on the need to fight against the Democrats and liberals. "Our weapon is the Word" was the leitmotif of his repeatedly interrupted by applause speech. Then Axel Reitz spoke of the life and work of David Duke and explained the harmony of the will of the whole world for origins and identity, nation and homeland, freedom and justice among all people.

Dr. Duke spent the night in a prison in a district of Cologne called Kalk where a high percentage of Turkish residents live. On Saturday November 26th, he was released, and was told to leave the country within 24 hours or be put in a deportation camp. Currently, Dr. Duke is not in Germany, but in another European country, while lawyers try to fight the legal mockup. Thus the best-case scenario, as was the case in Prague, was played out. Germany used Dr. Duke to "prove" to the world that they're being tough on those so-called "evil Nazis". The German government seems to be also looking for an excuse to ban the NPD as well.

A short but powerful denunciation of Dr. Duke's arrest has been published on the U.S. Message Board:

Kyle Chapman And Right Wing Resistance Step Up Political Activism In New Zealand, Show Up At Christchurch Candidates Meeting In Military Fatigues

The Right Wing Resistance, a pro-White New Zealand group led by longtime White racialist activist Kyle Chapman, has stepped up their activism in recent weeks and is now being accused of voter intimidation. The accusation stems from an incident in Christchurch on November 22nd when Chapman led a dozen balaclava-clad men in military uniforms into a candidate meeting on Worcester Street and hectored political candidates with a megaphone. Chapman read a statement warning that "suffering, poor populations get violent when they're hungry", referring to Labour and National as "Tweedledee and Tweedledum". The complete text of the statement has been posted on Stormfront. As the protesters left, one of them told the audience "Just remember, if you don't want to see camouflage uniforms on the streets, sort out your shit." None of the protesters was detained or arrested by police. Video embedded below:

Christchurch Central Labour MP Brendon Burns, who was at the meeting, described the protesters as "white supremacist thugs" and said they were "intimidating", but dismissed the incident as a "pathetic stunt". 3News didn't even pretend to be objective; they described the RWR patriots as "fascists".

Chapman later explained that the purpose was to raise awareness about how the government has been running the country into the ground, noting that people have nothing left to do than to rise up. He added that left-wing people were also protesting in similar fashion via the Occupy movement. Chapman also said that the group is planning to protest during the November 26th election at polling booths in multiple cities across New Zealand. TVNZ has non-embeddable video available HERE.

Additional activism by Kyle Chapman and Right Wing Resistance (RWR) since Spring 2009 is documented on this Stormfront thread. Right Wing Resistance also further explains this activism on their blog, saying that they are particularly tired of the immigration invasion and the endless rise in politicians' salaries. Since letters, e-mails, and civil testimony don't seem to change things, RWR is now prepared to engage in civil disobedience, with further escalation to insurgency and rebellion possible. RWR urges New Zealanders not to vote for National or Labour on election day, but only for New Zealand First.

National Socialist Freedom Movement Gets Their Adopt-A-Highway Proposal Approved By The State Of Delaware Under The Name "Freedom Party"

There is a fifth national socialist organization in the United States that has made the news on November 21st, 2011. An organization called the National Socialist Freedom Movement (NSFM) has received approval for their Adopt-A-Highway proposal from the state of Delaware, only the associated highway sign cannot include the phrase "neo-Nazi" or "Nazi". The sign will simply read "Freedom Party".

Although the story has gone national, the most comprehensive report comes from Delaware Online. For the past several months, NSFM Commander Edward McBride III has sought to adopt a two-mile stretch of Cedar Grove Road in Delaware's Sussex County for regular trash pickup as a means to foster group unity and to promote the group's existence. However, McBride initially applied to adopt the stretch of Cedar Grove Road under the unwieldy and redundant name of "National Socialist Freedom Movement Nazi Party". The Delaware Department of Transportation rejected that proposal, as well as a follow-up proposal by McBride to affix the name "NSFM88 Nazi Party" because DelDOT did not want to associate the state with the term "Nazi" and its perceived philosophy of advocating the denial of civil rights.

So McBride asked his wife, Katelyn McManus, to submit an application under her name for the road to be adopted by the "Freedom Party". Surprise -- DelDOT accepted McManus' application to join the program without question and two signs recently went up along Cedar Grove Road between Ward Road and Plantation Road. In reaction, both McManus and McBride noted that they've exposed a double standard in how DelDOT evaluates applicants for the program, saying that they would rather a female do something than a male.

According to Delaware Online, the NSFM is a spinoff from the National Socialist Movement (NSM). They recognize the right of all people to exist, but within their own countries, and say that America should be majority white. They also advocate closing off the nation's borders from immigrants, ending American participation in free trade with other countries, and prohibiting non-whites from owning or controlling newspapers. McBride estimates there may be as many as 45 NSFM members in Delaware. McBride's insistence that the organization is pro-Christian does not seem to square with the rhetoric on the NSFM website.

However, the cache of the website is still available, which conveys useful information. The NSFM considers itself the one and only true national socialist organization in America today. They state "Our nation is our race and religion", although they support the separation of church and state. They further state that their group members are educated and consider all of Christianity to be a Jewish tool to destroy Aryan Folk, who were originally pagan. They warn that people who attempt to promote Judeo-Christianity on their website will have their posts deleted. A screenshot of a part of the website is posted below:

Here's a video of Edward McBride III giving a talk on the Occupy Wall Street movement. Like the ANSP and the NSALP, he considers OWS to be infested with too many Communists and opposes participation by national socialists. McBride's a pretty good speaker who is in command of his subject:

The website cache also reveals that although Edward McBride III is the Commander of the NSFM, he reports to a national chairman, C.D. Herrington. This is the same Cliff Herrington who was the focal point of the Joy Of Satan controversy which engulfed the National Socialist Movement in 2006 and may have cost the NSM as much as 25 percent of its membership, including a number of prominent leaders such as Bill White who subsequently founded the short-lived American National Socialist Workers Party.

Prognosis: I don't foresee much of a future for the NSFM. First, the national socialist scene is saturated with four other groups. Secondly, national socialism needs to be a mass movement to succeed; this means religion must be secondary. And finally, Cliff Herrington's association with the Joy Of Satan controversy permanently compromises him and the NSFM. Edward McBride III and his wife would do better to take their obvious organizational talents to another more prominent national socialist organization.

American Renaissance editor Jared Taylor has announced that the 2012 American Renaissance Conference will take place near Nashville, TN from March 16-18, 2012. This time, Taylor assures us there's no threat of cancellation, as the conference will be held at a government-owned facility located about a 45-minute drive from Nashville. The news was greeted on Stormfront with some guarded and conditional optimism. Some are skeptical about claims that the conference won't be disrupted, while others reiterate their customary criticism of Taylor's Judeophilia. But a small group of Stormfronters are agitating for the inclusion of Bob Whitaker as a speaker; one person posted a letter he sent to Jared Taylor:

In a recent Amren article you expressed frustration at the lack of success over a period of years in getting our positions into the mainstream, and you stated that you are open to new ideas.

While I'm certainly aware of Bob Whitaker and his now-famous Mantra (anti-racist is a code word for anti-White), I've not spent much time on him. So I found an audio of one of his radio appearances converted into the following video:

Whitaker provides a cogent and scholarly explanation as to why "anti-racist" is a code word for "anti-White". Whites are held to higher and harsher standards on racial issues. Only White-dominated nations are expected to accept more non-White immigrants; no expectations to accept more White immigrants are imposed upon non-White nations. Only White communities are expected to become more "diverse", never non-White communities. The most egregious example of the latter is HUD's blockbusting efforts in New York's Westchester County to force them to build more public housing because the county is "too White"; in contrast, HUD has not demanded that East St. Louis or Detroit build more housing to attract Whites because they are "too Black".

Not that most Whites would even want to live in all-Black neighborhoods in the first place. But the point is that forced diversity is a one-way street -- and a zero-sum game for Whites.

I believe most people would agree that Bob Whitaker would be an excellent addition to the speakers' roster at the American Renaissance Conference. Not only is he staunchly pro-White, but the style of his discourse fits perfectly with the intellectual motif of the conference.

Anti-Racist Witch Hunt Launched At SUNY-New Paltz After "Colored Only" And Other "Racially-Insensitive" Signs Found On Campus

A full-blown anti-racist witch hunt is being launched at the State University of New York (SUNY) New Paltz campus after some racially-insensitive signs were found posted throughout the campus.

Both the New York Daily News and HuffPo report that after observing Black Solidarity Day on November 8th, 2011, students found a sign reading "Colored Only" above a drinking fountain on the first floor of the university's Humanities Building. Another sign was found in the LeFevre Hall dormitory building that read "lynch niggers Nov. 10th at 7:30 P.M. main lounge". Although the signs were promptly removed, another sign calling for "lynching" was spotted in an elevator on November 10th. In addition, the perpetrators also used social media to spread their message, creating a Tumblr page that posted a photo of the original "Colored Only" sign with a caption that said, "My friend is trying to start a race war at New Paltz." The page has since been deactivated.

