Accused Spokane MLK Day Backpack Bomber Kevin Harpham Reaches Plea Agreement With The Feds, Could Face 32 Years In Prison

Only five days before his trial was set to begin, accused Spokane MLK Day backpack bomber Kevin Harpham has reached a plea agreement with the Department of Justice. According to the 16-page agreement, which is embedded as a Scribd document on the Seattle Weekly website, Harpham pleads guilty to two of the four counts against him:

Count 1: Attempted Use of a Weapon of Mass Destruction. A Class A felony carrying a maximum penalty of life in prison, a $250,000 fine, any term of supervised release if and when released from prison, and a $100 special penalty assessment.

Count 3: Attempt to Cause Bodily Injury with an Explosive Device Based on Actual or Perceived Race and National Origin of Any Person. A Class C felony carrying a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine, up to three years supervised release after prison, and, of course, the $100 special penalty assessment.

As part of the agreement, federal prosecutors will dismiss the other two charges; using a firearm in relation to a crime of violence, and unauthorized possession of an unregistered explosive device. Prosecutors plan to ask for a prison sentence in the range of 27 to 32 years, and to place Harpham on lifetime probation upon his release. The deal is subject to approval by U.S. District Court Judge Justin Quackenbush, who will have the final say at a sentencing hearing on November 30th. If the judge recommends a higher or lower sentence, the case still could go to trial. KHQ news video embedded below:



The device, planted during the MLK day celebration in Spokane on January 17th, 2011, was a six-inch pipe bomb loaded with lead fishing weights coated in chemicals; it was set to be remotely triggered with a remote car starter. Prosecutors claimed Harpham planted the bomb because of his racist beliefs, and explained that a combination of bank card purchases and DNA evidence on the backpack handle led the FBI to Harpham, who was arrested on March 9th and indicted on April 21st.

But the case began to go against Harpham when Harpham's father disclosed on July 21st that he was prepared to testify against his son in court. Cecil Harpham apparently began to conclude that Kevin was responsible for the bomb just days after it was planted. Cecil also confirmed Kevin's "racist" leanings at that time.

Further damning Kevin Harpham was the revelation during an August 4th pre-trial hearing that the FBI linked a pair of pliers to him. The FBI found tool marks on the bomb's electrical system that matches a pair of crimpers seized during a search of Harpham's property, and claimed these tool marks are as unique as human fingerprints.

Also of interest was the fact that Kevin Harpham needed a public defender. His public defense team included Roger A. Peven, Kimberly Deater, and Kailey Moran. Peven is of particular interest because he was removed from Edgar Steele's defense team under a cloud of incompetence and impropriety. Peven was facing a civil lawsuit by three former employees, who claimed that they were fired in retaliation after they raised concerns about a lack of leadership on the part of Peven. The lawsuit also claimed the three employees forced an intervention that resulted in Peven seeking inpatient treatment for alcohol abuse. Harold Covington was even more explicit, characterizing Peven as a drunk.

Faced with incompetent counsel, a non-supportive family, no resources to hire a high-powered private attorney, and buried in a ZOG pen because he couldn't make bail, one can understand how Harpham came to conclude that a plea deal was the only way out. What a sad ending for a White activist who once served our country in the military. The anti-White policies of our federal goverment drove Harpham to lash out in frustration, and with no mitigation of the war against Whites in sight, will undoubtedly produce more lone wolves in the future.

YouTube: NSM Commander Jeff Schoep's Speech At The West Allis Rally

NSM Commander Jeff Schoep has now published his official after-action report of the NSM's "In Defense Of White America" rally in West Allis, Wisconsin on September 3rd, 2011. Schoep confirms there were approximately 75 NSM members and supporters on hand, and identifies the White activists in the crowd as Skins and motorcycle club members. Also identified as providing the NSM assistance included Chicago-area White activist Art Jones of the America First Committee, Mike Delaney of Prothink.org, and DSCI Pastor Eli James, who operates anglo-saxonisrael.com. Pastor James also hosts The Voice of Christian Israel on Talkshoe.

Jeff Schoep also noted that the only people carrying American flags at the rally were White activists; in contrast, the opposition was carrying only the hammer and sickle and the star of David.

Stormfront members are quite supportive of the actions of the NSM in West Allis, although some still express some reservations about the swastika and about national socialism in general.

