Jews In Ramapo, New York Yeshiva Perform Barbaric Kosher Slaughter Of Cow In Residential Neighborhood; Neighbors Outraged And Rabbi Apologizes

On May 5th, 2009, LoHud.com reports that police and health inspectors are investigating today after students and teachers at a yeshiva on Route 306 slaughtered a cow in the school's backyard on the evening of May 4th. Also discussed on Stormfront.

Ramapo police were called to 609 Route 306 shortly before 7 p.m. after neighbors called to report that students and teachers at Yeshiva Bobover had tied a cow to a tree and were slaughtering it. When police arrived they found a dead cow in the backyard. No criminal charges have been filed yet. But the incident was referred to both the Rockland Department of Health as well as town officials. The cow had apparently been purchased from a livestock company in Monticello, N.Y.

Neighbor Carol Friedman saw adults and teens from the school lead the cow from a brown van into the backyard shortly after 5 P.M. She did not see what happened in the yard, but another neighbor told her that the animal was tied to a tree and slaughtered with knives. "It's the most horrendous, barbaric thing I have ever heard of," she said. "I can't believe they would slaughter a cow in a backyard in a residential neighborhood."

Neither Rabbi Gershon Bornfreund, the operator of the yeshiva, nor Pearl River lawyer Mark Kurzmann, who is representing the school in an ongoing zoning dispute with the town, was not immediately available for comment. But he later told an Orthodox Jewish Internet site that a group of people used the yeshiva's yard to practice the rules of kosher slaughtering without permission. He said he wouldn't have allowed it.

Thomas Micelli, director of environmental heath for the Rockland Department of Health, said officials were notified of the incident on May 4th. Inspectors visited the school, located in a residential neighborhood bordering the villages of Wesley Hills and Pomona, on May 5th. Apparently, the site had been scrubbed down since the police visited the previous day, because officials found no evidence of fresh cow blood on the ground. There also was no evidence found that the meat from the cow was being consumed.

Apparently there is nothing in the county sanitary codes that addresses slaughtering animals in residential neighborhoods. But since the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulates animal slaughter, the county Department of Health is providing information about the incident to state officials, who then have the option of notifying the USDA.

Since this story first broke, Rabbi Bornfreund has hand-delivered a letter of apology to people who live near the school at 609 Route 306, bordering the villages of Pomona and Wesley Hills. "The unfortunate incident that took place on Monday evening on our school property was totally not within parameters of our school charter or mission purpose," states the letter signed by Rabbi Gershon Bornfreund, administrator of the Bobover Yeshiva of Monsey. "Ritual animal slaughter is beyond the scope of elementary school education."

The yeshiva, in a Colonial-style house that town officials maintain is being illegally used as a school, will go before the town's Zoning Board next week to seek variances to allow the construction of a building on the property to serve 250 students. The 2-acre site also has a nursery school.

White Nationalist Finnish POW Henrik Holappa To Be Released And Expelled From The United States To Finland; Finns Drop All Charges

On May 7th, 2009, Newsnet14 tells us that, in a letter posted on Scribd, Henrik Holappa, a White Finnish national who has been held on a so-called "immigration violation" has announced that the U.S. government intends to release him from jail and expel him from the United States. Holappa also states that he will accept the decision because the Finnish government announced its intention to drop all outstanding charges against him. As previously posted, the charges and prospective penalties included the following:

1) Two years imprisonment for “incitement of racial hatred”
2) Two years imprisonment for “defaming the honor of the African community of Finland”
3) Six months imprisonment for “copyright violation.” (Holappa had merely scanned a photo of “multiculturalism” from a Finnish newspaper, and sent it as a private email attachment to an American friend. Unbeknownst to Holappa, the American posted it on an American website.)

One of the consequences of this decision is that Holappa will be barred from re-entering the United States for a period of 10 years following his deportation. Holappa also extends profound gratitude to White nationalist scribe John deNugent for hosting him in his home for eight months.

In reading the letter, one learns that this whole case was politically trumped up from the beginning. In October 2008, Holappa had failed to obtain one necessary signature on his 16-page visa application. Although John deNugent caught it and corrected it the next day, spending $2,000 of his own money, the Feds waited five months before arresting Holappa. And Holappa tells us that when the Feds arrested him, they told him it was really because he was associating with John deNugent and Joe Fields.