Senior Ayanna Thomas, who serves as Vice President of Academic Affairs on the student governing board, said students of all races are banding together through an initiative led by the Black Student Union and the Student Association, the undergraduate governing body. Although "students of color" only make up five percent of the student body, they are disproportionately influential on campus, with five out of the seven student association executive board members being minorities. Damage control began with a student discussion on November 17th, with another campus-wide forum scheduled for November 30th.

But it appears the Black Studies department may be wising up to the fact that a growing number of students are merely paying lip service to diversity and profess allegiance to it primarily to preserve social standing. The Black Studies department wants more; they're no longer placated by window-dressing positions on executive boards. And so they issued the following demands to the university president:

SUNY New Paltz needs more than just diversity and acceptance. The very concept of diversity was popularized by the U.S. Supreme Court to satisfy the needs of elite post secondary schools seeking to improve the education of their majority white students by giving them contact with students of color while leaving the systems of oppression, power and white hegemony in place. Diversity simply means race mixing, usually for the benefit of white students. The real tragedy of America generally and SUNY New Paltz specifically has been the substitution of diversity for the real remedial programs that were needed for a nation less than five decades removed from the official Jim Crow system of racial caste. Dismantling Jim Crow demands some sort of "remedy," "equality," "repair," "integration," "anti-discrimination," "fairness," and "justice." These are the demands of real change. The statement above is a bunch of inchoate gobbledy-gook showing that regardless of what we Whites say or do, it will never be enough for Blacks. The fact that they claim that diversity has been beneficial to Whites shows how clueless Blacks are about White thinking. We can't live with them, but they can't seem to live without us.

Campus police have launched an investigation and say they have turned up several potentially strong leads on and off the campus, but nothing substantive has developed yet. James Rollins Sr., president of the Middletown chapter of the NAACP, says he believes the signs were meant to intimidate the only two black maintenance workers on the campus, further stating “A noose being hung in the presence of an African-American person is the same as a swastika being placed in the presence of a Jewish person.”

Why Rollins referred to a noose is inexplicable, since no noose was reportedly left anywhere on campus. Perhaps one of the Black maintenance workers has a beef with the campus and planted the signs to get back at them? It's not unheard of; recently, a black man burned a cross in his own driveway to get back at his wife.

Southern Poverty Law Center Transforms Kalispell PLE Activist April Gaede Into A "Cover Girl" In Their Winter 2011 "Intelligence Report"

If April Gaede ever had any aspirations of being a "cover girl", she just struck gold. The Southern Poverty Law Center features her on the cover of their Winter 2011 Intelligence Report. And, unlike Vogue or Cosmopolitan, I'll bet the SPLC didn't pay her a single shekel.

Of course, they deliberately present an uncomplimentary caricature of her brandishing a gun. You can see the cover HERE.

The specific article is entitled "A Gathering of Eagles: Extremists Look to Montana", authored by Ryan Lenz. Much of the article focuses on former Constitution Party Presidential candidate Chuck Baldwin, who decided to pull up stakes from Florida, move to the Flathead Valley in Montana, and is encouraging other Christian-oriented people to follow him. It's estimated that dozens have heeded his call, and scores more are on the way. Baldwin refers to his movement as a “gathering of eagles” — people opposed to oppressive big-city liberalism and UN-sponsored globalism. While Baldwin and his acolytes say they are religious separatists rather than racial separatists, among the 200 or so members of Baldwin's new church, Liberty Fellowship, is Randy Weaver, whose wife was murdered by the FBI at Ruby Ridge.

But then the SPLC turns their attention to April Gaede, as well as another local White racialist, Karl Gharst. Here's the key excerpt about Gaede:

In the mid-1980s, the idea of carving out a white homeland in the Pacific Northwest was highly popular among neo-Nazis and other white supremacists. The so-called Northwest Territorial Imperative, popularized by Aryan Nations founder Richard Butler, imagined enclaves of “racially conscious” white people. Two decades later, in 2006, April Gaede left her home in California for Kalispell, where she took up residence in a quaint, two-story house adorned with a sunflower garden. Not long afterward, she set out to breathe fresh air into that Aryan dream.

“I am formally making your [sic] invitation to ‘come home,’ she wrote on the white nationalist Web forum Stormfront in 2008. “Over 20 years ago some of the first White Nationalist pioneers started moving to this area. The numbers are not clear, but we are slowly but surely gaining ground.” Touting “wonderful neighborhoods,” “the best high schools in the nation” and a “state of the art hospital and care,” Gaede implored fellow white supremacists to move to Montana and form “Pioneer Little Europe” communities. The idea, first proposed in a 2001 pamphlet by H. Michael Barrett that was titled Pioneer Little Europe Prospectus, envisioned consolidating white residents in existing cities and towns and actively repelling racial minorities.

Gaede’s invitation drew apparently widespread but largely anonymous support online, despite the comical reservations of some detractors who feared that creating a white homeland in landlocked Montana, with no harbors, would make it impossible to ever secede from the Union.

Meanwhile, white nationalists are growing more visible to Montanans. British Holocaust denier David Irving gave a speech in Kalispell last May. Gaede and Gharst hold frequent white nationalist film screenings at the Kalispell Public Library, despite public protest.

Police in Montana are more than aware of the white nationalists’ activities. But in the absence of criminal activity, there’s little they can do. “We’ve got a lot of dangerous guys in Kalispell,” Police Chief Roger Nasset said. “But as long as they are peaceful, we can’t hold [their beliefs] against them.”

Gaede insists that people are coming, but the indications are that no more than a half dozen families have answered her call...

Karl Gharst is mentioned because in September 2011, he sent an e-mail to the anti-racist and anti-White Montana Human Rights Network threatening to convene a citizens grand jury to investigate what he described as a Jewish criminal organization working with other Jewish crime networks. He made similar comments about the SPLC and Media Matters for America after learning that both were preparing reports on the situation in Montana. Because some of Gharst's tactics tend to cater to popular stereotypes about White racialists and patriots, the relationship between him and Gaede has been uneasy at times.

Reaction: A superb discussion is currently taking place on White News Now; definitely a classy, upbeat forum. For her part, April Gaede seems rather amused by the attention. In this Stormfront thread, she writes, "After a decade of hard work my plans for world domination all come to a head......lmao. I am finally a caricature on the cover of the SPLC Intelligence Report with Chuck Baldwin and a few other politically incorrect gentlemen". She notes that when they can't really debate what you say, they either lie about what you say or do, call you names, or make fun of you in some way. And in response to complaints by author Ryan Lenz about being unable to get an interview, Gaede said she ordered him off her porch twice, and when he refused, she felt it necessary to firm up the message.

Considerably less amusing is a full-court press launched by Media Matters in the form of a four-part High Country Extremism series which focuses upon both the Patriot Movement and the PLE Movement in Montana. The author is David Holthouse, who has previously contributed articles to the SPLC. It should be noted that Holthouse has some personal issues from the past that he's still working out; back in 1978, when he was seven years old, a 10-year-old friend raped him both orally and anally in his own home. Later, when he became an adult, he tracked down the rapist, intending to kill him, but called it off at the last minute.

The SPLC openly admits that they coordinated with Media Matters to ensure the reports from both groups would be publicly released at the same time. Here are the links to the four Media Matters reports:

National Socialist American Labor Party (NSALP) Activist Michael Cook Tried And Convicted Of "Illegal Possession Of A Ballistic Vest"

Most people convicted of violent felonies know that federal law precludes them from gun ownership, at least for a period of time. But what they may not know is that ex-felons are also barred from owning body armor. In fact, as recently as January 2011, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the federal law barring people convicted of a violent felony from owning body armor.

On Thursday November 10th, 2011, Michael Cook, identified as a member of the National Socialist American Labor Party (NSALP), was sentenced to six months in prison and four months home confinement after he was convicted of illegal possession of a ballistic vest. He was convicted by a jury after 30 minutes deliberation in April 2011. Cook had purchased the vest at a gun show in Harrisburg in March 2007 after receiving repeated death threats. U.S. Attorney Peter Smith explained to the media that because of Cook's prior convictions on communicating terroristic threats and destroying property, he is prohibited from owning body armor. Additionally, WHTM Channel 27 reports that Cook's sentencing judge became concerned after hearing tapes in which Cook made "worrisome" comments to investigators. He reportedly told an FBI informant that he wanted people to know who he was by the "sting of his bullets." The sentencing could also be partially retaliatory for the fact that Cook and other NSALP activists distributed 1,000 NSALP flyers in March 2011, which sparked one complaint and caused Springettsbury Township Police to file a report with the Anti-Defamation League.

