How In Hell Could Casey Anthony Be Found Not Guilty But Edgar Steele Be Found Guilty?

By now, most readers know that the verdict on Casey Anthony is in. A Florida jury found Casey Anthony not guilty of first-degree murder in the 2008 death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee. She was also found not guilty of aggravated child abuse and aggravated manslaughter. The jury did find her guilty of four misdemeanor counts of providing false information to law enforcement. CNN is providing a continuous update on this post. CNN news video embedded below:

Regardless of what one personally thinks about this verdict, it's obvious the jury correctly and commendably applied the highest constitutional standard in this case. They strictly hewed to the presumption of innocence, and demanded the prosecution prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt. This was not forthcoming; as Fox News points out, much of the state’s case focused on the perception that Casey didn’t grieve her daughter's demise in the socially-prescribed manner; she actually went out dancing, had sex and got a tattoo. Fox News suggests that Some emotionally vulnerable people can experience mania — the “high” phase of bipolar disorder, essentially the opposite of depression — in the setting of unthinkable trauma or loss. This is plausible; I've heard of other such cases.

Too bad this jury wasn't sitting in the Edgar Steele trial. Not only was Edgar Steele not awarded the presumption of innocence, but in my opinion, that case didn't even meet the lower civil standard of "preponderance of evidence". There are two primary reasons why I consider the guilty verdict in the Edgar Steele case bogus:

-- The case revolved around a snitch, Larry Fairfax, who openly admitted on the stand that he had previously lied. Furthermore, he also openly admitted he was scheming to profit from his predicament by writing a book. How could any logical juror consider such a character to be credible?

-- The prosecution and the judge worked hand-in-glove to exclude two critical defense witnesses, the audio experts who were to testify on Steele's behalf challenging the veracity of the audio tapes. Both these experts possessed laudatory credentials. If I'm a juror, and I find that critical defense witnesses are being systemically excluded, I will become suspicious of the prosecution's motives at that point.

Unfortunately, the Steele trial was a Federal trial, and many prospective jurors grew up with the idea that the Federal government is a savior who can never sin. They watched Efrem Zimbalist Jr. bust crooks during the weekly FBI T.V. shows during the 60s and 70s and idealized FBI agents as lantern-jawed Jack Armstrong types who are incorruptible. The actual track record of the FBI differs significantly, as we saw at Ruby Ridge and Waco.

There's also one other difference between the two trials. While Casey Anthony was a rather attractive and nubile young lady who was apolitical, Edgar Steele was a crusty, crotchety old lawyer who was permanently damned by the establishment for having the audacity to defend Aryan Nations in a civil trial. The fact that he lost is irrelevant; the system wanted to permanently marginalize Steele for even being willing to take the case in the first place. And, unlike Anthony, Steele was very political, criticizing Blacks, Hispanics, and above all, Jews. The latter is considered the worst political sin of all.

A politically-active White nationalist cannot get a fair trial in America. Just ask Shaun Walker, Bill White, Ron Edwards, and Kevin Alfred Strom. Had Casey Anthony been a White nationalist, she undoubtedly would have been found guilty of manslaughter at the very least.

North East White Pride Hosts Successful "Close The Border" Rally In Hudson, New Hampshire For Sixth Year In A Row; Battalion 14 Also Present

One of the hallmarks of a successful political advocacy group is consistent and sustained activism. And by hosting a successful "Close The Border" rally in Hudson, New Hampshire for the sixth year in a row on July 2nd, 2011, North East White Pride (NEWP) continues to polish their reputation for consistent and sustained activism. NEWP was also joined by representatives of an allied group, Battalion 14 (misreported as Battalion 4 by the Nashua Telegraph). This rally was also given advance publicity on Stormfront.

The Telegraph provides the only known media story so far, reporting that a total of 16 White activists showed up, holding signs with messages such as “No Way Jose”, “The U.S.A. is not for you Esse”, and carrying a “Don’t Tread on Me” flag. Some chose not to identify themselves out of concern about retaliation, particularly by employers. One Battalion 14 activist who wore a skeleton mask and sunglasses said he almost lost his job three years ago when his photo was shown on the Internet by those opposing the White activists, and noted that he has three daughters to take care of.

But the chief organizer, Patrick O'Donovan, can afford to risk a higher level of public exposure, and so he permitted himself to be photographed and interviewed. He chose Hudson because its strategic location at the junction of State Highways 102 and 111 affords ideal exposure, and because it is predominantly a White community. He chose the Fourth of July weekend to drive home the message that opposition to illegal immigration is patriotism. And he characterized NEWP as primarily the White equivalent of the NAACP and the JDL (Jewish Defense League).

O'Donovan firmly rejected allegations of "hate" and "racism", noting that his group merely supports White culture and wants to see immigration laws enforced. This follows the strategy recommended by Dr. David Duke (see post from April 25th, 2010) and picked up by other reputable White activist groups that instead of trying to re-define racism to co-opt and detoxify it, we should reject charges of racism and rebound them back upon the heads of our accusers.