Since the Finnish charges were dropped, Holappa announced on April 30th his intent to withdraw his visa application. It is too bad the Jewish-led occupation regime in America behaved so inhospitably towards him, and I hope that many foreigners understand that the American government does not represent the interests of American patriots.

From this account, it is also apparent that there is a lot about John deNugent that we did not know. DeNugent has worn out his welcome on Stormfront and on the Vanguard News Network Forum primarily for his pompous manner of expressing himself, and also his cult references to "Solutreans". Unfortunately, these issues have given the White Nationalist community a distorted impression of deNugent. I have taken him to task myself on VNN Forum, although I also gave him credit for telling Henrik Holappa's story to the world.

This is a perfect illustration as to why we, as White Nationalists, need to better learn to express ourselves using mainstream terminology as much as possible, otherwise we become marginalized. We don't have to water down the message; instead, we professionalize it. Others have done this, including Dr. David Duke, Don Black (although one of his moderators, White Resistance 14, has embarked upon a reign of terror), John Ubele, Jeff Schoep, Erich Gliebe, and others. John deNugent needs to loosen up his style a bit, and drop the Solutrean nonsense altogether. 99.9 percent of the population has never heard of "Solutreans", and the other 0.1 percent are Trekkies who think the Solutreans live in a buffer zone separating the Romulans from the Klingons. Unlike Martin Lindstedt and Hal Turner, John deNugent is clearly intelligent, articulate, and erudite; he has the potential to become another David Duke if he'll lose the tinfoil hat permanently.

But best of all, Henrik Holappa is free now.

National Socialist Movement's Phoenix Unit Rallies In Support Of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio On May 1st And 2nd, Vs. 2,000 Reds And Mexicans

Members of the National Socialist Movement's Phoenix Unit, as well as other pro-White supporters, rallied in support of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and against illegal immigration during the period May 1st and May 2nd, 2009. They showed up in opposition to an estimated 2,000 human flotsam and jetsam who were protesting Sheriff Joe's activities and demonstrating on behalf of illegal immigrants. One Latino supremacist organization present was the Mexica Movement; the YouTube videos embedded below, which show the NSM cadre, were filmed by the Mexica Movement.

The first after-action report is from May 1st and is posted on this Stormfront thread. Vito Lombardi, who elsewhere identifies himself as an NSM probate, showed up at the corner of 31st Ave and Van Buren at what he calls the "bowels of inner-city Phoenix" from 5 P.M. to 6 P.M. A pro-illegal group was holding a fundraiser for a community center for Mexican day laborers. This community center would be a source to help them find daily work and provide them food, water, shelter, and even living quarters or a safe haven.

Lombardi stood firm and proud by himself on the sidewalk near the entrance of the Mexican restaurant where the fund raiser was being held. He wore NSM-regulation black BDU top and cargo-like black pants, bloused over 8" high steel toe boots. He wore no hat, and only wore sunglasses when the sun was in his face (30 minutes tops). He held a 3x5 Arizona State Flag, on a 6' PCP [probably meant PVC] Pipe. He also held a sign that said, "NO SAFE HAVEN FOR ILLEGAL SCUM". And he was standing on a 3x5 Mexican flag as well. He received mixed reactions; many of the truckers driving by blew their horns and gave him a thumbs up. In contrast, the Mexicans and self-hating whites gave him the finger as they drove by.

Around 5:30 P.M. the Spanish News Channel 33 (Univision) stopped by to cover the fundraiser. Upon spotting Lombardi, they came over to interview him. Simultaneously, Stephen Lemons, who blogs as the Feathered Bastard for the Phoenix New Times, came over and shook hands with Lombardi, who promptly introduced himself. Lemons asked Lombardi if he was with the NSM, and Lombardi owned up to it, but emphasized that he was down there as a plain old American tired of people giving money to criminal invaders so they can have sanctuary. Lemons published his own account of the interview HERE. After a 10-minute interview, it was Univision's turn, and Lombardi told Univision why he was there. When asked why he was standing on a Mexican flag, Lombardi told them, "I'm trying to provoke a response, get some media, so I can express my views to the mainstream public".

Lombardi admitted that initially he was a bit afraid of being down in the ghetto. But he says that once he was out there standing on their flag, holding his sign and the State flag, his fears instantly vanished.