Michael Cook claims he was not aware that he was legally barred from protecting himself by purchasing a ballistic vest. He maintains that the ruling violates his constitutional rights as outlined in the commerce clause. Public defender Thomas Thornton previously stated that the vest was actually nothing more than a shell, unable to completely stop a bullet, so there was no real way for Cook to know that he was purchasing something illegal. Too bad a jury which knew nothing about the Fully Informed Jury Association did not agree. Nevertheless, Cook believes being in prison will strengthen his efforts, saying that "persecution is good for us sometimes". However, this was not a crime against a person or property, but an administrative crime against procedure, so Michael Cook should not be viewed as a danger to the public. Unfortunately, the principle of strict liability, which holds that ignorance of the law is no defense, is also applied to administrative crimes, and juries tend to swallow it.

After the initial indictment in November 2010, U.S. Attorney spokeswoman Heidi Havens explained that the disqualifying felony convictions on communicating terroristic threats and destroying property were actually incurred in Minnesota, although she offered no further explanation. Cook's greater claim to fame took place in 2002 when he helped organize a rally to bring Rev. Matt Hale with World Church of the Creator. The rally, at which Hale addressed 50 people at the Martin Library, turned into a major brouhaha attracting a total of 600 people, including White activists, antifa, cops and some ordinary community members.

The NSALP has not responded to this latest development. They are one of four national socialist organizations in the United States, the others being the NSM, the ANP, and the ANSP (listed in order of perceived prominence). The NSALP claims to be active in 30 states. One of their more prominent members is Ryan J. Murdough, who ran unsuccessfully for the New Hampshire state legislature as a Republican in 2010 and who was actually boycotted by the Republican Party; he's now the NSALP's National Political Director.

National Socialist Movement Pays Unique Memorial Tribute To Jeff Hall, Scattering His Ashes On The Mexican Border

The National Socialist Movement has now published its official after-action report of the November 5th Reclaim The Southwest rally to protest against the California Dream Act, the influx of illegal aliens, and sanctuary cities in Pomona, CA. Jeff Schoep confirms the accuracy of the higher participant estimates, saying that at least 80 White patriots showed up. Earlier, a member of the NSM's Arizona Unit, Harry Hughes, published his own preliminary report on the rally; he gave one of the speeches where he lauded the NSM contingent as the most patriotic Americans he ever met, and condemned the anti-racist counter-protesters for displaying a Mexican flag and an upside-down American flag desecrated with anarchist symbols.

But there was one important difference between the Pomona rally and other rallies. On Sunday November 6th, a smaller NSM contingent headed down to a undisclosed location along the Mexican border to pay a unique memorial tribute to their fallen comrade, Jeff Hall. Because Jeff Hall led some border watch operations from time to time, they chose to place Hall's ashes along the border to symbolize the belief that he is still standing guard. One person played traditional Scottish bagpipes in respect to old tradition and customs. Symbolic, but it shows the desire to honor those who fall in the struggle for White civil rights.

Of course, had true justice been possible, full-ride scholarship funds for Jeff Hall's five kids would have been set up, and the mortgage on Hall's home paid in full so his widow would have her transitional needs taken care of. And had Jeff Hall been a Black civil rights leader, this would have happened, since the media would have fawned over him for a week and financial tributes would have poured forth, many from white philanthropists by Bill Gates. But unfortunately, Bill Gates has a track record of preferring non-White children over White children.

If Harold Covington's Northwest Republic was in existence, Jeff Hall would have received a state funeral.

Jewish Gadfly Mikey Weinstein Becomes The Grinch Who Tried To Steal Christmas From Eight Million Kids; USAF Academy Grovels Goyishly

Jewish gadfly Michael "Mikey" Weinstein was the subject of previous discussion on January 23rd, 2011 when he was trying to bully the Air Force Academy into rescinding an invitation extended to Clebe McClary to speak at a prayer breakfast scheduled for February 10th, 2011, claiming that McClary would use it as an opportunity to "proselytize" Christianity. McClary, a leading motivational speaker, was critically wounded on March 3rd, 1968 during his 19th reconnaissance mission in Vietnam, suffering the loss of an eye and an arm.

Now Mikey Weinstein is at it again. Whinestein, who heads up the misnamed Military Religious Freedom Foundation (religious freedom for everyone except Christians), accused Air Force Academy commanders of crossing the line by promoting Operation Christmas Child, an annual charity of Samaritan's Purse, because an evangelical Christian message was included in the gift boxes to be distributed to numerous children. Weinstein was further distressed that an announcement about the Christmas toy drive was made to the entire cadet wing at lunchtime in the large cadet dining hall, and followed up with an e-mail to all cadets. So he filed a complaint on behalf of 132 Academy personnel, including two sets of Muslim parents. But he claimed he'd have no problem with it if the Academy was backing a secular toy drive or if the religious charity was promoted by chaplains rather than cadet leaders.

Operation Christmas Child expects to send more than 8 million shoe box gifts to underprivileged children in 100 countries; around 60,000 churches and 60,000 community groups in the United States are participating.

So what did the Academy do? They were ordered to cave in to this schmuck. The Academy's commandant of cadets, Brig. Gen. Richard Clark, apologized to Weinstein on Thursday November 3rd, and stated that under orders from Air Force headquarters, only the Chaplain Corps is to be responsible for advertising faith-based programs, so the well-intentioned program should have started with the chaplains, not the Cadet Wing. However, he assures the public that cadets can still participate in the toy drive through the Cadet Chaplain Corps.

The entire incident has triggered backlash. Peter Sprigg of the Family Research Council (FRC) said "Making the opportunity available for cadets to voluntarily participate in a Christmas charity does not come anywhere close to being an establishment of religion that would violate the Constitution". Opposing Views criticized military leaders for being all too ready to retreat in this brave new anti-Christian, anti-American environment created by President Obama and his Administration. Jordan Sekulow, Executive Director of the ACLJ, said “This is a perfect example of how heartless these groups are when it comes to defending their anti-religion position. It’s not about the First Amendment. It’s about a real hatred of religious people and people of faith that they would go so far as to stop an assistance program like Operation Christmas Child.” And in an LTE published in the Colorado Springs Gazette, Rev. Bob Wahl wondered what’s up with Gen. Clark and other officers at the Academy, asking that if they can’t stand up to the likes of Mikey Weinstein, how can we expect them to defend our country — a country founded on the principle of religious freedom?

Commendable. Good to see a few people shed their fear of being called anti-Semitic and criticizing a Jewish gadfly. But they still stopped short of cutting to the chase. Motivating Mikey Weinstein is the same phenomena which motivates Abe Foxman, Elie Wiesel, Marvin Hier, and other Jewish gadflies -- Jewish supremacism. Jewish supremacism is the notion that Jews are a chosen people -- superior to everyone else -- simply because they are Jews. That means that Jewish suffering gets top billing over the suffering of other people. That means that in any dispute between a Jew and a Gentile, the Jew gets to win -- each and every time. The nativity scenes come down, but the menorahs stay up.

Not all Jews are Jewish supremacists, but all Jewish supremacists are Jews. And as for Mikey Whinestein, I have just four words: Walk it off, lampshade.

U.S. District Judge Lynn Winmill Sentences Edgar Steele To Death -- Which Is The Effect Of A 50-Year Sentence On A 66-Year-Old Man

For all intents and purposes, U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill sentenced Edgar Steele to death on November 9th, 2011. This is the effect that a 50-year sentence will have on a 66-year-old man who had aorta surgery just two years ago.

To be precise, Winmill sentenced Steele to 50 years in prison for using interstate commerce facilities in the commission of murder-for-hire, use of explosive material to commit a federal felony, possession of a destructive device in relation to a crime of violence, and tampering with a victim. He was not given credit for time already served. Then, as if to deliberately mock him, Winmill also ordered Steele to serve three years of supervised release and pay a total of $2,836.91 in restitution to the State of Idaho Military Division, Quik Lube, and Cyndi Steele. Mandatory sentencing laws are responsible for much of the severity of this sentence, setting a minimum of 30 years in prison alone for violent crimes committed with explosives. The court rejected Steele's contentions that prosecutors or FBI agents engaged in misconduct by reviewing attorney-client communications or failing to disclose exculpatory evidence, and also rejected Steele's contention that an FBI agent manipulated the recordings in which Steele made statements suggesting his own guilt. Before sentencing, Cyndi Steele delivered a victim impact statement. But she one again disavowed any victimhood because, in her opinion, her husband didn't do anything wrong. Cyndi also said she was pressured by government agents and lied to in order to turn her against her husband. She asked the judge to free her husband so he can come home where he belongs. Asst. U.S. Attorney Traci Whelan, who played Judge Winmill like a fiddle during the trial, quickly countered, saying the charges aren't any less serious just because Cyndi doesn't believe them. Later on FreeEdgarSteele, it was noted that there was still a "chummy" relationship between Whelan and Winmill.

