The British National Party has made history, electing its first two Members of the European Parliament. Andrew Brons was the first to claim victory, taking the last of the six seats in Yorkshire and the Humber after winning 120,139 votes in the region. BNP website story HERE. Meanwhile, the BNP website has just reported that Nick Griffin has become the second BNP candidate to be elected MEP, from the North West region as expected. Story now published by the Guardian.

Described by the Guardian as a dapper, besuited figure who adopts the low-key approach encouraged by Griffin, Brons retired last year as a politics and government teacher at Harrogate College. He then re-entered active politics for the first time since standing five times for the National Front in the 1970s after a brief spell as its leader, which ended in internal quarrels. He joined the British National Socialist party as a teenager. In reaction to his victory, Brons said, "The onslaught against us has been more than against any other party in recent times, but somehow we've overcome it. Despite the lies, despite the money, despite the misrepresentation, we've been able to win through."

Meanwhile, on Sunday evening June 7th, Nick Griffin, who is now reported to have won his MEP seat in the North West region for the party, was obstructed by protesters as he attempted to attend the election count at Manchester Town hall. Crowds carrying "Don’t Vote BNP" banners and chanting "BNP is the Nazi Party" surrounded his car and other party members’ car, smashing a window, and forcing them to turn around. Griffin was later driven to the town hall in a police van, entering via a back entrance while being heavily surrounded by minders and officers. And Griffin had plenty to say to the media.

After the result emerged from across the Pennines, he said: It is a huge breakthrough. We fought this election amid a most horrendous media campaign. It is a historic breakthrough. It is a great moment for democracy. Labour has helped to turn this country into a crime-ridden slum with no industry left. We are not a racist party. We do say this country is full up. The key thing is to shut the door... .When you got to somewhere like Bradford, it is not immigration it is colonisation and it is out of control. We should ensure Christian and democratic values should remain the foundation of our country and everybody should understand that".

Nick Griffin then held forth on Islam, saying that Islam was being used as a battering ram to destroy traditional Christian values. "I have said individuals who are the biggest victims of Islam are muslim women. Their religion is not welcome in significant amounts of this country because it can't sit side by side with democracy. It is a simple fact the elites are going to have to get their heads around and deal with". Some of Griffin's reaction was recorded on this video:

According to another Guardian story, after Griffin secured victory, he took to the radio airwaves again, being interviewed by both Nicky Campbell and John Humphrys. In the appearance with Humphrys on Today programme's 6.69 million listeners heard Griffin in the Radio 4 show's prime interview slot at 8.10am for 6 mins 48 secs – ahead of deputy Labour leader Harriet Harman. And Humphrys quickly turned it into a slanging match. His opening question to Griffin was about the BNP triumphing only because of a collapse in the Labour party vote, but he soon moved on to black and Asian people being barred from BNP membership. Griffin rejoined with the fact that he could not join the Black Metropolitan Police Association and the "huge amount" of racism in this country, saying "overwhelmingly it is directed against the indigenous British majority which is one of the reasons we have done so well in these elections". Griffin then concluded by asking: "Isn't it time that the BBC stopped asking me the same questions and got on with talking about something else for a change instead of being obsessed with race?"

In contrast, Nicky Campbell on BBC Radio 5 Live, about 20 minutes before Today, was less aggressive than Humphrys and started off by congratulating Griffin on his win. Griffin thought that is was indeed historic, but even here, the discussion soon turned to race as Campbell read out a text from a listener identified as Taz, who said that the BNP would never recognise him as British despite being born in the country because of the colour of his skin. Griffin responded: "I don't believe that they can be English, Irish, Scottish or Welsh because that is something that is ingrained. They are British citizens of Asian origin, I hope they are happy with that. All indigenous people all over the world have certain rights and one of those is to control their own borders so their bloodline and their culture remains dominant in their country without being hostile to anybody else. It is a basic human right. The BBC is obsessed with race and immigration, it would be nice to talk about something else for once".

