According to Kansas City Police Chief James Corwin, who edits his own blog, the unidentified woman, a customer at a McDonald's at 3255 Main St. on December 27th, did not like the way her sandwich was made, so she took it back to the cashier. Twice employeees offered to give her a replacement sandwich, but she wanted her money back instead. After being unable to get satisfaction, she proceeded to throw a container of drinking water over the counter. She then threw a "wet floors" sign and a cookie container. Finally, she started knocking off the cashiers' computers/cash registers, altogether causing more than $3,000 in damage. Watch the video embedded below:

On Monday January 4th, 2010, Michael Scheuer, former CIA Bin Laden Unit Chief (1996-99), was interviewed by Bill Scanlan on C-Span. His purpose was to discuss the latest on the alleged terrorist attack on Northwest Flight 253, new security procedures, the recent killings of CIA employees in Afghanistan and the Obama administration's response to foreign terrorists.
However, a number of Jews are displeased at the results. Some of them believe the interview became anti-Semitic in character. Elder of Ziyyon expresses objection HERE. At around the 10:30 point of the interview, Scheuer advocated that the United States should dissuade terrorists from focusing their anger on the U.S. by persuading them to focus their anger on what they themselves perceive as their enemy: the governments that oppress them and Israel.
But it was the following exchange at the 15:00 minute point that really got these Jewish bloggers in a tizzy. A caller referring to himself as John from Franklin, NY, who also identified himself as a political independent, questioned our policy of fighting Muslims on behalf of Israel. Here's the excerpt:
John from Franklin: I for one am sick and tired of all these Jews coming on C-SPAN and other stations and pushing us to go to war against our Muslim friends. They're willing to spend the last drop of American blood and treasure to get their way in the world. They have way too much power in this country. People like Wolfowitz and Feith and the other neo-cons -- that jewed us into Iraq -- and now we're going to spend the next 60 years rehabilitating our soldiers -- I'm sick and tired of it.
C-SPAN host: Any comments?
Scheuer: Yeah. I think that American foreign policy is ultimately up to the American people. One of the big things we have not been able to discuss for the past 30 years is the Israelis. Whether we want to be involved in fighting Israel's wars in the future is something that Americans should be able to talk about. They may vote yes. They may want to see their kids killed in Iraq or Yemen or somewhere else to defend Israel. But the question is: we need to talk about it. Ultimately Israel is a country that is of no particular worth the United States.
C-SPAN host: You mean strategically?
Scheuer: Strategically. They have no resources we need. Their manpower is minimal. Their association with us is a negative for the United States. Now that's a fact. What you want to do about that fact is entirely different. But for anyone to stand up in the United States and say that support for Israel doesn't hurt us in the Muslim world is to just defy reality.

Adam Holland offers even more details on his blog. He discloses that Scheuer's next call came from a supporter identified as Tim from Crawford, Virgina. Tim has published Scheuer's writings on his several websites deemed "anti-Semitic" by Holland, to include at least one of which is largely devoted to promoting information which tends to cast blame on Jewish supremacists for orchestrating 9/11.
Tim from Crawford: Mr. Scheuer, I met you in Los Angeles and you were so brave being on the Bill Maher Show talking about how we're fighting these wars for Israel and I told you about my neoconzionistthreat.com website and america-hijacked.com. You were absolutely spot on, sir. When are we going to shred the Israeli yoke and get on with defending America like George Washington wanted us to?
Since Scheuer didn't really address those rhetorical questions in his response, a third Jewish blogger, Jeffrey Goldberg who blogs on The Atlantic, hysterically denounced Scheuer as a "Jew-hating crank" and telephoned C-Span host Bill Scanlan on January 6th to complain. When Goldberg asked Scanlan why he didn't challenge the caller or cut him off, Scanlan said he was not authorized to speak for the company, refused to comment further, and referred his call to Michelle Remillard, his producer. Remillard has not responded to Goldberg's enquiry.
Nor should she respond. Goldberg and the other complainants fail to realize that it is not the job of C-Span's hosts to take partisan positions or censor on the basis of content. Their job is simply to facilitate discussion and direct traffic. This is what separates C-Span from the other media outlets, and it is a refreshing change from partisan wonks like Chris Matthews...or even Glenn Beck.
Note that the instinctive Jewish response to criticism of Israel is always censorship and repression. Jewish supremacists cannot abide free speech.