Edgar Steele also addressed the court before sentence was pronounced, and was adamant that he has been wronged. He told the court, "Everyone assumes I'm a liar and a bad guy and that ain't right." He repeatedly referred to himself as an officer of the court and said the real bad guys here are the FBI and the prosecutor, adding that, "America is broken. Critically, terminally broken," and that it has been hijacked by groups like the Anti-Defamation League. He also spoke of his love for Cyndi, calling her his soulmate and saying his heart leaps every time he sees her.

After sentencing, Edgar Steele was promptly removed from the courtroom. The cold-blooded Feds wouldn't even allow a last hug between Cyndi and Edgar. This is justice turned completely upside down; while Steele, accused of ordering Cyndi's death, gets 50 years, Larry Fairfax, the federal snitch who actually planted a bomb on Cyndi Steele's car, got only 27 months, with much of that spent at a halfway house.

Reaction: A complete report is posted on FreeEdgarSteele.com. The outrage continues to bubble on VNN Forum -- except for Donald E. Pauly, who suddenly started taking the government's side. Pauly claims that Steele was not framed and that the effects of aorta surgery made him lose his reason; he claims he's caught Steele in "dozens of lies". The problem with this is that it validates the federal government, and one never validates the enemy.

TruthInOurTime has a more patriotic reaction, writing "He is a political prisoner, possibly the highest profile in the White Nationalist movement. Undoubtedly this whole circus is meant to send a message to the rest of us, that if you cross the line they have the power to drag your name through the mud, separate you from your family and friends, take everything you have worked a lifetime for and in the end? You die in a cell".

Texas State Rep. Larry Taylor And Former Tiger Woods Caddy Steve Williams Both Caught Sinning Against Political Correctness

All the diversity and multicultural propaganda spewed upon us seems to be backfiring. Many people are reverting to more normal instincts. As a result, two public figures are under fire for politically incorrect remarks.

On Thursday November 3rd, at a hearing on the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA), State Rep. Larry Taylor (R24-Friendswood), the House Republican Caucus leader who co-chairs the Insurance Committee, was discussing the need for TWIA to pay claims more expeditiously. However, his choice of words raised hackles amongst the politically correct; Rep. Taylor said "Don't nitpick, don't try to Jew them down". Almost immediately, Taylor's PC alarm must have gone off, because he quickly added "That's probably a bad term".

After the hearing, Rep. Taylor issued an apology, saying "At a legislative oversight committee hearing today, I inadvertently used a phrase that many people find offensive. I corrected myself immediately when I realized what I had said. I regret my poor choice of words and sincerely apologize for any harm they may have caused." He also delivered a second apology in writing to the Anti-Defamation League and received absolution from ADL Southwest Region Associate Director Dena Marks.

Most commenters to the story dutifully expressed their condemnation, although one commenter said it's a tribute to the fact that Jews are savvy business people. The tempest should quickly blow over, though; although Rep. Taylor is running for the Texas State Senate, he won his last two House elections with over 86 percent of the vote, so this malapropism shouldn't hurt his Senate chances. What's actually amusing about this kerfuffle is that it took place on the same day the ADL released the results of a national survey showing that "anti-Semitism" is on the rise.

The other sinner against political correctness is Steve Williams, a former caddy for golfer Tiger Woods who was fired by Woods in July 2011 after a 12-year association. Although quickly hired to caddy by another golfer, Adam Scott, there is apparently still some bad blood between Williams and Woods, which manifested itself during the Annual Caddy Awards dinner held on November 3rd in Shanghai in conjunction with the HSBC Champions. When asked at the dinner for an explanation for his high-profile celebration after winning the Firestone with Scott on August 7th, Williams replied, "My aim was to shove it right up that black asshole" (in reference to Tiger Woods).

In reaction, the Daily Mail quoted an unnamed caddie who said: "Never have you been in a room and seen so many jaws drop at the same time. We knew he (Williams) was an idiot but we didn't know he was a racist idiot. I was standing next to a European Tour official who said, "Thank God he is not on our tour.' "

On Friday November 4th, Williams posted an apology on his website, writing "I apologize for comments I made last night at the Annual Caddy Awards dinner in Shanghai. Players and caddies look forward to this evening all year and the spirit is always joking and fun. I now realize how my comments could be construed as racist. However I assure you that was not my intent. I sincerely apologize to Tiger and anyone else I have offended."

However, this was not good enough for Yahoo blogger Shane Bacon, who imperiously demanded that Adam Scott immediately fire Steve Williams. But that's not going to happen; Scott said the fact that Williams apologized is enough for him, and added "I value Steve's contribution to my game and to have him on the bag. While he's caddying, I hope he can caddie for me."

Fortunately, both individuals seemed to have survived their brush with political correctness.

National Socialist Movement's "Reclaim The Southwest" Rally In Pomona, California Attracts 80 White Patriots

Reports are now beginning to filter in about the National Socialist Movement's "Reclaim The Southwest" rally held in Pomona, California on November 5th, 2011. According to the Los Angeles Times, as many as 80 NSM members and supporters showed up to protest against illegal immigration (KNBC Channel 4 claims only 30 NSM members), which was the overriding theme of the rally, offset by around 300 counter-protesters. As advertised, the rally began at Pomona City Hall at 2:00 P.M. and ended around 3:30 P.M.

As the NSM contingent arrived, the counter-protesters immediately rushed across police lines and began hurling parking cones, water bottles, horse feces and other items at the neo-Nazis. Some of the more than 100 police officers and sheriff's deputies assigned to the event quickly separated the groups and maintained a line of officers in riot gear between them. When the NSM contingent departed around 3:30 P.M., once again the counter-demonstrators rushed around the corner in an effort to confront the neo-Nazis at their vehicles. Some began throwing items at deputies and police officers who blocked their way. One man was struck with a baton from a horse-mounted deputy after pelting her in the face with an object. Despite this, no one was arrested. Here's a comment posted to the L.A. Times to illustrate the Latino attitudes towards Whites in L.A:

Unfortunately me and a few braves friends were mixed up with the counter protesters.

We had a few close calls where we almost had to get physical with S.H.A.R.P.'s and "UNITY" guys as well as self haters who were covering up their faces.

They knew we were there protesting illegal immigration as well, and we didn't back down when confronted.

The police were NOT on our side, we put our asses on the line being there greatly out numbered, especially with me being a resident of the city and seeing familiar faces.

We split around 3:30 P.M. when the NSM was done with their speech.

Unfortunately we could hardly hear what they were saying, due to the counter protesters continuously yelling and police constantly getting on their P.A.'s keeping the counter protesters in check.

I was still glad that the NSM made their presence known in this "sanctuary city" for illegal aliens, it seems like most the legal residents that live in Pomona could care less about what's going on or they are too afraid to tell the world how they really feel, it disgusts me.

Although white power is expressed more ethnically than racially over in Europe, it is still just as pro-White, and the organizers of pro-White rallies in Europe can ginn up numbers we can only dream about in the States. Over 7,000 Russian nationalists were among the 35,000 or so who took to the streets of Moscow during Russia's annual National Unity Day celebration on November 4th, which replaced the celebration of the old Bolshevik Revolution in 2005. According to Voice of Russia, November 4th was chosen because it was on this day in 1612 that Russian forces upheld the country’s independence in a desperate fight against foreign invaders. RIANovosti also published a text report which is somewhat biased against the nationalists. Approximately 7,000 nationalists, some wearing masks and many carrying the original black, yellow and white flag of the Russian Empire, marched through the working class neighborhood of Lyublino in Moscow to express their patriotism towards Russia and their discontent with the Muslim immigrants they blame for stealing their jobs, snatching away their government, and displacing them in their own country, much like Latin Americans are doing in the United States. Also sprinkled throughout the crowd were the bearded, muscular Slavs, decked out in either Cossack attire or late Tsarist-era military regalia, who could easily be the poster children for a purer Russian nation. A police helicopter hovered above to keep a watchful eye on events, while approximately 5,000 police officers on the ground stood ready to intervene if events turned violent.

The demonstrators, a loose coalition of several different nationalist and anarchist organizations, appeared to be more geared towards expressing discontent rather than promoting any single platform. Between chants of “When we’re united, we’re invincible!” and "Take Russia back" were shouts of “Get rid of Putin!” and “Down with the party of crooks and thieves!”. Alexei Navalny, one of Russia's most popular bloggers, gave a rousing speech in which he told the crowd that the United Russia Party was the party of crooks and thieves. RIANovosti interviewed 70-year-old Yuri Aleksandrovich, who expressed many of the same sentiments as the younger participants:

“Today, we’re living in a colony. We’ve been colonized, occupied, and taken over by these people,” he said. “Our government has been seized from us.” He pointed to examples, such as the Caucasian republics and Tatarstan, among others, where national autonomy has been “usurped” from the Russians by a titular – and indigenous – nation. “We want to show that among the many ethnic minorities here, there is a Russian nation that created, defended and built up the state – it is our Russian state.”

