On December 16th, 2009, the last of Bill White's "high-profile victims" testified. The issue: On October 31st, 2007, after learning of an outrageous diversity brainwashing program at the University of Delaware which openly espoused anti-White bigotry, Bill White called the office of Kathleen Kerr (pictured at left), the school’s director of residence life, and told her secretary that he would hunt the administrator down, and “that anyone who viewed racism the way she does should be shot,” according to an indictment against the white supremacist. White also posted the home telephone numbers and addresses of Kerr and the university president on his website. General media stories from WSLS Channel 10 and WDBJ Channel 7.

First up was the secretary, Carol Bedgar. She said that after asking for Kathleen Kerr, Bill White identified himself as the commander of the ANSWP. He then allegedly instructed Bedgar: “Just tell her that people who think the way she thinks, we hunt down and shoot,”. Bedgar characterized the tone of White's voice as cold and dead-sounding, and said she felt evil and prayed for protection.
Next up was the University of Delaware's diversity dominatrix herself, Kathleen Kerr, who described the horror she felt after being told that a neo-Nazi leader had said he would hunt her down. Kerr testified that she viewed Bill White's message as “a call to action, a call to arms.” On cross-examination, Kerr admitted that the school’s diversity program for residence hall student administrators caused an outcry. At issue was a packet issued to residence hall staffers, or “RAs” at the beginning of the 2007 school year. It was issued to mostly students and graduate students, as well as made available on the school’s website. Kerr also admitted many people took issue with the program’s definition of “racism”—- that the word applied to “all white people“, and she acknowledged that there was an extensive outcry against the program by a multitude of conservative sources. But she said that only Bill White's response was threatening.
Finally, the prosecution rested its case shortly after 4 P.M. Defense attorney David Damico said he anticipates it will take about a day to put on his case, or longer if Bill White decides to testify. Whether White should testify is problematic - can he avoid becoming bombastic and blowing whatever advantage he's already amassed with the jury? A description of the University of Delaware's program is provided after the jump.
The "diversity awareness program" instituted by the University of Delaware from August through November 2007 was truly hideous and totalitarian in nature. As documented in a previous post, here are the highlights:
A mandatory University of Delaware program requires residence hall students to acknowledge that "all whites are racist" and offers them "treatment" for any incorrect attitudes regarding class, gender, religion, culture or sexuality they might hold upon entering the school, according to a civil rights group. Full story published October 30th, 2007 by WorldNetDaily.
And it doesn't stop there. The school requires all of its approximately 7,000 residence hall students "to adopt highly specific university-approved views on a whole range of issues ranging from politics to race, sexuality, sociology, moral philosophy and environmentalism."
And one student noted on FIRE's blog that a residence assistant (RA) told students, "Not to scare anyone or anything, but these are MANDATORY!!" And the training program for those who indoctrinate students includes the order: "A researcher must document that the treatment/intervention was faithfully applied (ex: specific lesson plans were delivered to every student, etc.)."
Requirements for students include: "Students will recognize that systemic oppression exists in our society," "Students will recognize the benefits of dismantling systems of oppression," and "Students will be able to utilize their knowledge of sustainability to change their daily habits and consumer mentality,"
Furthermore, the school requires "a systemic change" as a result of the program, FIRE noted. As one RA told students: "Like it or not, you all are the future Leaders, and the world is Diverse, so learning to Embrace and Appreciate that diversity is ESSENTIAL."
And here's how the University of Delaware defined racism under this program:
"A RACIST: A racist is one who is both privileged and socialized on the basis of race by a white supremacist (racist) system. 'The term applies to all white people (i.e., people of European descent) living in the United States, regardless of class, gender, religion, culture or sexuality. By this definition, people of color cannot be racists, because as peoples within the U.S. system, they do not have the power to back up their prejudices, hostilities, or acts of discrimination….'"
The education program also notes that "reverse racism" is "a term created and used by white people to deny their white privilege." And "a non-racist" is called "a non-term," because, the program explains, "The term was created by whites to deny responsibility for systemic racism, to maintain an aura of innocence in the face of racial oppression, and to shift the responsibility for that oppression from whites to people of color (called 'blaming the victim')."
This is flagrant anti-White bigotry. The wonder is not that Bill White threatened her, but that he retained enough presence of mind not to carry out that threat.