Comanche Activist David Yeagley Sues Daryl Lamont Jenkins And Jeffrey Imm For Sabotaging The 2010 American Renaissance Conference

American Renaissance reports that Comanche Indian activist David Yeagley, who has attended American Renaissance conferences in the past and who maintains good relations with White race realists like Jared Taylor, has filed suit in Oklahoma state court against Daryl Lamont Jenkins and Jeffrey Imm and several other “John Doe” defendants whose names will be added to the suit as their identities become known. The suit centers around the fact that the American Renaissance conference planned for February 2010 had to be cancelled because three successive hotels that had agreed to host the conference were intimidated by anti-fascist thugs, and both Jenkins and Imm played a public and prominent role in pressuring the hotels to cancel. Yeagley has retained Joe Sibley of the Houston, Texas, firm of Camara and Sibley as lead counsel in the case.

In June 2010, Occidental Dissent editor Hunter Wallace and another White activist obtained some measure of revenge when they disrupted an event held by Jeffrey Imm in Washington, D.C; although the effect was primarily cosmetic, it did show we weren't completely toothless.

According to Dr. Yeagley’s complaint:

These Defendants and their co-conspirators contacted hotels retained to host Plaintiff’s speaking engagement and used threats of murder, violence, and other tactics to induce those hotels to breach their contractual agreement to host Plaintiff’s speaking engagement. These terrorists must now be brought to answer for their actions … .

David Yeagley is seeking unspecified monetary damages for the harm he suffered because of the cancellation, in addition to unlimited punitive damages and such other and further relief as the court deems just and proper. How Multiculturalism Has Changed France: Multiculturalism Isn't About Diversity, It's About Race Replacement

Multiculturalism. It's not about diversity -- it's about RACE REPLACEMENT. But guess what? Someone actually benefits from multiculturalism. Canadian White racialist Terry Tremaine tells us who and why:

1. The Jews know that the White race is their only serious obstacle to the Talmudic dream of a one-world state under their control. They seek the displacement, marginalization, and eventual extinction of the White race.

2. In a divided land the most cohesive group will rule. Jews have a high level of racial solidarity.

3. By importing into our lands elements that are racially incompatible with Whites, the Jews hope for the class and racial divisions which will result in social chaos. This will contribute to their overall plan of divide-and-rule.

4. By reducing the White population to a minority the Jews will be able to control and/or eliminate all collective forces not aligned with their own.

5. Multiculturalism destroys a sense of National Community among Whites. Blogger Amy L. Geiger-Hemmer Decries Anti-Nazi Bias By Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel In Reporting On The NSM West Allis Rally

The post-mortems on the National Socialist Movement's "In Defense Of White America" rally held in West Allis, WI on September 3rd, 2011 are beginning to filter in, and one of the more interesting analyses has been published by an affiliate blogger for the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. Amy L. Geiger-Hemmer, who edits a community blog entitled "It's Hemmer Time", takes issue with some of the reporting by the Journal-Sentinel, considering it biased against the National Socialist Movement.

Specifically, she notes how the Journal-Sentinel reported that five people were arrested WITHOUT specifying whether they were NSM activists or anti-racists (every other local media outlet also followed suit). She believes that had they been NSM activists, their affiliation would have been shouted from the housetops. She believes the Journal-Sentinel was attempting to cover up the fact that the five arrestees were all from the anti-racist side. Here's the pertinent part of her post:

...[Meg] Kissinger and [Tom] Kertscher wrote that during the rally, five people were arrested and taken into custody by police. Two people were taken away for weapons violations and three were arrested for disorderly conduct. Yet, the reporters did their readers a disservice by refusing to report who was arrested. It is easy to surmise that it was NOT the neo-Nazi's who broke the law on weapons violations and disorderly conduct. If any of the neo-Nazi's had been taken into custody, this would have made the headlines. So, why try to cover this up?...

Yet, Ms. Kissinger and Mr. Kertscher failed to do their jobs. Was this just bad reporting? Probably not. Was this an intentional attempt to protect to the counter protesters from bad publicity? Sure seems that way. Simply because the reporters wanted the neo-Nazis to be despised (and rightfully so), they decided to leave out necessary information from their report. Obvious bias such as this has no place in a news story. Because the reporters wanted to portray the neo-Nazis as the bad guys and the counter protesters as the good guys, they were willing to overlook the fact that some of the counter protesters couldn't abide by the law. Picking and choosing what to include in an article based on one's own feelings and agenda is wrong. Period.

Amy L. Geiger-Hemmer was, of course, citing the statistics provided by the Journal-Sentinel in their report. WTMJ Channel 4, in their later report, noted that 75 White activists showed up, but she probably is not aware of that report.

