U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill Delays Edgar Steele Trial Until April 26th, Moves It To Boise, Idaho

Despite rejecting three previous motions to either delay or move the trial of Edgar Steele, on March 7th, 2011, on what would have been the first day of Steele's trial, U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill agreed to move the trial to Boise and delay the start until April 26th. Steele’s lawyers, Gary Amendola and Robert McAllister, had asked for a continuance on three previous occasions, but Judge Winmill refused, claiming he didn’t see how Steele’s situation would change if a delay was granted.

What changed? First, even though McAllister had been working with Steele's previous lawyer, federal public defender Roger Peven, since November 2010, McAllister said today that Peven did not let him access evidence until he formally became Steele’s lawyer on February 7th. This means Steele would be denied effective counsel without a delay. Second, because of the delay in handing off the defense, the defense missed the deadline for notifying prosecutors of expert testimony; they plan to bring in an expert witness who is expected to question the authenticity of audio recordings of Steele allegedly discussing the plot with hitman-turned-FBI informant Larry Fairfax. Granting the delay also allows audio experts with the FBI more time to review the recordings.

Steele, 65, is charged with use of interstate commerce to commit murder for hire, tampering with a victim, use of explosive material to commit a federal felony and possession of a destructive device in relation to a crime of violence. The last charge carries a minimum 30 years in prison. He has been in custody since June 11th, 2010; his most recent attempt to be released on $1 million bond was rebuffed on February 16th. Prosecutors recently padded the charges further by claiming that Steele wanted his wife Cyndi murdered because he had been establishing a relationship with a young woman who lives outside of the United States; Ukrainian officials interviewed the woman in question and say she provided them with a letter she received from Steele after his arrest in June 2010. The government is also expected to cite previous marital difficulties between Edgar and Cyndi Steele as additional circumstantial evidence to buttress their case; Cyndi had actually filed for divorce in June 2000, alleging her husband "misrepresented his marital status and eligibility" in online dating profiles "with the sole intention of meeting women." But the case was dismissed two months later.

During the upcoming trial, Larry Fairfax will be trotted out as the Federal government's superstar snitch to testify against Steele. Fairfax told the FBI that Steele offered to pay him up to $125,000 to kill his wife and her mother in a car crash meant to look like an accident. But while Fairfax told federal agents about the plot, he failed to inform them he'd already placed a pipe bomb under Cyndi Steele's vehicle, which did not explode while she drove to Oregon and back. The bomb was found by startled workers after she took her vehicle for an oil change. Fairfax admitted to placing the bomb but told agents he manipulated the fuse to malfunction. His attorneys contend Fairfax planned to take Steele's money but not go through with the killing. Earlier, Fairfax reached a deal to plead guilty to one count of possession of an unregistered firearm and one count of making a firearm in violation of the National Firearms Act, but sentencing will be delayed until after the Steele trial (meaning if Steele is convicted, Fairfax will get a shorter sentence, probably at a "Club Fed").

Notwithstanding any previous marital difficulties, Cyndi Steele, in true Tammy Wynette-fashion, is standing by her man. Cyndi maintains that her husband is innocent and has been set up by the government because of his anti-Zionist, pro-White views and for representing clients such as Aryan Nations. She further insists that Fairfax stole more than $45,000 in valuables from her home when he worked as a handyman there, and planted the bomb to cover his crimes. On December 17th, she posted a lengthy and eloquent defense of Edgar which was published in the Bonner County Daily Bee. She also took to Voice Of Reason to plead her husband's case in November 2010.

Tributes To Murdered California Skinhead Leader David Lynch Pouring In From Throughout The White Nationalist Community

By now, most everyone is aware that a longtime respected White racial activist, David Lynch, who was rather successful in persuading sometimes-fractious skinhead groups to work together for the benefit of our race, was murdered in his Citrus Heights, California home early on Wednesday March 2nd, 2011. The 40-year-old Lynch originally organized the American Front as a loose umbrella group for skinheads. His 33-year-old girlfriend, who is five months pregnant, was shot in the leg, but has been hospitalized and is expected to recover.