Alleged White Supremacists Ian Davison And Nicky Davison Now Accused Of Terrorism After Suspected Ricin Found In Their Home In The United Kingdom

Good God! This story blew up in a hurry. On June 2nd 2009, I posted about Ian Davison and another then-unidentified man being arrested in County Durham in the United Kingdom for alleged "right-wing extremist" activities.

Now, the unidentified man has been given a name - Nicky Davison - and he is the 18-year-old son of Ian Davison. And both are being held under the Terrorism Act of 2000 over a suspected Ricin poison plot. Ian was arrested first on June 2nd, then Nicky was also arrested at his own home in Grampian Court, Annfield Plain after police found evidence of ricin at his father Ian’s home on Tuesday. The ricin was in a substance kept in a sealed jam jar that has been kept in a kitchen cupboard for as long as two years. The substance has been taken to a government laboratory in Edinburgh for testing, and the results are expected during the upcoming week. Ricin has been used in plots by suspected al Qaida operatives and former Soviet bloc intelligence operatives, and can be fatal if when inhaled, ingested, or injected. It is made from the beans of the castor oil plant and is 6,000 times more poisonous than cyanide with only quantities as smaller than a grain of salt enough to prove lethal.

Senior police say they believe the two could be part of worldwide terror plot targeting ethnic minorities. Durham’s assistant chief constable Mike Barton said: “This shows that the terrorist threat in the UK is real and present... .We believe the people involved to be white supremacist extremists and one of our lines of inquiry was that they were going to target people from ethnic minorities. There was internet activity including the Anarchists' Cookbook traced to an address and that has given lines of inquiry in this country and abroad". Police had been monitoring access to internet websites containing information which they said is "unhelpful to public safety", but the discovery of ricin came as a complete surprise.

Barton added: “This will spawn an awful lot of intelligence which will then kick start other criminal counter terrorism inquiries elsewhere.” Barton said forensic officers have sealed off Ian Davison’s ’two-up two-down’ as a precaution.

Diversity Watch: Murder Of Christopher Jones By Two Black Thugs Sparking Widespread Outrage In Crofton, Maryland; 500 Gather For Vigil

A crime which took place in Crofton, Maryland on Saturday May 30th, 2009 is sparking widespread outrage throughout the community. An estimated 500 people showed up for a vigil for the deceased, and a subsequent firebomb attack on a townhouse is suspected to be related to the crime. Christopher Jones died on May 30th almost immediately after he was assaulted while he rode his bike on Nantucket Drive. Police have arrested two teens, a 14-year-old boy and 16-year-old Javel M. George, in connection with his death. They have been charged with manslaughter, assault and reckless endangerment. George was charged as an adult and the 14-year-old was charged as a juvenile. George is being held at the Jennifer Road Detention Center without bond, while the 14-year-old boy is at the Cheltenham Juvenile Detention Center. Both will remain in custody until their trial.

The two assailants admitted to jumping Jones and punching him, after which he fell off his bike and struck his head on the ground as he tried to flee. Jones was taken to Baltimore Washington Medical Center by ambulance, where he was pronounced dead. An autopsy revealed he died of head and neck injuries. Uncertainty as to whether the assailants intended to kill Jones, along with the fact that the fall may have killed him, led authorities to charge George with manslaughter rather than murder. Many are outraged and believe George should be charged with murder.

On Monday June 1st, at least 500 people gathered in Crofton to pay tribute to Christopher Jones. Residents walked somberly to the memorial service in droves, gathering around a makeshift memorial placed at the scene of the tragic incident on Nantucket Drive. Family members crowded around the tree on which a green construction-paper sign had been placed, reading: "Christopher David Jones. You will be missed by all and never forgotten. Always in our hearts, always loved. October 1994 - May 2009." Teens and their families gathered around and lit candles. Jones' mother, Jennifer Adkins, spoke to the media after the vigil. Adkins recounted how she tried on Saturday to warn her son about the group of teens who soon after would beat him, causing him to fall from his bicycle, strike his head and die on the street. She said she thought perhaps the group of boys she saw were the same ones that prompted her to transfer Christopher out of Arundel High School (22 percent Black) to South River (4 percent Black) after a trip to a shopping mall with a group of elementary school friends turned into a clash between two groups of teens. "We pulled him out of Arundel High School five weeks ago because we didn't want him involved in the gang activity in that school," Adkins said. "We put him in South River to prevent this from happening - and it followed him into the streets." Adkins' ex-husband, Prince George's sheriff's deputy David Jones, is the boy's father.