The Telegraph reported that many of those driving by did not acknowledge the group, while others honked their horns or showed a thumbs up in agreement. Still others yelled out epithets and made obscene gestures to the protestors. Although the Telegraph's coverage of the event was reasonably fair, a more pro-White version was published in The Foremost Problem by Russell James, who holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from UCLA and is active in the campaign to protect the rights and preserve the heritage of Americans of European ancestry. James notes that there was a slightly larger turn-out than in past years and there was some drama when some teenage Hispanics decided to come over and confront them with their usual racist, obscene rantings. But James characterized the rally as a great success, noting that of the thousands of motorists that passed-by, they received hundreds of beeps and thumbs-up with fewer than a couple dozen negative responses.

Black History Weekly Roundup: July 3rd, 2011

It's time for the White Reference weekly black history roundup. After all, we wouldn't want black history to continue to be "underrepresented", would we?

Normally, I find this information by examining the first few pages of results from the Google search term "black male" (without the quotes). This is to uncover the petty black crime that sometimes gets ignored on Stormfront and VNN Forum. But this week, we'll start off with a couple of real whoppers, in particular a black male who raped his six-month old son and gave him HIV.

-- Silverton, OH: Astoundingly, this has only showed up in the Daily Mail; no local media reports so far. A twenty-nine year old black male, Lenny Love of Silverton, Ohio, was arrested on Friday July 1st and charged with two counts of rape, one count of felonious assault and one count of possession of marijuana. Love allegedly raped his six-month-old son and infected him with HIV back in March; police say he admitted the assault to them. Love is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center while he awaits trial. Read the outrage expressed on Stormfront.

-- Colorado Springs, CO: In a developing story, a group of black thugs launched a mob assault on several Fort Carson soldiers because one of the soldiers is gay. The details are murky, but the incident began early on Saturday July 2nd at the Albertacos restaurant in northeastern Colorado Springs. A group of black men and women took exception to the way one of them was dressed, and referred to the soldier as a "faggot". When the soldiers left the restaurant, they were jumped. As many as 10 blacks are believed to have gotten involved, although police are officially only looking for 5 black males and 2 black females who were last seen leaving in a silver passenger vehicle. The primary aggressor in the assault is described as a black male, 5'5'', and 135 lbs with a bald head. One of the victims ended up with a shattered jaw.

-- Chattanooga, TN: We have us a doubleheader.

----- Just after midnight on July 3rd, Ralph Higgins was sitting in his car in the parking lot of Walt’s Bar at 6238 Bonny Oaks Drive when a man came up and demanded his wallet. When Higgins refused to give it up, the man shot him in the abdomen. Higgins described the suspect as a short black male, between 4 feet, 11 inches and 5 feet, 1 inch tall, wearing a brown shirt. He said the shooter got into a small brown four-door car and left. Higgins' injuries are described as "non-life threatening".

----- Around 1:30 A.M. on July 3rd during a large house party at 909 Crutchfield St., two men began to provoke the crowd. When the bouncer, Reginald Locklin, began walking toward the men to make them leave, one pulled a gun and began shooting. A bullet went through one of Locklin's legs and lodged in the other. Locklin described the shooter as a black male, 6 feet, 1 inch tall, wearing a brown button-down shirt and jean shorts with dreads or plats pulled back into a short ponytail. There was a second shooting at this same party, but Locklin could not provide a description of the perp.

Celebrate Dr. David Duke's 61st Birthday With His "Revolt Against Civilization" Speech Given In Denmark

If you've visited Stormfront recently, you know that Dr. David Duke just observed his 61st birthday on July 1st, as noted in this thread. While some of the posts got a bit obsequious for my taste, this post by Tenniel optimally illustrates why Dr. Duke has earned the respect of so many within the White racialist community:

Bingo! Right tone, right words. Words have meaning. Words have consequences. With more and more Tea Partiers beginning to speak our language on race, we have to meet them halfway, not scare them away. Scare tactics are best used only by exception.

And meeting people halfway is just what Dr. David Duke did at a two-day private seminar organized by Dr. Lindtner of the Danish Society for Free Historical Research [Danish: Dansk Selskab for Fri Historisk Forskning; Web site: DSFHF.dk] held in Aalborg, Denmark, on May 28-29, 2011. According to Realisten.se, Dr. Duke spoke on "The Future of The Europeans and Their Culture", discussing the future that's possible for us if we choose not to become extinct. Dr. Duke decried the harsh attacks by Jewish racists against those who work for the preservation of the European peoples, and said that defending the natural right to survive is not an unreasonable or impossible demand.

-- Dr. Christian Lindtner spoke on the topic ""Jewish Propaganda Among the Ancient Greeks". Dr. Lindtner has become known by pursuing the thesis that Jesus is a fictitious person who is in fact based on the Buddha.

One particularly graphic report is provided HERE. However, another person scanned the site with numerous anti-virus products and found no problems.
