Jenkem-Huffing Tenant Angry Over Eviction, Fills Apartment With Feces, Building Condemned In Fort Pierce, Florida

I don't need to be Philippe Rushton to guess the race on this one. A tenant who was angry about being served with an eviction notice filled his apartment in Fort Pierce, Florida with feces before leaving. The building is now condemned, and may have to be demolished. The tenant's name has not been released to the public. Landlord Oriol Netvil said the tenant had been acting aggressive and threatened another tenant with a knife, so he kicked him out. But then another tenant, Louisker Louisjuene, who lived in the apartment directly beneath, made an unpleasant discovery -- he noticed something foul dripping down the ceiling and running down the walls. It smelled like feces. Louisjuene then called police, who entered the apartment and discovered it was indeed feces. It had been dumped out everywhere, on the mattress, the couch and the floor.

According to the crime scene report, "The room had several dozen containers and a five gallon plastic buckets that all appeared to have contained the offensive material before someone dumped them out onto the floor and furniture in the room."

But police also believe another reason why there were so many containers of feces was because the tenant was huffing jenkem. Jenkem is an alleged hallucinogenic drug of noxious gas caused by the fermentation of sewage. Many blacks in South Africa have taken up the habit.

Police are still looking for the tenant. Too bad they haven't bothered to release the tenant's name and description. Meanwhile, the landlord may be out an entire buidling; inspectors with the Ft. Pierce Building Authority deemed the building unsafe and condemned it, forcing all remaining residents to move out. Damage is estimated at $150,000, and the building may have to be demolished.