Around 3:00 P.M. the same day, police arrested Charles Demar, identified as an acquaintance of Lynch. Authorities are calling Demar a person of interest, but have not charged him with the Lynch murder. They arrested him for drug possession after discovering materials used to manufacture methamphetamine in his home. On March 4th, Demar was charged with transporting methamphetamine for the benefit of a street gang, possession for sale of methamphetamine and manufacturing the drug. Because he has previous felony convictions for burglary and assault, he could face life if convicted on the current charges. In court on Friday, Demar reportedly broke down, crying out that he had lost his job, his wife, his best friend and his children and saying he needed help.

Some of the cooler heads on Stormfront are urging people not to rush to judgment on Demar or anyone else yet, and to allow time for more facts to emerge. David Lynch left 2 teenage daughters, an unborn child, and a fiancee behind. Lynch did not get 1/100th the publicity that Dr. David Duke got; surprisingly, a number of people on VNN Forum said they'd never heard of him. I cant claim to have been close to him, but i do believe that i knew his heart. He was a dedicated racialist. Despite his faults(we all have them), he has been there for a very long time, and as far as i know, has never waivered in his dedication. I am truly saddened by this news. I feel as though i have been punched in the stomach. I was recently daydreaming about how if i ever won the powerball, i would get some of the remaining charismatic leaders of our movement together for something great. He was charismatic! A good guy. The movement suffers a huge loss. Even if all he ever did was inspire young Skinheads like myself some 20 years ago. I know for sure that at least a few hundred Skinheads were encouraged and inspired by Dave Lynch. 1000 HAILS MY BROTHER! I HOPE TO JOIN YOU IN VALHALLA! WHITE POWER! I dont even know what to say. Im still trying to wrap my head around it all. He'd give you the shirt off his back if he thought you were a comrade. We'd talk almost every week.. From Direct318Action: Dave was a rare individual indeed. The night after my daughter was born I was still awake and excited about the whole newness of this little life the Lord had entrusted to my wife and I and I called Dave to tell him about it. He was actually one of the first to know and the first to get a picture of the little booger. We talked about my impending fatherhood and Dave's experiences with being a father and I thank God that this was the last conversation I had with him. Had it been some drole conversation about what person said what about whom to whose mother's cousin I would have regretted it. I am glad that the last time I spoke to him it was a pleasant one about pleasant things.

Dave was only two years older than myself but when I was a kid of about fifteen I had some magazine articles about Dave and the Geraldo chair tossing episode had just come out and I remember thinking that I wanted to be able to meet this guy one day. Years passed and the American Front had dwindled down to nothing except a few guys here and there and seemingly out of nowhere here comes Dave. The first time I heard that Lynch had revitalized AF I thought they were kidding. They weren't. Under Lynch's aegis, AF is stronger than before. The first time I spoke to him I almost told him that when I was a kid I had looked up to the guy but I didn't. Now I wish I had.

Dave was also rare in that he had no real enemies. Even though he is a part of Blood & Honour American Division, it never stopped him from speaking to us, or to anyone else really. Dave was a good guy that wanted what was best for our people and had the drive to accomplish what he set his mind to.

He will be sorely missed.

Videographer Steven Fabian Of Channel One News Profiles The National Socialist Movement In His Pride And Prejudice Series

From this Stormfront post, I learned that an independent videographer named Steven Fabian got caught up in the NSM's recent rally in Phoenix, Arizona, and decided to do a series of videos on the neo-Nazi movement. Not surprisingly, he focused on the National Socialist Movement. On the Channel One website, he's uploaded a series of resultant videos. Three of the videos are of primary interest in this post and are embedded below.

Channel One News is a news website delivering a 12-minute news program for teens broadcast via satellite to middle schools and high schools across the United States. It has been controversial largely due to the commercial content of the show. Critics claim that it is a problem in classrooms because it forces children to watch ads, wastes class time, and wastes tax dollars. Supporters argue that the ads are necessary to help keep the program running and lease TVs, DVRs (Head-End Units) and satellite dishes to schools, as well as commercial-free educational video through Channel One Connection.