There is no evidence that Amy L. Geiger-Hemmer sympathizes ideologically with the National Socialist Movement. However, there is plenty of evidence that she's sympathetic towards journalistic integrity. Her idea -- when reporting hard news, call it down the middle like an umpire, and leave the editorializing to those unto whom such a task is appointed. White activists who have an account with the Journal-Sentinel should post a comment to her blog expressing recognition and appreciation of her fair-minded assessment.

The White racialist community has also weighed in. On this multi-page Stormfront thread, those who express opinions tend to fall into three categories:

-- Unconditional Solidarity: A number of people express unconditional solidarity with the NSM's actions, and don't criticize them for using the swastika or engaging in agitprop tactics. They defend the swastika as bing valid, and believe it should not be judged by those who have misused it in the past.

-- Conditional Solidarity: The largest group do express respect for the courage and involvement of the NSM activists, but continue to hold reservations about the use of the swastika. The presence of two million World War II veterans in this country, some of who fought against NS Germany, can make the swastika a difficult sell.

-- Absolute Disagreement: The smallest group express complete disagreement with the NSM's agitprop approach and consider it a waste of time. They believe the fact that NSM agitprop rallies generate the greatest amount of media publicity is outweighed by the drawbacks.

Stronger approval of the NSM's actions is expressed on VNN Forum.

Reaction posted on the N.S. Acumen of the Old Guard blog, reflecting opinion by the American Nazi Party, is critical of the NSM. They question whether there were 75 activists present. But they focused exclusively on the NSM's designated assembly area, while the Journal-Sentinel noted that not all White activists were standing with the NSM. At least 20 were standing across the street closer to the antis. Thus WTMJ's estimate of 75 reflects the total number of White activists present, both inside and outside the designated area. The American Nazi Party does not favor agitprop rallies and does not use them as part of their strategy. Their July 23rd indoor rally did not require police protection and was not interdicted by antis.

Their July 23rd indoor rally also did not attract any media publicity, and drew considerably less than 75 people, although they did recruit four new people. There's a tradeoff in results when using different strategies.

But the agitprop strategy is the one strategy which consistently attracts the attention of the mainstream media. And the fact that NSM participants consistently and scrupulously obey the law while anti-racists are getting busted is beginning to be noticed. In their personal behavior, the NSM rebuts the popular stereotypes of so-called "neo-Nazis". They forced the local community to confront the issue of escalating black teenage thuggery. Now the ground has been broken for other more conventional White political organizations, such as the American Third Position Party, to move in and further promote White racialist activity.

An Estimated 75 White Racialist Activists Show Up At National Socialist Movement's "In Defense Of White America" Rally In West Allis, Wisconsin

Update: Later reports from WTMJ Channel 4 indicate a total of 75 White activists were present, so I've changed the post title to reflect it. There's also a video of Jeff Schoep's speech embedded HERE.

The first media reports on the National Socialist Movement's "In Defense Of White America" rally in West Allis, Wisconsin are beginning to filter in. First, WISN Channel 12 has a short report with some poor-quality photos HERE; rain showers were passing though the area, which inhibited the quality of the photos. WITI Channel 6 has a bigger and better collection of photos HERE.

A more substantive report has been published by the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. They report that two separate groups of White activists showed up. The main group of the NSM was located in the plaza adjacent to the West Allis City Hall and was separated from the estimated 1,000 counter-protesters by metal barricades and a contingent of riot police; over 130 law enforcement officers from seven different agencies were present. The NSM showed up with American and Wisconsin flags, a Confederate battle flag, and a flag emblazoned with "white pride world wide." There was a banner emblazoned with "justice for white victims" and another saying "prosecute black hate," references to whites beaten by black youths on the first night of the Wisconsin State Fair in West Allis. After wrapping it up about 3:30 P.M, they were then ferried away in a yellow school bus. WITI news video embedded below:

WUWM 89.7 provides more specific information about the NSM's remarks at the rally. Jeff Schoep told the crowd that victims of the State Fair mob attack invited his group to West Allis to stand up for white people. Schoep said “We’re here on the streets of Wisconsin in defense of white people. We’re on the streets of Detroit, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Chicago, every city across the land the National Socialist Movement and our allies are there.” Schoep also defended the use of the swastika, saying “There’s nothing hateful or racist about our message. The swastika is a symbol of white pride. The swastika goes back many generations and that is our symbol. It is a white symbol.”

