Delaney noted that Communism didn't really die in Russia in 1992, but packed its bags and moved to the United States. He also condemned the incessant promotion of the Jewish Holocaust, noting that a new Holocaust-related multimedia presentation of any type is produced on the average of once every 10 days.

This was my first time speaking in front of a crowd like this and 3 days prior to this I was pretty sick and didn't think I was even going to attend but pulled through in the end. It was a great time and surprising we recieved lots of positive responses after the fact. My family lives only a couple blocks away from State Fair and city hall so I saw it important I attend and speak there.
One would never have known it was his first time speaking in front of such a large crowd, or that he had been sick just three days beforehand. Superb effort.