Fabian not only interviews NSM members, but to achieve balance, also interviewed the anti-racist turncoat T.J. Leyden. Fabian does a good job at remaining objective. Watch the videos after the jump:

Jewish "White Supremacist" David Yerushalmi Under Fire For Promoting Anti-Sharia (Islamic Law) Legislation In As Many As 15 States

A man who has been referred to as a "white supremacist" in this Mother Jones article is under fire for promoting anti-sharia legislation in as many as 15 states, most notably in Tennessee. David Yerushalmi is identified as the brainchild behind a Tennessee bill, SB 1028, which would not only make material support for sharia, or Islamic law, punishable by 15 years in prison, but would ban state courts from enforcing Sharia law. It also authorizes the state's attorney general to freeze the assets of organizations that have been determined to be promoting or supporting Sharia. In a 40-minute PowerPoint, Yerushalmi further explains the sample legislation. Yerushalmi's draft legislation not only served as the foundation for the Tennessee bill, but also for specifically at least half a dozen other anti-sharia measures, including two bills that were signed into law last year in Louisiana and Tennessee.

Yerushalmi, a lawyer, is the founder of the Society of Americans for National Existence (SANE), which has been called a "hate group" by the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). The reason why he is being characterized as a "white supremacist" is because in a 2006 essay for SANE entitled On Race: A Tentative Discussion, Yerushalmi argued that Whites are genetically superior to Blacks. Yerushalmi also suggested that Whites are inherently more receptive to republican forms of government than Blacks—an argument consistent with SANE's mission statement, which emphasizes that "America was the handiwork of faithful Christians, mostly men, and almost entirely White."

But here's where it starts to get interesting. David Yerushalmi is also identified as Jewish, and in a February 5th, 2007 article published at the website Intellectual Conservative, suggested that liberal Jews destroy their host nations like a fatal parasite. A separate August 2006 article entitled "Mel Gibson and why Jewish Liberal give Jews a bad name" is also of interest. Yerushalmi has also criticized the universal suffrage movement, once saying that "there's a reason the founding fathers did not give women or black slaves the right to vote." He has been well-received by a number of mainstream conservative sources.

How well he's received within the White Nationalist community is problematic. Except for American Renaissance and possibly a few "Mainstreamists", it remains axiomatic that Jews cannot be considered White, regardless of what they say or do. Yet this has not stopped David Yerushalmi from speaking out on behalf of the White community. Many WNs such as Dr. David Duke have implicitly recognized the occasional Jewish assistance by re-directing the focus from Jewish existence to Jewish behavior; specifically, Jewish supremacism.

Ironic that Mother Jones refers to a Jewish guy as a "white supremacist" when Jews are not generally accepted within the White Nationalist community. It shows how little the media understands our Cause.

Yerushalmi's concern about the possibility of sharia, or Islamic law, is not misplaced. It is currently taking root in Europe; the Political Islam blog cites a number of examples. Furthermore, sharia is a huge step backward into barbarism; under sharia, there is no freedom of religion, no freedom of speech, no freedom of thought, no freedom of artistic expression, no freedom of the press, and no equal rights for women. A Muslim gets preferential treatment over a non-Muslim. There are actual sharia enclaves forming in Europe. There are also signs of sharia creeping into the U.S., particularly in Dearborn, Michigan, where Muslim predominance has cause the city to be nicknamed Dearbornistan.

Surprise, Surprise: Conspiracy Theorist Alex Jones Wakes Up And Speaks Out Against Anti-White Discrimination And Targeting

And now, Alex Jones, known primarily for his conspiracy theorizing, has suddenly spoken out against the growing targeting of White people for discrimination and abuse. Alex Jones also appeared on The View on February 28th, where he started out defending Charlie Sheen, but ended up criticizing George W. Bush for turning American into“a police state.

Mostly favorable reaction on White News Now and Stormfront. However, a former employee of Jones, Jack Blood, calls him out as a phony on a couple of videos embedded HERE.

If Alex Jones is serious about his new attitude, it will be helpful to our Cause. He can bring the "truthers" and "birthers" around to our way of thinking. He does take issue with Zionism, and if he didn't have a Jewish wife, perhaps he might name the Jew.