The killing has spurred a wave of concern about violence and possible gangs in the quiet suburban community. And Capt. David Waltemeyer, commander of the county Police Department's Criminal Investigation Division, said in an interview on Monday June 1st that there are two loosely organized gangs in the Crofton area, The New Threat and the East Side Diamonds. But they don't have strong hierarchies like some other criminal organizations and they are not responsible for major crimes. Both gangs have about 12 members, but investigators said they don't know if the gangs had anything to do with the killing. Investigators seem anxious to downplay the racial angle; although the victim was White and the two assailants Black, investigators are already ruling out race as an issue even though the investigation has barely begun. If it was a White-on-Black crime, you can be certain that race would be trumpeted long and loud.

County police have created an ACTION plan - Actively Combating Trouble In Our Neighborhoods - in response to community concerns. The plan would combat gangs through aggressive enforcement and information-gathering regarding gangs and crimes; preventing future crimes by identifying gang members and associates; and educating the community about gang activity. A major component of the plan is the deployment of a mobile unit in Crofton that will be in the community from 11:30 a.m. to midnight for as long as the operation is in effect. The unit will act as a substation in the community where overtime officers working on the detail may receive briefings and file reports. It also will allow officers to spend more time with people who live in Crofton and help get a handle on problems there.

Despite that initiative, on Wednesday June 3rd at 3:12 A.M., firefighters were called to the 2600 block of Lotuswood Court in Odenton for a report of a residential fire. Crews on the scene found a small fire outside a unit in the middle of a row of townhomes. The fire was extinguished quickly and firefighters at the scene considered it suspicious; an investigation revealed that it was set intentionally. A woman at a community meeting Wednesday night said it was her house that was firebombed, but declined to give her name to a reporter at the meeting. "If my dog didn't bark, our house would have burned down and we would have died," she said.

The murder is being discussed in a number of local forums, to include Topix, Southern Maryland Online, and Hometown Annapolis. Many of the Whites expressing themselves on these forums have clearly had their fill of this behavior. This is the type of stuff that normally happens in Baltimore. When people have had enough of diversity, they move to the suburbs to get away from it. Unfortunately, diversity chased them, caught them, and in this instance, killed one of them.

Pro-White Internet Radio Host Hal Turner, Charged With "Inciting Injury", Vows To Fight Extradition To Connecticunt, Bail Set At $25,000

The Hartford Courant reports that pro-White Internet radio host Hal Turner will remain jailed in New Jersey over the weekend and not be extradited to Connecticut until early next week. However, bail has been set at $25,000. Discussion continues on the Vanguard News Network Forum and Stormfront.

According to the Jersey Journal, Newark Attorney Michael A. Orozco, who is representing Turner and who was accompanied by Turner's wife and son, vows that Turner will fight extradition. Orozco was at Central Judicial Processing Court in Jersey City while Turner was shown on a videolink from the Hudson County Jail in Kearny. Although Turner seemed anxious to sound off, when he started to talk, Orozco immediately cut him off, advising him to remain silent. Note that the media has provided the most uncomplimentary photo of Turner possible; I doubt this is accidental.

But fighting extradition often does little more than just buy time. "In a case in which a defendant fights extradition, the scope of relevant issues is extremely limited, and the primary issue is whether the person in custody is in fact the person named by the demanding state... . It is very rare that a defendant successfully contests extradition", said Hudson County Prosecutor Edward DeFazio.