The second after-action report is of the bigger event on May 2nd and is posted on this other Stormfront thread. The NSM Phoenix Unit, along with longtime White activist J.T. Ready, showed up in front of the Maricopa County Jail around 8:30 A.M. They stood on the Mexican flag and held Confederate flags, the Arizona Flag, and the American Flag. Most of the other pro-sheriff people knew who they were and what they were about, and they had no issue with it. J.T. Ready gave away one of his original German Nazi Lapel pins to a guy who wore it proudly, and who may eventually join the NSM.

About an hour before the Reds and the Mexicans marched by, Sheriff Joe came by to thank his supporters. He stopped first where the NSM members and JT Ready were standing and showed no reluctance to be with them. According to this Phoenix New Times story, the NSM activists, fleshed out with non-racist "nativists", numbered 100, vs. an estimated 2,000 pro-illegal demonstrators. It is unknown whether or not activists from the nearby Mesa Unit of the Nationalist Coalition participated in the pro-White rally. Apparently none made themselves known to the NSM cadre. The NSM and the Nationalist Coalition have collaborated in previous activism, so there's no reported bad blood between the two organizations.

In all, this was a superior demonstration of organization and dedication by an NSM unit. In particular, Vito Lombardi's performance was noteworthy; he won't remain a probate much longer, and undoubtedly will be promoted to storm trooper. Not surprising that a paisan would lead the way; Italians are the one group of Whites least likely to take shit from other people, particularly in the big cities back east where Italian ethnic identity remains noticeable to this day.

New Zealand White Activist Kyle Chapman Retires From The Cause, Marries A Mormon Woman, But Will Still Speak Out Against Anti-White Discrimination

All of a sudden, I started getting beaucoup hits from New Zealand on this blog. The hits were on a previous post about longtime New Zealand White activist Kyle Chapman. So I Googled his name, and sure enough, he's back in the news - in a big way.

According to Stuff.co.nz, Kyle Chapman (pictured above left with his new bride) is retiring from active leadership of and involvement in the pro-White movement in New Zealand and has married Claire Clifford, a woman who is an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. From the media account, it wasn't a full-blown temple marriage, which is contracted for both time and eternity, but an ordinary temporal marriage at the chapel on Tuhikaramea Road. Chapman himself is also a Mormon, but drifted away from church activity during his period of White activism. A non-embeddable news video from TVNZ is also available HERE.

This is definitely a marriage of faith. Although Kyle and Claire have been corresponding for 3 1/2 years, the marriage cermerony was only the second time the two physically laid eyes upon one another. The couple will live on her lifestyle block on the outskirts of Hamilton.

The pair first met in Christchurch nearly four years ago when Ms Clifford was serving an LDS mission. They lost contact over the past three years and met again on the social networking website Facebook a month ago. They spent 80 hours on the phone in two weeks, decided to marry and Mr Chapman flew into the city yesterday morning.

Mr Chapman had already resigned as leader of the National Front in 2005, citing pressure on his children, who were being shunned at school. But now he's also quitting his roles with the Nationalist Alliance and The Survive Club, and hopes the people of the Waikato will give him a chance. But he's not banking on it. He has fears for his and Claire's safety and still holds some of the beliefs that made him a reviled figure. "A lot of people still have aggressive ideals towards me," he said.

The 38-year-old father of five by four different women, including one ex-wife, is a former skinhead who was addicted to alcohol and drugs. In his younger days in Invercargill he admitted to a series of arsons between 1987 and 1992, including fire-bombing a marae. His time in the National Front gained him plenty of media coverage and notoriety, the most memorable incident a clash on the streets of Wellington where 50 of his supporters, many skinheads, got into a bloody battle with 800 marchers from the Multicultural Aotearoa rally.

And as recently in January 2009, Chapman revealed plans for a commune-style mini-state in North Canterbury for "like-minded Europeans", referred to in the Stormfront community as a "PLE" (Pioneer Little Europe), to have training areas for sport fighting, a protected community and gatherings for active nationalists. Chapman expects the PLE plans to continue without him.

Now, Mr Chapman wants to focus on his marriage more than anything else. "I intend to live a calm lifestyle; I can't do that as the leader of anything. I'm about to move my whole life here. I'm about to walk away from a two-year contract in the middle of a recession. This is all based on faith.", said Chapman.

He had quit his job as a storeman at an electrical company in Christchurch and would look for work in Hamilton. "I've found that the lifestyle many people live in the extreme right-wing movement is not what I want to live."

