Former Order Member Gary Yarbrough Falsely Accused By The Feds Of White Supremacist Ties While In Prison, Parole Could Change From 2014 To 2025

A VNN Forum thread beginning on this page led me to this information; there's also a Stormfront thread. Former Order member Gary Yarborough has written a letter to his wife in which he says that he's being falsely accused of White nationalist activity while in prison and that his parole date may be changed from 2014 to 2025 as a result. You can read Yarbrough's 17-page handwritten letter at the link provided below:

http://www.scribd.com/doc/45963476/Letter

The letter is also posted on his wife Susan's blog.

First, before describing the sequence of events, Gary Yarbrough wants to make it crystal clear that he is NOT affiliated with any pro-White organization, does not personally know a single advocate of "white supremacy", and cannot post on any pro-White websites since he has no access to a computer. Yarbrough specifically renounces the promotion of any type of armed resistance or violation of the laws of the United States. He does promote the idea of Whites migrating to the northwest U.S., which is a legitimate and peaceful goal.

The Story: In July 2009, Gary Yarbrough first went up before the parole board. After a review of Yarbrough's record and an assessment of his readiness for parole, the examiner recommended a parole date to be set in 2014. That 2014 date was approved by the parole commission on October 3rd, 2009. However, on January 29th, 2010, Yarbrough received another "Notice Of Action" from the parole commission which vacated the October 2009 decision and remanded him for a "Special Reconsideration Hearing" to consider new adverse information. The information: Continued affiliation with white supremacist advocates through websites such as FreeTheOrder and Stormfront.

Yarbrough immediately filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to obtain the adverse information, and found out that the Feds basically believe the Order is still active and suspect Yarbrough of calling the shots from inside prison. During the subsequent hearing in March 2010, Yarbrough told the examiner that he did not believe in or promote lone wolf activity or "leaderless resistance". Yarbrough also told the examiner that he no longer promotes armed resistance or violation of the laws of the United States, although he promotes the idea of Whites migrating to the northwest U.S. He also told the examiner that since he had no computer access, he had no idea what was being posted about him or in his name on any website. The examiner accepted Yarbrough's contention and restored the 2014 parole date.

Then in June 2010, Yarbrough received yet another "Notice Of Action". It was a remand for another reconsideration hearing; this time, they were prepared to present copies of Internet posts attributed to Gary Yarbrough as so-called "proof" of his continued involvement with the scene. The three websites of greatest concern to the Feds were Stormfront, FreeTheOrder, and White Aryan Resistance. This time, they picked an examiner who was less capable of independent thought, and the parole commission changed its recommendation to 2025. As of the letter, Yarbrough awaits their decision.

To help Yarbrough's case, websites which posted articles about or by Gary Yarbrough were asked to take them down. All did (FreeTheOrder was taken completely offline) except for one, Stormfront. And it's because of this that there is heartburn between Yarbrough's wife and Stormfront (since Yarbrough's letter is posted publicly on two sites, the intent was to clearly publicize it, though).

Obviously, we cannot be "cheerleading" for Gary Yarbrough, since this could hurt his chances for freedom. But we can certainly let the world know what's happening to him, to demonstrate that the Feds will tear up the rulebook and re-write it whenever and however it suits them so they can bury someone. Look what they're doing to Edgar Steele. Note how they tried one of their own, Hal Turner, THREE times in order to get the guilty verdict they wanted. If we don't let the world know what's happening to Gary Yarbrough, we're just as complicit as the Feds in trying to isolate him and cut him off from human contact.

Can there be any further doubt that the Federal government is evil?

Thank you for writing this :)

You're quite welcome, Susan. I was outraged when I read how Gary had been treated in the Federal prison system, but I wanted to write it in a way that would not bring retaliation upon him.

Glenn Miller is the real hero. Not this asshole.

You did a very good job of writing it. It is hard for me to write like this because I am so emotionally involved and close to the situation :)

Anonymous 9:38 A.M. - We don't need to be choosing between Glenn Miller and Gary Yarbrough any more. It's time to put that difference to bed. Yarbrough has been effectively cut off from the public for years; he's unaware of all the facts that have emerged since that time.

If any of you REALLY know Gary. He should never get out of prison.

Keep him in there along with Bill White and Hal Turner. They are all three traitors.

We love Glenn Miller.

You are exactly right in people that REALLY know Gary Yarbrough. I think he does more drugs, Heroin especially, in prison than he did when he was out. Yeah, he is a real winner and a great role model.
What is with the White Supremist ties debate. Anyone who REALLY knows him, knows exactly who he runs with and who he has strong ties with.
Just open your eyes and read the BLACK and WHITE, not the BS between the lines. He made his own bed, so he can sleep in it.

The people who are talking about my husband and heroin know nothing about the truth and what he just went through. What he just went throught, the BOP would not have allowed him to do (it was a medical treatment) if he was on drugs. Get your facts straight jerks....I know my husband and will stand up for him. He made his bed fighting for folk...so keep your comments to yourself unless you have something nice to say.

And for those calling him a traitor...he would have already been out of prison if he was a traitor or a snitch..and I know that for a fact. He had the chance to give up information in 1995 and come home and he didn't...know the facts before you put him down.

I would like to see you people make the same sacrifices he did and then you MIGHT have the right to talk the smack you are talking.

I couldn't agree with you any stronger Susan. Most of these internet warriors have never served a purpose, other than writing bullshit articles online. Hereby making their remarks insignificant. Keep your head up Gary and Susan, the REAL racialists are aware of your sacrifices. 838!!

Insulting a member of the order?! I'd never expect that from any proud white...
You should be ashamed to call yourselves nationalists, makes me sick...

Don't you hate it when people just come in to 'stir the pot'. I don't know much about Yarbrough, but I don't have to, as some of those posts were just meant to outrage and disturb those who are looking for fairness and facts. After 27 years, does not this fellow deserve a break! I guess one would be quite an addict in solitary and semi solitary. Some people are just despicable because they enjoy tormenting others.