As described in my previous post, Turner was arrested on June 3rd, 2009 at the North Bergen Police Station on a fugitive from justice warrant filed by the Connecticut State Capital Police based on the Connecticut charge of inciting injury. Ironically, the focus of Turner's ire, Connecticut SB1098, was withdrawn in March 2009 after vociferous protests from the Roman Catholic community. SB1098, originally proposed by the co-chairmen of the Legislature's Judiciary Committee, Rep. Michael Lawlor (D-East Haven), and Sen. Andrew McDonald (D-Stamford), would reorganize the internal structure of local parishes to remove priests and bishops from financial oversight to replace them with boards of laypeople.

Adding insult to injury is the fact that both Lawlor and McDonald are adamant advocates of same-sex marriage legislation and appeared to be trying to legislatively punish the church for standing against their agenda. But the controversy flared anew last week when the Diocese of Bridgeport filed a federal lawsuit against state ethics officials, who are investigating whether church officials violated lobbying laws by organizing a rally at the state Capitol to protest the measure earlier this spring and not registering as lobbyists. And that's what set Turner off. Turner's post was reproduced HERE.

One legal wanker thinks Connecticut may have overstepped its bounds. Rutgers Law School Professor Frank Askin, director of the Constitutional Litigation Clinic, said that based on the portions of Turner's blog he has seen, Connecticut may not have a case. "It's probably free speech. The definition of incitement is very, very narrow under the Constitution's First Amendment", said Askin. He further explained that the legal distinction is between "advocacy" and "incitement", and he believes Turner's postings to be on the advocacy side, thus protected by the First Amendment.

Much of the White Nationalist community, which had grown to despise Turner, is now closing ranks around him, not only in deference to his previous pro-White activism, but because following on the heels of the railroading of Bill White, we recognize that the system is now trying to pick us off one by one. Thus we express solidarity with Hal Turner for the sake of the Cause. Hopefully, Turner will get an opportunity to tell us directly what help he needs and where to send it.

The anti-racist lobby is literally ejaculating with spasmodic pleasure all over their websites, particularly on the Daily Kos. Some of the less hysterical anti-racist reaction is posted on Niksnest, operated by Nicole Nichols. Many of the anti-racists are cheering for a nationwide roundup of all White activists. This illustrates that anti-racists, most of who are "progressive", have no interest in free speech. If genuine progressives were to take power in America, it would accelerate the demise of the White community.

White Nationalist Radio Host Hal Turner Arrested In New Jersey On Connecticut Warrant For Publishing "Harassing Communications" On His Blog

Upon visiting Hal Turner's Turner Radio Network blog on June 3rd, 2009, I discovered a post in which Hal Turner reported himself arrested on a Connecticut warrant for publishing "harassing communications". Because Turner has posted hoary stories about burying bodies in the continental shelf and planting dynamite in earthquake faults in Peru, I decided to ignore it until I got independent substantiation.

Unfortunately, that independent substantiation has now been published in the Hartford Courant. The Courant reports that State Capitol police obtained an arrest warrant for radio host Hal Turner on June 3rd for inciting readers of his blog to "take up arms" against two Connecticut lawmakers and an official with the Office of State Ethics. Last week, he published a post that promised to release the home addresses of State Rep. Michael Lawlor, State Sen. Andrew McDonald and Thomas Jones of the ethics office.

"Mr. Turner's comments are above and beyond the threshold of free speech", Capitol Police Chief Michael J. Fallon said in an e-mail announcing the warrant. "He is inciting others through his website to commit acts of violence and has created fear and alarm. He should be held accountable for his conduct".

The post in question, entitled "State Restricts Catholics From Politics", was published on June 2nd, 2009. Turner believes a bill being considered by the Connecticut State Legislature could force the Roman Catholic Church to change itself internally and allow another state agency to force the church to register as a lobbying group. The bill, which Turner identifies as SB1098, is proposed by the co-chairmen of the Legislature's Judiciary Committee, Rep. Michael Lawlor (D-East Haven), and Sen. Andrew McDonald (D-Stamford), would reorganize the internal structure of local parishes to remove priests and bishops from financial oversight to replace them with boards of laypeople. Adding insult to injury is the fact that both Lawlor and McDonald are adamant advocates of same-sex marriage legislation and appear to be trying to legislatively punish the church for standing against their agenda.