In a separate report, RIANovosti noted that two other prominent groups rallied in Moscow as well. An estimated 15,000 people took part in a separate Russian March organized by the pro-Kremlin group Nashi in the Soviet-era All-Russian Exhibition Center (VVTs). This was strictly a multicultifest; a spokesman for Nashi said “This is the only genuine Russian March as many peoples that have glorified our country are taking part in it”. In addition, the ruling United Russia party held its own public event in Moscow’s Poklonnaya Gora park, garnering about 10,000 participants. And finally, about 500 young Russians paraded along Moscow’s Taras Shevchenko Embankment near Kievsky Station in an antifascist march. Police reported no significant problems at any of the rallies.

Canadian Patriot Terry Tremaine Found In Contempt Of Court By Federal Court of Appeal Over "Hate Material" Posted On The Web

By a 2-1 vote, the Canadian Federal Court of Appeal has found Canadian White patriot Terry Tremaine guilty of contempt of court for ignoring an order by a Human Rights Tribunal to remove so-called "hate propaganda" that he posted on the Internet.

The Federal Court of Appeal overturned a lower federal court ruling which found Tremaine not guilty of contempt because he was not appropriately informed of the Human Rights Tribunal's order. The appeal court concluded that the trial judge was wrong to find that a deliberate violation of a tribunal ruling is not enough to prompt a contempt conviction, and has sent the case back to the original federal court judge for sentencing.

Even though CTV News just posted this story on November 4th, it appears the decision was rendered on October 26th, according to the case record posted on the appeal court website. J.A. Pelletier was the dissenting judge; he noted that the difference between his position and that of the other two judges is that before a person can be found to be in contempt of court as a result of disobeying a tribunal order, that person must have notice that the tribunal order was filed in the Federal Court so that they aware that they are disobeying what is now a court order. Another difference noted by Pelletier revolves around the nature of the order being enforced. In Pelletier's view, upon filing with the Federal Court, a tribunal order becomes a court order for the purposes of enforcement. But the other judges believe that a tribunal order remains a tribunal order, and only a tribunal order, even after it has been filed in the Federal Court.

Pelletier also does not believe that non-compliance with a tribunal order should be punishable by criminal contempt proceedings. He also does not believe the original order contains a clear and unambiguous requirement that Tremaine remove from the Internet the material which the Tribunal found to be in violation of Section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act (CHRA).

Wikipedia provides a historical snapshot of this case. The entire sequence began on April 8th, 2005 when serial complainant Richard Warman filed a complaint to the Canadian Human Rights Commission regarding Tremaine, alleging he engaged in a discriminatory practice on the ground of religion, national or ethnic origin, race and colour, in a matter related to the usage of a telecommunication undertaking in violation of the Canadian Human Rights Act. In August 2006, Tremaine appeared before the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal in Ottawa, represented by Paul Fromm. On February 2nd, 2007, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal ruled that Warman's complaint had been substantiated ,and ordered him to pay a fine of $4000.00 and to "cease the discriminatory practice of communicating telephonically or causing to be communicated telephonically... material... that are likely to expose a person or persons to hatred or contempt by reason of the fact that that person or persons are identifiable on the basis of a prohibited ground of discrimination, contrary to section 13(1) of the Canadian Human Rights Act."

However, Richard Warman continued his persecution of Tremaine, subsequently filing an affidavit claiming that Tremaine had continued to post material disparaging to immigrants and Jews. In March 2009, Tremaine was charged with contempt of court for violating the 2007 court order. Nevertheless, Justice Harrington concluded that Tremaine was not in contempt of the federal court. Even though Tremaine appeared to have flaunted an order of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, the Commission had failed to provide adequate notice that its decision had been registered with the Federal Court. Since the Tribunal has no procedure for contempt, one can only be held in contempt if their decision was registered with the Federal Court.

And on October 26th, 2011, the Federal Court of Appeal overruled Justice Harrington.

Anti-Defamation League Attacks Pat Buchanan As "Racist" And "Anti-Semitic" Over His New Book "Suicide of a Superpower"

Pat Buchanan's new book, "Suicide Of A Superpower", reviewed at length on Free Republic and also by Hunter Wallace, has brought the predictable cries of "racist", "nativist", and "anti-Semitic" from the elite. And the latest to pile on is the Anti-Defamation League.

In their November 2nd press release, the ADL decries the fact that Buchanan blames the decline of the U.S. on racial diversity and attributed the decrease in the Jewish population to a collective decision to have abortions. The ADL also characterized Buchanan's "increasingly bigoted worldview" as being identical to white nationalists, and claim that Buchanan has repeatedly demonized Jews and minorities and has also openly affiliated with white supremacists, citing Buchanan's October 22nd appearance on The Political Cesspool. The ADL also states that Buchanan has claimed that the sovereignty of the United States is being undermined by Israeli control and Mexican incursion.

Specifically, Abe Foxman said "Buchanan has shown himself, time and again, to be a racist and an anti-Semite. It is especially disturbing that he continues to be given a platform to espouse his views at a mainstream network like MSNBC, where he is presented as a knowledgeable and respected analyst. Buchanan continues to show his true colors by espousing hateful, bigoted statements in his new book."

Perhaps what really got the ADL stirred up was when Pat Buchanan called them out during an October 25th interview with NPR’s Diane Rehm, when he said “I think there’s an awful lot of smearing being done by the Anti-Defamation League [ADL], frankly, over the years of individuals who simply disagree maybe with U.S. policy towards Israel, and a lot of name calling...Am I supposed to vet all the people on these shows and get the list from [ADL National Director] Abe Foxman on what shows I can go on to?”

Pat Buchanan's presence on MSNBC is under attack as well. Both Color of Change and Media Matters for America have called for MSNBC to terminate Buchanan’s position (the SPLC discloses that Color of Change was co-founded by James Rucker, a member of the SPLC's board). On the other hand, Judson Phillips, founder of Tea Party Nation, defended Buchanan, saying that the real racists are Color of Change. Many people are defending Buchanan on this Stormfront thread, as well as this other thread about an appearance on Thom Hartmann's radio program.

If Buchanan is forced out of MSNBC, the thing for him to do at that point is to openly admit that he is a racial populist, cross the Rubicon, and come over to our side. Obviously, I don't expect him to show up at an NSM rally; he'd fit in there about as well as Anna Kournikova in the Pittsburgh Steelers' offensive line, or Barack Obama in the White House (and we now know that's a bad fit). But Pat Buchanan would fit in quite well at the American Renaissance Conference on March 16-18, 2012; Jared Taylor would undoubtedly consider him an honored guest. Buchanan could also add inestimable value to the American Third Position Party. I think we can forgive him for selecting Ezola Foster as his running mate in the 2000 presidential campaign.

If Buchanan is forced to leave MSNBC, he no longer owes anything to the establishment. His financial calling and election is sure; he could become a major asset to the White racialist cause with minimal personal sacrifice and privation. He would certainly extend an infusion of some badly-needed class into the Cause.

El Paso Hispanic Woman Marta Martinez Under Fire For Posting "No Blacks Welcomed To Trick-Or-Treat" Sign, Being Portrayed As A Mental Case

An Hispanic woman in El Paso, Texas is taking heat for posting a "No blacks welcomed to trick-or-treat" sign on her property, and the El Paso Times is pulling out all the stops to portray her as a mental case as well, while KTSM Channel 9 published a more objective story.

Marta Martinez lives in a small home in the 3700 block of Wickham Avenue in the Logan Heights neighborhood. The home has no utility service and only a blank wall facing the street. A concrete foundation from a part of the home that burned down years ago stands in front of it. Nevertheless, Martinez insists it is not abandoned, and she "camps out" at the property regularly, in possession of two rifles. But because she has reported being harassed by Blacks, Martinez put up the sign in hopes of deterring further harassment. Martinez also claims that Blacks are conspiring with the city to seize her home.

But the Times makes sure to portray her as being unstable. Martinez has filed more than 25 lawsuits and had several protests, and once dressed as Jesus Christ and carried a large cross in protest against the city. Comment after comment appended to the story questions her mental stability. When "racists" aren't being portrayed by the elite as evil, they're being portrayed as mentally ill.

However, wanting to minimize contact with Blacks at one's own home is hardly a sign of mental instability -- and is not necessarily an isolated sentiment. The F2 discussion board, which is a neutral site where people are allowed to discuss race frankly and "name the Jew" without restriction, is loaded with discussion threads (HERE, HERE, HERE, and HERE) about the difficulties which ensue when large groups of Blacks invade a neighborhood during Halloween. Many groups of Blacks are deliberately bussed into White neighborhoods from the ghettoes because it's believed the candy pickings are richer, but some Blacks may use the opportunity to scout out possible targets for subsequent home invasions.

