The highly-acclaimed South Africa Sucks blog, which has been previously ToS'd eight times, appears to be down again, and it is uncertain when -- or, for that matter, if -- it will return. Initially resurrected under the url of http:///zasucks.net, it was parked and resurrected as http://www.zasucks.net. The latter url still works, but all posts have been scrubbed. In addition, Mike Smith's Political Commentary has been rendered private (Smith is one of SAS's editors).
A backup South Africa Sucks archive blog is still available, but the most recent entry is from 2008.

I presume the reason why he did this, was because someone hijacked the blog (claimed ownership) and registered the blog under NetworkedBlogs on facebook. I know the name of the individual who claimed ownership, but will not mention the name here, as the possibility exists that an impostor may have used that person’s name fraudulently. As soon as Mike became aware of this, the blog’s listing on the facebook app disappeared, followed by the sudden access restrictions to his ms-political-commentary-blog.
I have an eerie feeling in my guts that this whole business may possibly be linked to the recent VVK fiasco at Paardekraal. There seems to be a malevolent element among the Boer ranks, who are intent on discrediting and sabotaging the VVK agenda, and that the ANC government (NIA) is possibly behind this. If you’ve studied Mike Smith’s series (Opening Pandora’s Apartheid Box), and also some of the other articles he has written, then you’ll notice that Mike was aware who these traitors are.

The individual referred to as Rooster is a South African expatriate who, despite the fact that he's been abroad since 2007, attempts to sell South Africa as a multicultural "rainbow paradise", even though the South African rainbow does not lead to a pot of gold. Rooster made a number of inflammatory troll and flame comments on the previous SAS blogs, and edits the ShutUpWhitey blog, which gives you a hint as to what he really thinks about Whites. He celebrates the demise of SAS HERE, and he minimizes the South African farm murders in this other blog, claiming that only 1,165 have been killed. It is unknown if Rooster had a hand in taking down SAS, but he obviously hasn't exactly donned sackcloth and ashes over its demise.
The value of South Africa Sucks wasn't just in its truthfulness, but also in its prominence. It achieved such a stratospheric following that it also served as an unofficial "gatekeeper" for other pro-White South African blogs, some of which are listed on my sidebar under Our Foreign Friends. While the other blogs are also quite useful, none achieved the prominence of South Africa Sucks. So the loss of SAS is serious.

Rooster also used to run a blog called "Kill All Whitey" so that tells you everything you need to know about him, and the reliability of anything he says. He has many times said he hates whites, especially white Afrikaners, and has made comments on his other blogs attacking them, their culture, and making statements that he wants them killed.
As for the rest of you the reason you should care about oppressed white populations elsewhere is because if you don't, don't expect them to care about you either when your time comes (and it is coming - what is happening in South Africa is just a microcosm of the world). I couldn't stand the SAS site. It was argued that the site was a place for people to vent and express their outrage at the developments in South Africa. If that was the case I would have supported it. But it turned into something much more sinister than that. The bloggers' fears got the best of them and they completely lost their heads, in the end always turning on their own.
