White Nationalist videographer Craig Cobb has made the news again. According to Vancouver Media Coop, a small group of anti-racist SHARPs (skinheads aginst racial prejudice) and their allies arrived at the Vancouver Art Gallery on Saturday April 24th, 2010 to show that their harassment of Cobb did not end with his firing. They walked from the gallery to his apartment (as posted on his website), giving out and postering hundreds of leaflets. The group ended their action at Cobb's place of residence, where they alerted neighbors to his presence in the area. However, a comment posted to the story indicates that Cobb may no longer be living at the location, identified as Pender Lodge.
Cobb's employer, telemarketing firm Xentel DM, caved in under anti-racist pressure and fired him from his job around 7 P.M. on Friday April 23rd. Anti-racist organizers voiced concern particularly over the fact that Cobb had access to databases of personal information due to his job as a cold-caller. The ARC Collective is bragging about the operation HERE.
This can best be described as an act of personal terrorism against Craig Cobb. The anti-racist thugs targeted his employer, leading to Cobb's termination from his job for political reasons, then they targeted his home, possibly forcing him to flee.
Cobb may have triggered the anti-racist reaction when he showed up at an anti-racist rally at the Braid SkyTrain station in New Westminster on March 21st and videotaped the participants. He is said to have posted the video on Podblanc. The video embedded below is believed to be it, by its label:
I have seen no specific reaction to this development from Craig Cobb himself, although according to entries on the PB Chat in the lower right of corner of Podblanc, Cobb may move to Edmonton, where some Aryan Guard members might give him assistance.