Mr Chapman, who has not drunk alcohol since he was 21, hoped his former supporters would understand. "I'm the example of the Mormon who believes in the church but has been swayed away and has made mistakes." But he's concerned that some might see him as a sellout. "Most of them will be happy for me though they'll be bummed out I'm not with them. I love those guys, they are my brothers. This is no easy thing". But if reaction on Stormfront Downunder is an indicator, that shouldn't be a problem. Every poster on the thread, to a man, respects his decision and wishes him well.

As for Ms Clifford, she said church leaders were happy with her choice of husband. "They trust me, they're really happy for me. We've (Kyle and her) prayed about it and it feels totally right. LDS church leaders in the Priesthood chain of command (bishops, stake presidents, etc.) believe that they have the power of discernment via the Holy Ghost, so they can get vibes as to whether a decision is right or not. Kyle and Claire plan to start a family and eventually serve a mission together.

But here's the key. Alhough Mr Chapman repeatedly said he had moderated and that extreme National Front policies like repatriation of Asians and Polynesians were the group's, not his, he is NOT going to turn anti-racist. "I still have concerns that all white people don't have the same rights as some other people. But that's irrelevant if we're not finding a way of getting back to God". This means he will still speak out against anti-White discrimination when it occurs.

Actually, Kyle Chapman hasn't completely retired from White activism. He's merely exchanged one form of activism for another. Building a White family with a White woman is indeed a form of activism - and considering the declining White birth rate, it's a form of activism we can use much more of at this point in time. Chapman's decision is worthy of honor and respect.

Could all of these countries possibly have been anti-Semitic? If they hated Jews so much, why did all these countries admit Jews in the first place? And there are many multiple expulsions from the same locations. It seems like many Gentiles actually bent over backwards to get on with Jews, but there were repeated failures.

Kentucky Authorities To Terminate National Alliance's Adopt-A-Highway Litter Contract In Florence; Decision May Violate Yarnell v. Cuffley Precedent

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is planning to cancel the National Alliance's contract to participate in a state litter cleanup program. Transportation Cabinet spokesman Chuck Wolfe says the National Alliance has been found to be discriminatory. Wolfe says the group's contract to be in the "Adopt-A-Highway" program will have 15 days from the date of the letter before it's ended. Wolfe claims the cabinet was unaware of the group's beliefs when it was accepted into the program in September 2007.

The coordinator of the Cincinnati Unit of the National Alliance, Robert Ransdell, who initiated the group's participation in the Adopt-A-Highway program, "adopting" a section of highway near Florence, Kentucky, says the signs have been up for more than a year without any problem. Ransdell says the group is not a hate group and believes the state is itself being discriminatory.

The National Alliance plans to review its legal options. Whether or not it pursues a legal remedy will depend upon the funds available, the likelihood of raising additional public funds, and whether or not this particular issue would be considered worth contesting. As a matter of fact, National Alliance Chairman Erich Gliebe has since posted the following comment to the media story (special registration NOT required to post comments):

In a prospective court fight, the National Alliance could raise the following question: If the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet considers the National Alliance to be so "discriminatory", why did they not exercise due diligence and discover this upon the Cincinnati Unit's initial application in September 2007? Why did they wait nearly 18 months until the local media raised a stink before suddenly finding the Alliance to be "discriminatory", considering that the National Alliance has a website where their views are widely available to the public? A simple web search would have uncovered the information at the time. Unless, of course, the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet knew about the Alliance's racial views and approved their Adopt-A-Highway application anyway - then it could be exposed that the Cabinet has changed their mind simply because of media pressure and out of a desire to cover their asses.

The National Alliance could also cite the legal precedent set in the Supreme Court case of Yarnell v. Cuffley, in which the Court affirmed the right of a Klan organization to participate in Missouri's Adopt-A-Highway program, ruling that denying them participation would violate the group's free speech rights under the First Amendment. Two pro-White attorneys who could be useful to the National Alliance's cause are Edgar Steele and Richard Barrett. Steele not only has a considerable following throughout the White nationalist community, but is highly respected thanks to his Nickel Rants. Barrett, in contrast, is not so well-known, but is one of the few White nationalists to have actually won court cases revolving around pro-White issues, including one noteworthy victory in York, Pennsylvania.