Marta Martinez told Channel 9 that she hasn't always had such ill feelings towards African Americans. "I have always been a multicultural person, and I have regarded everybody as human beings and with respect and equal, especially here in American. Unfortunately, I have had some problems with African Americans,” said Martinez. She further explained "Unfortunately because of their attitude being negative, abusive about authority, and even above god.”

Further proof that exposure to TNB can promote race consciousness.

In just one week from now, the National Socialist Movement will be holding a Reclaim The Southwest rally in Pomona, California. While the NSM's official press release states the rally will begin at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday November 5th, 2011, a report from the San Gabriel Valley Tribune states the rally will be held from 1 P.M. to 4 P.M., forming up in front of the Pomona City Hall on 505 S. Garey Ave. To prevent anti-racists, anarchists, and other flotsam and jetsam from creating any disturbances, Pomona police will be augmented by police from West Covina, El Monte, Covina, Baldwin Park, Azusa, and Glendora.

The NSM says this event is aimed at increasing awareness of illegal immigration and related crime, as well as their impacts on White America. Pomona has been plagued by continuing tension between ethnic minorities, particularly Hispanics and Blacks. For example, in 2009, an 18 year old Black named Marquis Le Blanc was beaten and killed at a party by Hispanic assailants. During the past year, area police officers have been questioned regarding the possibility of racial profiling. More recently, Pomona and nearby Coachella (97% Hispanic) have developed a reputation for providing sanctuary to illegal aliens, although neither are yet listed on OJJPAC's list of sanctuary cities. NSM Commander Jeff Schoep [PRONOUNCED: SCOOP] states “With Whites being the minority population in Pomona (48%), you have to ask yourself where will White people will fit in among these volatile American communities! NSM will be rallying to motivate people to answer these important questions. White people cannot be left out of what has traditionally been their own towns…This is NOT Aztlan!”

After the rally, musical entertainment will be provided by Youngland, one of California's most talented White Power bands. This group is a distinct cut above many WP bands, since they can both play guitar and sing. Many WP bands shout rather than sing, which is a particular style, but lacks appeal to some of us oldsters. Reggie Jackson Tramples On The Grave Of Former Manager Billy Martin, Accuses Him Of "Racism" And "Anti-Semitism"

Loudmouth slugger Reggie Jackson, one of the more overrated players to ever make it to the Hall of Fame, has chosen to trample upon the grave of Billy Martin, one of his former managers with the New York Yankees. Jackson and Martin had several confrontations while both were in New York, and while Martin has been dead since 1989, Jackson never forgot -- and never forgave. And now he's dumped all over Martin in an interview with Bob Costas that will air on Monday October 31st at 9 p.m. on the MLB Network. ESPN and the New York Daily News have picked up the story.

Here's the more notable quote, where Jackson accuses Martin of racism and anti-Semitism:

"I never had an understanding of Billy Martin. I did not accept the way he managed me. I did not accept the way he managed Ken Holtzman. I thought there was anti-Semitism there".

"I couldn't accept that. I couldn't accept the racial epithets in reference to players like Elliott Maddox or Billy Sample. There are players that played for him that would tell you that (he made racist or anti-Semitic comments about those players). So there was an uneasiness, a knowledge about the person that I was very uncomfortable with... I wasn't his choice and he wanted to show George (Steinbrenner). So that was kind of an oddity, a craziness that I never could follow, and I struggled to have respect for Billy as a person and had it reinforced with the anti-Semitism that I witnessed."

A more detailed account of Jackson's remarks is available at MLB.com. Neither Maddox, Sample (both black), nor Holtzman (Jewish) have ever publicly accused Martin of racism or anti-Semitism, by the way.

Of course, the Daily News wanted to know why this is suddenly an issue now, 22 years after Billy Martin's death. Jackson claims he's not trying to trample on the grave of Billy Martin, but explained "Someone needs to know that this is what happened. I don't hold anybody responsible. I have forgiven, but not forgotten and the minorities of the world have experienced it, not just me. Let this be a reminder that we need to be a little bit better."

Reggie Jackson was a legitimate star; he hit 563 home runs during a career lasting from 1967-1987. However, one of the reasons he played in so many playoff games was because he was surrounded by All-Stars at several stops. With the Oakland A's, he played alongside Sal Bando, Joe Rudi, Catfish Hunter, and Rollie Fingers. With the Yankees, where he sanctimoniously proclaimed himself "the straw that stirred the drink", Jackson was surrounded by Thurman Munson, Ron Guidry, Goose Gossage, Graig Nettles, and Sparky Lyle. And with the Angels, he was buttressed by Bobby Grich, Doug DeCinces, and Brian Downing. This is why he is overrated; he may have been Mr. October, but he had a lot of help. He wasn't the only straw that stirred the drink. And his attitude with the Yankees got under the skin of nearly every one of his teammates; at one point, the only guy in the clubhouse that would talk to him was backup catcher Fran Healy.

Of course, Billy Martin, of mixed Italian and Irish ancestry, was no angel himself. The man was a drinker, and players who liked to drink got along with him better than those who didn't. But Martin first came up as a player under the older ground rules where guys put the team first; his playing career was spend mostly with the Yankees. Billy Martin was great at taking over a team and putting it back into contention the very next year, but would burn out quickly after that. He had a love-hate relationship with Yankees owner George Steinbrenner, who hired and fired him as manager five separate times.

I was at a game in 1977 and there was a group of white kids who were calling you, in fact, begging you for an autograph before a game. Thus you have a scenario where the fox is guarding the hen house -- except when someone like Eugene Madoff gets so greedy that the elite must throw him to the wolves to save the rest of them.

Dr. Duke also discusses the case of teacher Patricia McAllister, who was fired from her job for saying out loud on a video that Zionists controlled Wall Street while participating in an Occupy Wall Street demo in Los Angeles. He also responds to a Digital Journal article about him, in which they attempt to rebut his contentions by citing a 1922 study published in "Jews and Money: The Myths and the Reality", which found 22 Jews in a survey of 151 millionaires. Jonathan Levenson Arrested In Arizona For Conspiring To Burn Down His House For Insurance Payout And Make It Look Like An Anti-Semitic Hate Crime

Ever hear of "Jewish lightning"? According to the Urban Dictionary, it's defined as burning down a property in order to collect insurance money. The Jewish connotation refers to the Jew's love of money and therefore unwillingness to spend money.

A possible "Jewish lightning strike" in Tempe, Arizona may have been averted. Former Kyrene Justice Court Constable Jonathan Harold Irwin Levenson was arrested on Saturday October 21st, 2011 after police say he conspired to burn his house down so he could collect an insurance payout. He's now facing felony charges of conspiracy to commit arson of an occupied structure and conspiracy to commit fraud schemes and artifices, along with a misdemeanor count of false reporting to law enforcement. Levenson, who is Jewish, planned to be out of town when his house went up in flames. He wanted the fire to happen on the Jewish holiday of Yom Kippur, and asked his conspirators to tag his house with anti-Semitic symbols before burning it down so it would look like a hate crime. To build a supporting legend, Levenson called police on May 15th claiming someone had spray painted "Jew" on his car as it was parked in Tempe, and called them again on June 30th claiming that someone had painted anti-Semitic symbols on his house. But because Levinson had eradicated the evidence, police got suspicious and concluded that these were just attempts by Levenson to make a subsequent arson fire at his house look like an anti-Semitic attack. When police investigated further, they found that Levenson had contacted several people asking them to help him burn down his house.

None of the people contacted by Levenson face any charges. This is not the first time Jonathan Levenson has attracted controversy. In October 2010, the Arizona Constable Ethics, Standards and Training Board pressed for criminal non-feasance charges and Superior Court intervention against Levenson because of numerous complaints and admonishments against him for not doing his job. Complainants allege that Levenson, as constable, failed to serve legal orders and subpoenas, didn't carry out evictions and misplaced important paperwork, wreaking havoc on court schedules and litigants' lives. Not surprisingly, Levenson lost his re-election bid in 2010.

Trial Of Murderers Of South Africa AWB Leader Eugene Terre'Blanche Suspended, Rescheduled For January 2012

On Thursday October 20th, 2011, the trial of Chris Mahlangu and an unnamed 16-year-old teenager, both accused of having murdered South African Afrikaner Weerstadsbeweging (AWB) leader Eugene Terre'Blanche, was abruptly suspended and rescheduled for a ten-day period beginning January 30th, 2012 after pathologist Dr. Ruweida Moorad testified that that fluid seen in photographs on Terre'Blanche's genitals which looked like semen was not present when she did the autopsy. This raised questions about the possibility that police may have wiped it off, which could trigger a separate obstruction of justice case. However, News24 reveals that the postponement is not attributable to any suspected irregularities in the trial, but was prompted by the death of a relative of defense lawyer Zola Majavu, acting for the minor.

