Blacks Learning From Jews: Michael Dupree Suing Man From Who He Stole A Bicycle In St. Petersburg, Florida; Wants $500,000
Jewish supremacists have been using Blacks as pawns against Whites to checkmate us for nearly 50 years since the beginning of the so-called "civil rights era". And now it appears that some Blacks have learned the art of the nuisance lawsuit, perfected by Jews. A Black man who stole a bicycle from a business owner in St. Petersburg, Florida and who is currently in prison for the crime is suing the three men who intercepted him and detained him for police. Media sources include the St. Petersburg Times, the Sun-Sentinel FloriDUH Weblog, WFTS Channel 28, and MSNBC.
Background: On October 11th, 2007, Michael Dupree broke into a van parked near a shop on Martin Luther King Blvd. and stole a bike. The owner of the van, Anthony McKoy, who also owns the shop, saw the broken window on his vehicle and observed Dupree trying to sell the bike. With the assistance of two other citizens, McKoy detained Dupree until police arrived. Dupree was arrested, convicted of burglary and cocaine possession in 2008, and is now serving a 12-year sentence at the Apalachee Correctional Institution in Sneads.
Now Dupree has filed a $500,000 lawsuit against McKoy and the other two citizens who detained him. He claims McKoy and the other men jumped him, pointed a gun at him, placed a knee painfully on his spine and handcuffed him. Dupree also claims in his suit, which he filed without a lawyer, that the take-down "resulted in permanent disabilities and psychological disorders which the Plaintiff continues to suffer."
McKoy couldn't believe it when he was served with Dupree's lawsuit earlier in July, but expects the suit to be dismissed without a formal trial. The race of McKoy and the other two defendants has not been publicly disclosed.