Anti-racist groups are wasting little time in trying to politically strangle the new American Third Position (A3P) Party while it is still in the cradle. Predictably, the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) was among the first to attack the newborn institution. Watch this four-minute intro video to the A3P presented by William Johnson embedded below:
In her response published on January 5th, 2010, SPLC dominatrix Heidi Beirich characterized the new party as "white supremacist". But the focus of her attack was upon one of its directors, the controversial but highly-esteemed Dr. Kevin McDonald of California State University at Long Beach (CSULB), claiming that McDonald had "dropped his academic veneer" and reiterating the libel that he is anti-Semitic. Beirich actually spends very little time addressing the A3P platform or its objectives, instead launching a steady stream of hateful invective not only against MacDonald, but also against another A3P official, William Johnson. I previously discussed Johnson's unsuccessful run for a seat on the Los Angeles Superior Court in 2008; he finished second in the June 2008 election.
Another anti-racist thug targeting the American Third Position Party is Orange County Weekly blogger Gustavo Arellano, whose post entitled "Notorious Jew-Bashing Long Beach State Professor Joins Notorious Racist Lawyer to Create White-Power Political Party" attracted rebuttal from a wide variety of pro-White activists and even one self-identified Asian who supports the right of Whites to organize racially, since other groups do the same. Arellano has since taken another whack at A3P in another post entitled "American Third Position Party Treasurer a Fugitive?", in reference to A3P Treasurer Sean Vaxmonsky, who allegedly has a bench warrant out on him for his failure to appear in court for driving without a valid driver's license. The charge is a misdemeanor.
White Nationalist reaction, as documented on Occidental Dissent HERE and HERE, Stormfront, and the Vanguard News Network Forum, ranges from guardedly optimistic to moderately enthusiastic. Some are even comparing the American Third Position Party with the British National Party. Read their platform, promoting liberty, sovereignty, and identity HERE. Their immigration policy shows concern for the declining percentage of European-Americans in the United States. Racially populist - Yes. White supremacist - No.
Should White activists support the American Third Position Party? I don't see why not. They are racially populist, and the involvement of Dr. Kevin MacDonald ensures the party will have some understanding of the Jewish Question, but presenting it in a fashion more digestible to the public. But to compare them to the BNP at this point is a reach; while it was relatively simple for the BNP to organize in the smaller, more compact United Kingdom, the United States is much larger. They should initially focus their efforts and resources on those few areas where their work shows the greatest potential.
It took over a year, but Derek Black is following through on his pledge to seek legal redress against Palm Beach County Republican Chairman Sid Dinerstein for refusing to allow him (Black) to be seated on the Palm Beach County Republican Executive Committee after delegates elected him to a position. Media story in the Palm Beach Post.
Derek Black has retained attorney Lee Levenson of Boynton Beach, who sent Dinerstein a draft lawsuit in December 2009 claiming the local GOP failed to tell Black and other candidates that the Republican Party of Florida had set an earlier deadline for signing the oath. As justification for the suit, Levenson cites an August 26th ruling by the 3rd District Court of Appeals that the Miami-Dade GOP seat 19 members after the court found the local party hadn't given the candidates adequate notice of a revised deadline. Levenson's December 16th letter says seating Black immediately would avoid further unnecessary expenses and inconveniences of litigation.
But Dinerstein is calling Black's bluff. In response, Dinerstein said, in part, "We've decided to take the position of 'Go ahead and sue us.' … Our position is that we went out of our way for people to know about the new loyalty oath deadline". But Dinerstein, who is Jewish, is overtly biased against Derek Black because Derek's father Don Black is the webmaster for Stormfront, the largest white nationalist venue in the United States, and Derek himself has also engineered radio broadcasts for Stormfront and spoke at the November 2008 EURO Conference in Memphis promoting the rights and heritage of European-Americans. Despite the fact that Derek Black has rejected the white supremacist characterization and describes himself as "a white person who is concerned about discrimination against white people", Dinerstein still accuses Black of "white supremacist associations" and said that even if he had signed his loyalty oath on time, he shouldn't be allowed to hold a GOP post because the party oath forbids activities "likely to injure the name of the Republican Party" (whatever that's supposed to mean).
So in the minds of Jewish supremacists like Sid Dinerstein, merely defending the White community against anti-White racism alone constitutes "white supremacism". It should be obvious to the reader that the objective of Jewish supremacists, their allies, and their lackeys, is to back us into a corner and leave us with no defense - if we allow them to define our values and standards.
We do NOT have to accept their definitions. We do NOT - and should NOT - waste time trying to explain why we are not racist. The fact is, we are racists, because race matters with us, and our task should be to embrace and de-stigmatize racism rather than avoid it. Racism was stigmatized by Marxist sympathizers who seek to do to America from within what the Soviet bloc could not do from without for 45 years - take down America.
The Palm Beach Post article also reveals some information of which I was previously unaware. Before 2008, candidates for the Republican Executive Committee had to sign a loyalty oath before taking office. But the Republican Party of Florida issued a June 12th, 2008, memo saying candidates had to sign the oath by the June 20th deadline for qualifying for the ballot. It appears the real reason was to neutralize the influence of Ron Paul; the change was widely seen as an effort to prevent supporters of Ron Paul's failed presidential bid from winning party posts and then working against GOP nominee John McCain.