Dr. Moorad said she could not confirm what was on his genitals but said it is possible for a man to ejaculate shortly after death because of muscle contractions in the genital area. Dr. Moorad conducted the autopsy in April 2010, a few days after the murder which occurred on April 3rd, 2010. Dr. Moorad also gave detailed testimony about the wounds on Terre'Blanche's body. She said Terre'Blanche's nose, ribs, and sternum were broken and his jaws were fractured in multiple places. She also said that his face was swollen and distorted; there was blood in his ears, his brain showed bruised and a piece of his skull had been pushed into his brain. She opined that the first blow to Terre'Blanche's head would have rendered him unconscious, which corroborated testimony given on Tuesday October 18th by the blood spatter expert Ian Van der Nest that Terre'Blanche did not move after his head was hit. Dr. Moorad also explained that Terre'Blanche's mutilated body showed no self-defense injuries, and confirmed that the cause of death was blunt force trauma to the head and neck area. After the first blow, he was beaten multiple times. Black attacks on Whites in South Africa tend to be quite savage and brutal; this one is certainly no different.

On October 18th, crime reconstruction expert Colonel Ian Van der Nest also debunked the accused's claims of self-defense when he testified that the blood stain patterns showed Terre'Blanche was taken by surprise, beaten with a heavy object multiple times and had no opportunity to fight back. He said there was such a large volume of blood that it soaked through the mattress Terre'Blanche was lying upon. A bone fragment with soft tissue on it was found on the floor. Terre'Blanche was beaten by someone swinging a large rod in a style similar to swinging a cricket bat, and after the first blow, there was no movement by Terre'Blanche.

On the other hand, the trial has exposed possible police blunders centering around Constable Peter Modise, who told the court the teenager told him from the back of a police van he had overpowered Terre'Blanche in a fight about unpaid wages. He also said the suspect had "something like blood on his boots". But the state was later forced to admit that forensic testing showed that the teenager's white rubber boots had no evidence of blood on them. Then Modise, like his colleague Captain Jack Ramonyane, admitted his police work was not up to scratch. Ramonyane, who arrested the two suspects, admitted to fabricating evidence in his second statement written weeks after the murder. Modise also admitted to hearing the confession of the minor without an adult present and stripping him of his clothes while he was alone in the van.

-- The Wall Street banks are not products of free enterprise, but a manifestation of crime. Remember that the banks took TARP funds, intended only to unfreeze the credit lines, and also used them to pay windfall bonuses to executives.

-- Wall Street banks have been the biggest contributors to Presidential campaigns during the past three years. In contrast, Big Oil did not show up among the top 20 contributors to John McCain's campaign.

-- Dr. Duke rigorously condemns multimillionaire neocon shills like Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity, who try to convince people that supporting these criminal banks is an act of patriotism. Those who visit Glenn Beck's site, The Blaze, are undoubtedly aware that Beck and his stooges have deliberately sought out and filmed freaks and fruitcakes at these protests, and then tried to present them as being typical of OWS.

I have never seen a David Duke video get as much public approval as this one; as of this post, it's received 1,129 likes and only 38 dislikes. I have now started a discussion thread on this video on the F2 Board, a well-trafficked board which is a higher-class version of Nimbusters. F2 requires no registration and allows WNs to discuss race and the Jewish Question with virtually no restrictions.

Update October 25th: Glenn Beck has now picked this up, and has embedded the video on The Blaze. While his description of Dr. Duke is uncomplimentary, he has given him a huge publicity boost.

The American Nazi Party was the first White racialist organization to express support for OWS. Many conservatives denigrated and marginalized them. They'll find it much more difficult to marginalize Dr. Duke, who identifies as a Republican.

In contrast, Hunter Wallace and his coterie of Dixie nationalists oppose OWS; on October 21st, he wrote "Why the hell would anyone want to go there and pitch a tent with a bunch of progressive fruitcakes? That’s a retarded idea on the same level as going to Washington to 'take back America'. His premise is that we should be seceding from Wall Street, Washington, and Hollywood, because even if we succeeded in ending the Fed and paying off the national debt, both of which Andrew Jackson did in the 1830s, the same constituency would relentlessly push to bring it back into existence.

U.S. Border Guard Shows Up At Occupy Phoenix Rally; Only One NSM Member Present

The U.S. Border Guard, which regularly patrols the Vekol Valley and other Arizona border areas to interdict illegal aliens, showed up at the Occupy Phoenix rally in full patrol regalia on October 15th, 2011. Over 1,000 people took part in the rally, championing diverse causes while united by grievances against corporate greed and political influence. The targets of protesters’ anger ranged from partisan paralysis in Washington, D.C., to the abuse of children by Catholic priests. Many of the protesters tied those issues to abuses by wealthy corporations; Green Party members and Tea Partiers protested side by side. The Arizona Republic also published a story; KPHO reported that 46 arrests were made, mainly for criminal trespass.

But the presence of the U.S. Border Guard at the rally was intended to be non-political, according to J.T. Ready:

The U.S. Border Guard deployed an urban combat trained security squad to the Occupy Phoenix rally today [Oct. 15] as armed peace keepers and legal observers. Border Rangers who patrol the border took a non-political stance to defend peaceful assembly and free speech of all citizens by exercising our right to keep and bear arms. Phoenix Police units were on scene also keeping the peace. Our founding fathers and founding mothers knew full well that the 2nd Amendment is what protects all our other amendments from tyranny. The U.S.B.G. protected the rights of all parties involved.

Naturally, one itinerant anti-racist blogger tried to spin it, and even lied outright. In a post hysterically entitled "The National Socialist Movement scum show up armed to counter protest #occupyphoenix", Phoenix Insurgent tried to claim it was an NSM operation. NSM member Harry Hughes promptly debunked that notion, explaining on his own blog that he was the only NSM member standing with the Border Guard contingent and that the US Border Guard is not a front group for the NSM. Initially skeptical of Ready's plan to show up armed, Hughes quickly figured out that showing up armed would deliver an extremely strong message, making it difficult to ignore them and guaranteeing a public reaction.

Harry Hughes also noted that most of the Border Guard's interactions with the crowd were positive; only a few anarchists tried to stir up trouble. Almost everyone with whom Hughes spoke had something in common with him. National socialist activists tend to get their most positive reaction from the public when they show up attired in a manner that the public can identify with. The same analogy can be applied to other White racialist activists as well.

Update: Since this post, Rocky Suhayda has now issued a new statement published in their October 16th ANP Report.

It appears that what really caused it to go viral was when White Honor posted the link to it on Twitter using some common Occupy Wall Street hashtags. This means Twitter is a much more effective outreach mechanism than I believed, and I will have to consider launching a Twitter presence as well.

The White racialist community has been vigorously debating the Occupy Wall Street protests on Stormfront and the Vanguard News Network Forum. While the more paleoconservative wing has tended to swallow the propaganda that the protesters are a bunch of "dirty hippies banging drums", the national socialist subcommunity has been quick to see the potential this movement offers. This should be no surprise, since national socialists have always understood the needs of the working class. National socialism, when properly implemented, provides security for the working class without the involvement of a bunch of greedy union officials out to use the working class merely to feather their own personal nests.

It should also be noted that many of the protesters, particularly back east, have already been wised up to Jewish issues via the Israel question. This means they are potentially even more receptive to the national socialist message than they might be otherwise. But the message must be delivered to them credibly, and in manageable doses.

Public Reaction: Most commenters to both The Blaze and Weasel Zippers are critical. Many display serious lack of understanding of the hsitory of national socialism in Germany. Others claim national socialism is no different than international socialism. The ANP's campaign to provide lectures on national socialism in schools is designed to counter this ignorance. Scratch Orlando, Florida from your list of places to visit anytime soon. The city of Orlando has built a 1.5 mile long road, and they've named it after the man who will go down as the worst president in U.S. history. It's actually called the President Barack Obama Parkway.

On October 11th, 2011, Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer attended a ribbon-cutting ceremony that showcased the President Barack Obama Parkway near the Mall at Millenia. Phase I connects the parkway north of Conroy Road to Metrowest Boulevard, a mile-and-a-half stretch that includes lighting, sidewalks and on-street bike lanes. Shingle Creek Trail, used by pedestrians and bicyclists, was also extended. So far, the price tag is $10.5 million. When the project is completed, the parkway will extend from Conroy Road to U.S. Highway 441 in Apopka. Non-embeddable news video available at the site.