However, there was also a separate group of at least 20 additional White activists standing across the street closer to the antis, chanting and trading insults with them. Quickly more than two dozen police in riot gear surrounded them, with night sticks at the ready, to prevent any physical confrontations. One of the Whites, wearing a T-shirt with a "racist" message, identified himself as Jason Sobczak, 34, of Oconomowoc, who wanted Black youths involved in the State Fair attacks prosecuted for hate crimes. "We should be treated as equals," he said, adding that counter-protesters asking for peace were missing the point. It has not yet been reported whether any of the second group have a formal group affiliation.

Police say there were five arrests; two on weapons charges and three people accused of disorderly conduct. They did not say from which side the arrests came.

A couple of days prior to the rally, NSM Commander Jeff Schoep discussed the objectives, and insisted it wasn't about hate. "It's not that we hate, dislike or disrespect black people or any other race," Schoep told WTMJ's John Mercure. "Our concern and focus is on white people...Our goal is to have a white homeland. A nation of our own. This is what we stand for." Schoep also criticized the Jewish religion, saying "The Jews have done terrible things to governments and undermined cultures and societies wherever they've gone," A podcast of that interview is available HERE.

The NSM also held an impromptu press conference on Friday September 2nd, prominently featuring Jeff Schoep and his local organizer, Harriet. A Black man showed up to weigh in, triggering a peaceful verbal exchange:

Former Monty Python Star John Cleese Says London No Longer An English City, Feels Like A Foreigner In His Own Country

Mainstream Britons are now thinking and talking increasingly like British National Party Chairman Nick Griffin. One of them is a former star from Monty Python's Flying Circus -- John Cleese, who's actually been living in the U.S. for the past 21 years.

According to the Daily Mail, Cleese, who's currently doing a stand-up tour in Australia, was interviewed on the Australian T.V. show 7:30, and was asked what he thought about British culture and the recent London riots. Cleese, who is a Liberal Democrat supporter, replied that London is no longer an English city, and that he feels like a foreigner when walking its streets. From the London Evening Standard:

"I'm not sure what's going on in Britain. Let me say this, I on't know what's going on in London because London is no longer an English city and that's how they got the Olympics.

"They said 'we're the most cosmopolitan city on Earth' but it doesn't feel English.

"I had a Californian friend come over two months ago, walk down the King's Road and say to me 'well, where are all the English people?'.

"I love having different cultures around but when the parent culture kind of dissipates you're left thinking 'well, what's going on?'"

Cleese's point is further buttressed by the fact that of the eight million people who currently live in Greater London, 2.7 million residents were born outside the UK, and more than 300 languages are spoken in the city. And it's not the first time he has bemoaned the dissipation of traditional English culture in his homeland. In 2010, Cleese lamented the state of modern England, bemoaning a decline in traditional middle-class values, which he says has been replaced by a yob culture.

Cleese immediately got support from the English Defence League, which posted a link to Cleese's comments on its Twitter page. U.K. Independence Party (UKIP) leader Nigel Farage also praised Cleese for for articulating what an increasing number of people in London are thinking, saying "For him to make these remarks shows a tremendous strength of feeling on this matter". And while the British National Party did not specifically react to Cleese's statement, they note that on the average, one-third of births in the United Kingdom are to at least one foreign parent, and in some places, the number reaches as high as 75 percent. The BNP also reported that nine out of 10 jobs in Britain were taken by foreign nationals in 2010.

Naturally, the multiculturalists trotted out their champions to discredit Cleese. London Mayor Boris Johnson criticized Cleese, saying that Britons should celebrate the capital's diversity. A spokesman for the Mayor said, "If the King's Road is jam-packed with visiting foreign tourists then that is something we should celebrate", while an unidentified friend of Johnson added "Only an idiot would not want London to be the global capital of retail, food and fashion".

Of course, John Cleese was NOT taking issue with tourists; after all, tourists come and go. Instead, Cleese was taking issue with immigrants -- excessive numbers of immigrants -- who come and STAY, and make little effort to assimilate. And many of those immigrants will never need to spend a single shilling on sunscreen, if you know what I mean.

One other London politico took a whack at Cleese. Labour's London Mayoral candidate Ken Livingstone said, "To stay competitive London must be what New York is to the USA, a global centre of business, culture and innovation, none of which can be achieved without people of all nations working and living here. Without that London's status as a driver of the British economy would be permanently lost."

It seems like the recent riots U.K.-wide tend to support Cleese's viewpoint much more than the establishment politicos.