Turner goes on to say that when the Archbishop of Bridgeport found out about this effort, he wrote about it on his blog and shortly thereafter, Catholics began exercising their right to petition representatives for redress of this grievance. As a result, six weeks ago, 4,000 Catholics arrived at the State House to protest the Bill and that's when things got worse. The state of Connecticut didn't like having such a protest turnout, so they got another agency of government, the Office of State Ethics (OSE), to open an investigation of the church. The Diocese of Bridgeport received a letter from OSE informing it that an investigation was underway to ascertain if the diocese had violated state law by failing to register as a lobbyist organization. This is an act of bureaucratic terrorism by the state as far as I'm concerned.

Further research reveals that the impetus behind the bill is an apostate Catholic organization called "Voice of the Faithful", who want to accomplish a lay takeover of the local Catholic hierarchy under the guise of SB1098. But veteran Rep. Christopher L. Caruso (D-Bridgeport), a Catholic who has made ethics reforms a key portion of his legislative agenda, said Wednesday it's clear that the Bridgeport Diocese should have registered as a lobbyist for the March 11th event under dispute, since Bishop William E. Lori set up the bus caravans from southwestern Connecticut. "The law is the law and if an organization expends more than $2,000 then it must register as a lobbyist," Caruso said in an interview. Caruso also explained that the law was created to provide full public disclosure on how money is being spent to lobby the Legislature. He said the bishop took it upon himself to spend diocesan money and it's simply a matter of filing a disclosure.

COMMENTARY:

This is a direct government assault upon the Catholic Church, in absolute violation of the First Amendment to the Constitution for the United States.

It is very clear to us at the Turner Radio Network that the state of Connecticut has become tyrannical and abusive. It is actively and aggressively attempting to directly interfere with the internal governance of a church and the free exercise of religion. It is retaliating against citizens for exercising their right to petition for redress of grievances. This is tyranny and it must be put down.

While filing a lawsuit is quaint and the "decent" way to handle things, we at TRN believe that being decent to a group of tyrannical scumbags is the wrong approach. It's too soft.

Thankfully, the Founding Fathers gave us the tools necessary to resolve tyranny: The Second Amendment.

TRN advocates Catholics in Connecticut take up arms and put down this tyranny by force. To that end, THIS WEDNESDAY NIGHT ON "THE HAL TURNER SHOW" we will be releasing the home addresses of the Senator and Assemblyman who introduced SB1098 as well as the home address of Thomas K. Jones from the OSE.

After all, if they are so proud of what they're doing, they shouldn't mind if everyone knows where they live.

It is our intent to foment direct action against these individuals personally. These beastly government officials should be made an example of as a warning to others in government: Obey the Constitution or die.

If any state attorney, police department or court thinks they're going to get uppity with us about this; I suspect we have enough bullets to put them down too.

The state pushed; it is about to get pushed back. Elected and other government officials sometimes need to be put in their place. They serve; they do not rule. They need to learn their place or be put there by force.

Ironically, it was back in October 2008 when Hal Turner celebrated the arrest and incarceration of ANSWP Commander Bill White for similar offenses. Since that time, I've looked upon Turner as little more than a front-running, opportunistic, back-stabbing money-grubbing son-of-a-bitch who is just one step above certified lunatic Martin Lindstedt and confessed murderer Hardy Lloyd.

However, there is one difference between Turner and the other two. Turner has worked productively for the Cause in the past. He led three pro-White rallies in Kingston, Knoxville, and Kalamazoo. His radio show and website in the past provided inspiration to hundreds of White activists. In addition, Turner is a racially-conscious White man being railroaded by the law.