Obama flew into Orlando around 5 P.M. to attend the first of two Democratic fundraisers as he tries to con people into contributing to his re-election campaign. At least 400 suckers were expected to show up, at $250 a pop. But not all Orlando residents are pleased. A number showed up to publicly protest the parkway, as well as Obama's visit to the community. Chemical Warfare In Da Hood: Theresa Monique Jefferson Arrested For Starting Bleach Fight With Customer At Baltimore-Area Walmart

When I first read this story on October 8th, my first thought was "TNB". However, no media outlets were reporting the race of the miscreants at the time.

Got bleach?

That has now changed. WBAL Channel 11 and the Baltimore Sun report that on October 11th 2011, Theresa Monique Jefferson has been arrested for her role in a bleach fight with another customer at the Walmart store on Washington Boulevard in Arbutus, Maryland. One person claims Arbutus has no Walmart, but Walmart's own store locator clearly confirms that the Washington Blvd. store is in Arbutus, southwest of Baltimore.

Police say Jefferson followed another woman into the store, assaulted her, and poured bleach, ammonia, and Pine-Sol on her. Jefferson knocked the victim down and poured the substances directly on her. The assault allegedly stemmed from an ongoing dispute between the two women, saying the victim's boyfriend has a child in common with the suspect. However, there was collateral damage. Other people started experiencing irritation to their eyes and respiratory passages; one person actually got bleach splashed in the eye. So a hazmat team was dispatched to investigate; they evacuated the store at 11 A.M. for three hours and other first responders transported 19 people, including a Walmart employee, to various local hospitals.

Jefferson apparently went to the Baltimore County Police Department's Wilkens Precinct of her own volition after she left the store. There she was arrested and charged with first and second-degree assault, theft under $100 and malicious destruction of property. She remains at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $350,000 bail. WBAL has allowed a number of explicitly pro-White comments to remain on their website; one commenter openly uses the term "yard ape". One person actually in the store at the time posted the following comment:

American Third Position Party Candidate Harry Bertram Stirs Up Controversy In West Virginia Gubernatorial Race With Pro-White Campaign Ad

The October 4th special election to determine who the new governor of West Virginia will be is drawing national attention. While American Third Position Party candidate Harry Bertram is getting only anecdotal support in the West Virginia gubernatorial race as reflected in professional polling, he is getting a steady trickle of media publicity. The stories are basically fair, even if they leave out some essential facts on occasion.

The most prominent story during the past two weeks is about a new campaign ad being aired throughout the state. In the ad, which can be viewed at WTOV Channel 9, Bertram focuses on discrimination against White Americans, calling himself the "voice for White American issues". When WTOV followed up, Bertram explained that "We're against affirmative action and against illegal aliens coming into this country and they're displacing white workers and eventually the white population", but then noted that he wanted to do right by all American people.

WTOV cited negative reaction by a couple of people; one person said that he saw Bertram putting Whites first, while another didn't think illegal immigration was a high priority in West Virginia. But as the American Third Position Party itself pointed out, WTOV failed to report that 95 percent of Blacks voted for Obama because of his skin color. A3P also wrote, "We have the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC), the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus (CAPAC), Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI), but heaven forbid a party or 'Caucus' advocating for those interests and issues that affect White Americans!"

West Virginia Public Broadcasting also published excerpts of an interview with Bertram in which he directly compares himself with the Republican candidate, Bill Maloney. Bertram states, “Bill Maloney is not the only conservative on the ballot. I am, but you get a bonus with me because I go beyond what the normal conservative would talk about”. He defines A3P as a a conservative America First nationalist political party, and rebuts accusations that A3P is white supremacist, explaining that the white supremacist tag is always used by left-wing liberal media types who tend to paint a broad brush on people and try to demonize them. Harry Bertram also holds forth on a number of other bread-and-butter issues during the interview, the audio of which is embedded below:

And finally, Public Policy Polling (PPP) has just released the results of their survey of 932 likely voters taken from September 30th through October 2nd, not commissioned by any partisan source. However, their poll focused only on the two major party candidates, garnering the following results:

-- Earl Ray Tomblin (D): 47 percent
-- Bill Maloney (R): 46 percent
-- Not Sure: 7 percent

Unfortunately, PPP does not define Not Sure, so this category could include those who are genuinely undecided and/or those who prefer one of the three alternative candidates. This means that despite his best efforts, Harry Bertram will end up a "single-digit midget". But does that mean the effort to put the A3P on the ballot as an officially-recognized political party was redundant? Not hardly:

(1). While officially-recognized third party candidates aren't considered as credible as candidates from the two major parties, they are considered more credible than write-in candidates.

(2). Officially-recognized third party candidates are much more likely to be invited to candidate forums than write-in candidates.

(3). Officially-recognized third party candidates are guaranteed to have their votes individually counted and reported. In contrast, votes for individual write-in candidates may not necessarily be individually counted unless the write-in candidate has a chance to win the election, as was the case with Lisa Murkowski in Alaska. Because Billy Roper was only a write-in candidate in Arkansas, the state did not necessarily count all of his votes, so the reported vote total of 49 is in question to this day.

(4). The experience by A3P activists of waging a petition campaign to get the A3P officially recognized in West Virginia will be invaluable in future campaigns. A3P activists got a chance to interact directly with the public, promote the A3P's cause, and rebut the filtered stereotypes.

In the final analysis, if Harry Bertram can at least finish third, ahead of the two other alternative candidates, it will be considered an important milestone in the A3P's success.

Jewish Supremacists Browbeat Oakland Museum Into Shutting Down "A Child's View From Gaza", But Exhibit Opens In A Different Location

More Jewish-originated censorship in the news. A cabal of Bay Area Jewish groups pressured a museum in Oakland into shutting down an exhibition of Palestinian children's art -- but the exhibit will take place elsewhere.

The Museum of Children’s Art (MOCHA) in Oakland, California had planned to display the exhibit “A Child’s View From Gaza” beginning on September 24th, 2011. The show was curated in partnership with the Berkeley-based non-profit group Middle East Children’s Alliance (MECA), which has been working for 23 years to advocate for Palestinian, Iraqi and Lebanese children’s rights. Some of the Palestinian children’s illustrations show tanks, guns and explosions. The video embedded below shows a number of the drawings:

When a number of Jewish groups caught wind of the impending display, they began applying pressure on the museum to cancel it. These groups are specifically identified as the Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC), a subsidiary branch of the Jewish Council for Public Affairs (JCPA); and the local chapter of the Jewish Community Federation (JCF), which operates under the umbrella of the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA). The JCRC has repeatedly opposed art and cultural initiatives in the Bay Area which highlight the Palestinian struggle, and has played the anti-Semitic card to censor alternative voices. The JCRC and the JCF both receive substantial funding from the Walter & Elise Haas Fund, which has also funded MOCHA to the tune of $30,000 in grants in 2011.

The unspoken and unprovable allegation is that the Haas Fund might have threatened to turn off the financial spigot if MOCHA hadn't pulled the plug. So on September 8th, MOCHA announced that they would not allow the exhibit to take place. Randolph Bell, the chairman of MOCHA's board of directors, admitted that the board shut down the show due to pressure from “constituents,” one of which is the Haas Fund.

The cancellation of the exhibition was celebrated as a victory by pro-Israel groups. On September 7th, the day before the cancellation was announced, the Jewish Federation of the East Bay (JFEB) had already received information about the cancellation, and boasted about it on its official twitter account.

JFEB (@JFEDeastbay) tweeted: “Great news! The ‘Child’s view from Gaza’ exhibit at MOCHA has been canceled thanks to some great East Bay Jewish community organizing.”

Rabbi James Brandt, CEO of the Jewish Community Federation of the Greater East Bay, denied that censorship was the goal. He expressed regret at the tone of the Tweet that celebrated MOCHA’s closure of the exhibit, and insisted the issue was serious and more complex. Brandt said that a statement issued under his organization’s banner together with East Bay’s Jewish Community Relations Council and the Anti-Defamation League better represented the Jewish establishment’s position:

“A biased, one-sided perspective filled with depictions of violence has no place in a community-based museum dedicated to serving young children, including 3-, 4- and 5-year-olds,” the statement read.

Interestingly, there are no age limits posted on the entrance to Holocaust museums, which can have some rather graphic and gruesome displays inside.

Barbara Lubin, MECA’s executive director, said that it was “upsetting and infuriating” that the show was canceled, but she wasn’t surprised. She added that what they’re doing is financing the work of silencing and shutting down anyone who wants to talk about what’s really happening to Palestinians. She noted that the pro-Israel groups are afraid that people will start understanding what’s really going on with Israeli policy through seeing exhibits like this one. They don’t want people to know that Palestinian children are suffering.

But there's a happy ending to this story. The exhibit is now taking place at an alternate location. MECA announced that “A Child’s View From Gaza” re-opened in the courtyard outside of the Museum of Children’s Art in Oakland to a tremendous crowd of supporters. The exhibit is scheduled to run through November.