After Dinerstein redlined Black's election to the committee, Black exercised the option to apply for a seat and to be voted on by other committee members at a regular party meeting. But Dinerstein said Black's application was rejected because it did not include "sponsor" signatures from two other committee members. Sounds like another Talmudic technicality to me.
Numerous media outlets and pundits have released their "top ten" lists for 2009. But conspicuously absent is a list of top ten White Nationalist stories of 2009. This omission denies us an opportunity to compete using the various Internet search engines.
So I have devised my own list of top ten White Nationalist stories of 2009. Too bad I didn't think of this earlier; I would have run a poll. The list represents a prominent mix of success and failure. But although we take comfort in our successes, we don't allow ourselves to be defeated by failure. Adversity, unpleasant though it be, is one of our greatest mentors on this pit stop on the highway to eternity known as "mortality". Here's the list:
(2). The hung jury in the Hal Turner case. Although this case primarily exposed how extensively police agencies have penetrated the White Nationalist movement, it also represented a failure by the system to use Hal Turner as an excuse to further restrict free speech. Also note that I selected this the number two story primarily because of the large volume of mainstream media publicity devoted to this story rather than its absolute merits.
(3). Sustained constructive activism by the National Socialist Movement nationwide. The NSM continued their ambitious program of agitprop rallies, on one occasion holding two on the same day. Most noteworthy were the rallies in Phoenix and Riverside. The NSM's agitprop approach contributes value to the Cause because it attracts so much publicity from a sensationalist-oriented media; it shows a highly-visible resistance to the Agenda to a wide variety of folks in one fell swoop.

One of the National Alliance's two most-active units is reportedly bringing the message of White empowerment to the public at the Cal Expo Center Gun Show being held during January 2-3, 2010. The only source of this story is the virulently anti-White Indybay website, so a more balanced version will be replicated here so that the antifas don't completely own the story. There is also a discussion thread on Stormfront.
Indybay cited as its source a National Alliance Membership Bulletin which is not available online. The Sacramento Unit of the National Alliance, under the leadership of longtime member Jim Ring, have reserved several tables at the Cal Expo Show. Their intent is to sell books and to answer inquiries about the National Alliance and its mission for the purpose of promoting White racial consciousness. According to Indybay, Jim Ring has experienced success in reaching out to Whites at gun shows, so this is a continuation of successful, proven activism on their part.
The Indybay article also reveals some more interesting information about the inner workings of the National Alliance. They claim that Jim Ring was once in line to become the Chairman of the organization. He allegedly told his unit members that he was offered the Alliance chairman’s position by then-Chairman Shaun Walker in 2006, after Walker’s arrest on trumped-up federal civil rights charges.
Indybay also claims that Jim Ring has his own reservations about the leadership qualities of the current Chairman, Erich Gliebe. Supposedly Ring claims that Gliebe seized the assets and property of the group and put his close friends on the NA board to protect himself from critics within the organization. Although Gliebe continues to claim that Dr. William Pierce picked him to run the National Alliance before he died, Ring allegedly questions this claim. At a recent Sacramento Unit meeting, members said that Gliebe was running the National Alliance into the ground and Ring complained that Gliebe fails to ship him the racialist books and magazines needed to promote the NA at Sacramento gun shows. Ring also complained to members that the chairman has failed to produce any new magazines or catalogs.
It should be noted that Indybay, being an anti-racist resource, has no vested interest in the success of the National Alliance. Consequently, anything they report about pro-White activism must be taken with a grain of salt. They are likely to over-exaggerate any reports of disputes within the National Alliance in order to promote dissension and division and undermine morale. I would take much more stock in Jim Ring's own postings on this issue than in any second-hand reports about Ring's attitudes from an anti-racist source. Assume that Ring remains loyal to the present regime until he proves otherwise.
Nevertheless, there appears to be genuine frustration building among some rank-and-file members of the National Alliance over the organization's prolonged "treadmill" status, and Erich Gliebe would be wise to reach out to these people and listen to their concerns rather than question their fidelity to the Cause. The National Alliance has shrunk to only eight units, a mere fraction of its strength during the glory days of Dr. Pierce.
An Alachua County, Florida sheriff's deputy who worked as a detention officer was fired from his job on Wednesday December 30th, 2009 because of his membership in a Klan organization, despite the fact that there were never any problems between him and black employees or inmates. Primary media story published in the Gainesville (FL) Sun; other stories published by WCJB Channel 20 with video, Newsnet14, and the Sydney Morning-Herald. Discussion thread opened on Free Republic, where some members wonder whether a Latino officer would have also been fired for belonging to the National Council of La Raza.