That's why I set my differences with Turner aside at this point and take up for him. While it's far too early to confer "POW" status upon him, it is not too early to let the world know that we've noticed the judicial terrorism being directed at him from Connecticut, and that there is a resistance. How would Connecticut's Capitol Police react if 50 pro-White blogs were to obtain and publish the desired addresses? It could happen.

If the fag-lovers continue their war on people of faith in this country, we will fight back. We will speak out boldly about the evils of faggotry, and no one will silence us.

Racist Cervical Test In New Zealand Free For Women - Unless They're White, As Sandy Dobson Found Out

Here's an example of what is called "positive discrimination" in Europe and South Africa. Only it's taking place in New Zealand. And it's only positive for non-Whites.

According to the Marlborough Express, Sandy Dobson of Blenheim, who is White, recently visited her doctor to get a cervical smear test. Imagine her surprise when the doctor asked her if she had any Maori, Polynesian, or Asian blood. When she asked why that was important, the doctor told her that if she was a minority, her test would be free.

Otherwise, she would have to pony up $25.

And she was justifiably wrought up. "I was absolutely livid. I found that very racist, and I'm not a racist person", said Dobson. She then rang the Ministry of Health's National Cervical Screening Programme helpline to ask why, and she said they would not give her any information. She feels the government is being prejudiced against her for being White.

However, Nelson Marlborough District Health Board's general manager primary and community Peter Burton was more forthcoming. He said the free test, which has been available since July 2008, is there for those women with the highest risk of cervical cancer. The Ministry of Health followed up by e-mailing a response to The Marlborough Express that said Maori and Pacific Islands women were twice as likely to get cervical cancer and three to four times more likely to die from it than European/Pakeha women. One reason for the disparity was because fewer Maori and Pacific Islands women get tested. The screening rate is currently around 50 per cent for Maori and Pacific women compared to 80 per cent for other women. Asian women have similarly low rates of coverage. The ministry email also said research has shown that around 80 per cent of women who get cervical cancer in New Zealand have either never been screened or have been screened infrequently.

On this basis, the National Cervical Screening Programme decided that a priority group of women would be entitled to free smears including Maori, Pacific and Asian women, all women over 30 years who have never had a smear and all women over 30 years who have not had a smear for five years. So White women are not excluded altogether, but they are held to a harsher standard than others. This bias is also reflected in the Marlborough Express story; click back on the link and you'll see that while they capitalize the first letter of the other racial categories, they don't capitalize the "W" in White.

Redwoodtown Doctors practice manager Ruth Vause confirms those last two categories might cover people like Mrs Dobson, but the Marlborough Primary Health Organisation also subsidises the cost of smears to a degree. If the women were registered with a GP, the cost of a smear test would be partly covered by the general subsidy, she said. The free tests were for those women who were not registered or who were harder to reach.

The Minister of Health is a white man, Tony Ryall. I designate him white with a small "w" because he runs a program which discriminates against Whites. You do not deserve to be considered White if you actively perpetrate discrimination against our community.

Alleged "Right-Wing White Supremacist" Ian Davison Arrested In County Durham By British Police, Being Interrogated At West Yorkshire

On June 2nd, 2009, the Northern Echo reports that a 41-year-old man identified as Ian Davison has been arrested in Myrtle Grove, Burnopfield, County Durham by police. He is believed to be involved in "extreme right-wing activity". Davison is being held for questioning by officers from Durham Constabulary and the North East Counter Terrorism Unit at a police station in West Yorkshire under provisions of the Terrorism Act of 2000. The arrest follows a long-running intelligence-led operation. An even sketchier report was posted by ITN Channel 4 News.

Detective Superintendent Neil Malkin, who is leading the investigation, offered very little additional detail, merely saying, "People across the force area can be reassured we are better prepared than ever before to combat the threat of terrorism, whether it stems from home or abroad. We are committed to tackling extremism in all its forms." [Ed. Note: This, of course, is not a true statement. British authorities take virtually no action against left-wing extremism.