Wayne Kerschner was fired on Wednesday following a 10-month internal investigation. The investigation revealed that Kerschner applied online for membership to the United Northern and Southern Knights of the Ku Klux Klan (UNSKKKK) in December 2008, paid $30 a month for access to a members-only website, and that the group did a thorough background check that included his credit history before allowing him to join.
The FBI was first tipped to Kerschner's involvement in the Klan by the wife of a Florida Klan leader, whom Kerschner identified as a Fruitland Park police officer. From there, a detective who is a member of the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force then notified the Office of Professional Standards about Kerschner's possible involvement in the Klan, prompting the investigation in which Kerschner was interviewed by several officers. Kerschner became interested in the UNSKKKK through his wife, Shanda Lynn Kerschner.
Kerschner gave some details into how he was inducted into the Klan in a process called "naturalization". He said he was blindfolded during the ceremony and was touched on the shoulder with a sword after taking an oath. Kerschner also said he had traveled to Klan rallies in other states, specifically two rallies in Tennessee.
Kerschner told investigators the Klan never asked him for information about the jail or the sheriff's office and that he never let his membership interfere with his job. He said he would never get involved with anything criminal and wouldn't ever jeopardize the sheriff's office. He further explained that he viewed the Klan as a religious or political organization. "I don't let it interfere with my job," he said, according to the report. "I don't let it interfere with my personal judgment call on anything like that. I mean, I think I am a pretty dang fair officer."
But in the final analysis, his explanation didn't matter to his boss, Alachua County Sheriff Sadie Darnell, who contends Kerschner violated a policy that prohibits employees from knowingly being a member of any subversive or terrorist organization except when necessary for the job and then only with the approval of the sheriff. "It was jarring to find out that someone in our agency was involved with an insidious organization," said Darnell. "Termination was warranted. I want the action to send a message that this is offensive behavior and is not acceptable at all." She also stated, "It affects our credibility and integrity with the community, especially the minority community".
Afterwards, Wayne Kerschner expressed regret that he joined the UNSKKKK, although he did not recant his belief that the organization is legit. Kerschner can appeal the termination, although the success of an appeal would hinge upon whether he knew that the UNSKKKK was specifically considered a forbidden organization by name. It is obvious he did not believe this to be the case, but as Sheriff Darnell herself said, it is not acceptable nowadays to have an employee with that ideology.

Longtime pro-White activist Frazier Glenn Miller has posted an update on the situation of national socialist political prisoner Bill White on this Vanguard News Network Forum thread. While he does not post White's actual letter, which is dated December 26th, 2009, Miller posts a summarization of White's latest situation. Bill White appears to be optimistic that he'll be free soon, and urges all White Nationalist activists to avoid even the appearance of illegal activity. Most importantly, White now states that Dan Jones is NOT an informant. The entire post is replicated below:
Above all, Bill urgently asks that no WN even consider any sort of illegal action because of his court conviction. "Be patient".
He's getting plenty to eat now thanks to his commissary privileges, and he's working out regularly with weights to keep fit. He also has considerable phone privileges. Only locked down about 20 hours per day.
He's very optimistic he'll be free soon.
He believes the court and judge were tricked into conducting the trial and believes they now regret doing so. And he believes the FBI is now also regretful, based on information they've subsequently received.
He says he's learned Dan Jones did not cooperate against him. And he even urges everybody who is subpoenaed to feel free to testify because he wants all truths to come out.

Bill White had been the first to publicly surface allegations of his former ANSWP Northwest Director Dan Jones cooperating with the FBI in a 17-page handwritten letter discussed in this previous post. The allegations gained further traction after they were replicated by Radio Free Mississippi host Jim Giles back in December 2009. Giles was supposed to interview Jones, but prior to the interview, Jones asked Giles to use Skype, despite the fact that he [Jones] was under a court order not to access the Internet. When Giles confronted him with this fact, Jones allegedly asked Giles not to mention the fact that Skype was being used. Fearing the Jones was trying to enmesh him in a conspiracy, Giles immediately scrubbed the interview and sent the following letter to the Department of Justice (he discusses it on this broadcast):

Nevertheless, the latest admission by Bill White takes some of the pressure off of Dan Jones' shoulders. One must understand that at the time White made his initial accusation, he was being confined under rather strict regime and his information was being filtered. Hopefully Dan Jones will consider this in his own reaction.
Bill White had ten days after his conviction to make a decision about whether to appeal the four guilty verdicts against him. Since he was convicted on December 18th, this means the suspense date for the notification of intent to appeal was December 28th. From White's letter, it appears that he is appealing.
