The Brotherhood of Klans recently distributed "racist" flyers in Marion, Ohio, and a black woman who received a flyer is a bit upset. The Marion Star published the primary story on October 28th, 2008, and their report is almost exclusively on this black woman's reaction. One would think she's the second coming of Rosa Parks.

The flyers were distributed in Marion sometime during the past weekend, focusing mostly upon the south side of town centered around the Crescent Heights Apartments. The flyer shows a hooded Klansman with the words "The KKK Wants You", and invites white recipients to "join them to take back the rights which have been given to others in the name of political correctness". It lists local contact information for the Brotherhood of Klans KKK at P.O. Box 2395 in Marion, OH 43301. View a PDF copy of the flyer HERE.
But Etesta Hudson is upset because she received a flyer, and she's black. She reported it to the police. "This is a little intimidating for me, because I'm originally from Mississippi," said the 50-year-old Windsor Street resident who recounted a childhood marked by violent life experiences in the racially divided South in the 1960s. She said she respects the rights of individuals to have their opinions, prejudiced or not, "but don't come that damn close to me. I don't like to feel tense". [Ed. Note: Lady, we don't like your people coming so damn close to us, either, that's why we keep moving away from you. It's called "white flight"]
Hudson said she also discovered an identical flyer posted on a telephone pole near her residence and was told by police officers who spoke with her about the incident that similar reports had been received on another street in the city. But when the police arrived, she got uppity and was upset with the first officer who responded to her report, saying he told her not to take the incident personally. She felt the patrolman was being "insensitive" and demanded to see a lieutenant, who she said was more "understanding" about her concerns. The patrolman was not disciplined.
Police Lt. Mark Beaschler said the matter has been turned over to the department's investigations bureau. "Unfortunately, it's happened before," Beaschler said. "We have a general idea of the source, but have been unable to pursue anything at this point". However, Beaschler said police have also reported the incident to the FBI "as a matter of protocol because it's racially motivated. It's something we make them aware of. If there's any other red flags out of the ordinary, we just let them know that". But the Feds would not be able to take action unless it could be proven that Etesta Hudson was personally and specifically targeted, which it cannot, since flyers were distributed to other residences.
Beaschler also explained that determining who left the flyer would be difficult unless someone saw the person leave the flyer or recorded the incident on a video camera.
Safety Director Tom Robbins said other racially motivated incidents have occurred in the city. "It has happened a couple of times," said Robbins, as longtime police officer before being appointed safety director. "They were very isolated incidents over the years. The police department always took an aggressive approach to investigating these."
Commentary: Notice how the Marion Star went out a found a "pet victim" for maximum propaganda purposes. A grey-headed black lady...who just happened to live in Mississippi during the Jim Crow era. Designed to provoke maximum emotional reaction against the Klan. After all, who could oppose a grey-headed old lady, right? And who hasn't been taught that the Jim Crow era was a brutal period of our history, a slow "holocaust" if you will.
Like so much of the media, the Marion Star couldn't be bothered to explore why a growing number of whites share the points of view promoted by the BOK flyer 44 years after the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Perhaps they're afraid to admit that civil "rights" for blacks turned out to be civil "wrongs" for whites?

Hispanic News Producer Ramon Galindo From KGTV Channel 10 In San Diego Sets Up Fake New Saxon Profile To Entrap White Nationalists In The Military
News producer Ramon Galindo, who works for KGTV Channel 10 in San Diego, launched an investigative report to uncover white nationalists serving in the military. To facilitate the investigation, he set up fake profiles on both MySpace and New Saxon, impersonating a member of the military. Full story from 10News.com. Because of the station's highly restrictive fair use policy, I cannot copy any part of their post, although I can summarize it.
At the link, there is also a link to a video entitled "I-Team Exposes Racists In Military". During the video, they showed a screen shot of the fake New Saxon profile that Galindo set up. The name of the profile is "mmgrunt6".

British Show Some Backbone: Judge Refuses To Extradite Holocaust Revisionist Dr. Fredrick Töben To Germany For Now, But Strict Bail Conditions Imposed
It looks like the British have a bit of backbone left. On October 29th, 2008, in City of Westminster Magistrates Court, District Judge Daphne Wickham refused to grant Germany's request to extradite famed Holocaust Revisionist scholar Dr. Fredrick Töben, ruling the European Union warrant to be invalid as it contains inadequate detail about the offences. It neither states the name of the website nor where the propaganda is said to have been published from - merely referring to the 'world-wide internet'. After discharging Töben, Judge Wickham granted him bail pending an appeal by the German authorities. But he was not expected to be released immediately, since she imposed a series of strict conditions including a £100,000 security (meaning the money must actually be handed over to the court, not merely pledged), residence at an approved address, written confirmation from the Australian High Commission of which passports he holds, no Internet access, and a ban on giving press interviews. The latter two are safeguards to prevent any "public order act" offences.
Judge Wickham rejected an argument from Melanie Cumberland, representing the German authorities, that the required information could be acquired. The judge said: "Compliance, in my view, cannot be fulfilled by a drip-feed of information as and when the issuing authority provides it. I find that the particulars are vague and imprecise, I find the warrant invalid and therefore discharge the defendant". Judge Wickham then added that she had not been required to decide at this stage whether the alleged crimes were valid extradition offences.
Dr Töben, who founded the Adelaide Institute, smiled broadly as the judge handed down her decision. Dr Töben's solicitor Kevin Lowry-Mullins described today's ruling as a victory and said the academic, who has been granted bail, looked forward to the High Court hearing his case.
A group of about 10 of his supporters, including British Holocaust denier David Irving and former Australian beauty queen Lady Michele Renouf, also cheered the decision from the courtroom's small public gallery. Irving said he believed the High Court would uphold the judge's decision. The High Court is expected to hear Dr Töben's case early next year.
Töben has been in custody since October 1st, when he was arrested at Heathrow Airport on a flight from America, on his way to Dubai. He was refused bail at that time. Dr. Toben has posted his most recent letter and an appeal for financial help on his website.

Canadian Cowardice: Parry Sound, Ontario Town Council Cancels European Heritage Week To Avoid Association With "Racist" Nationalist Party Of Canada
On October 24th, 2008, the Parry Sound Beacon-Star reported that during the October 21st meeting of the Parry Sound Town Council, the council passed a resolution to rescind their endorsement of European Heritage Week, because it's associated with the Nationalist Party of Canada, considered racist. The resolution was introduced by councillor Paul Borneman, and seconded by Conrad van der Valk. In addition, the council also passed an amendment asking the party to remove any indication of Parry Sound’s support of European Heritage week on its website.
Currently, the NPC website includes Parry Sound on a list of cities and towns which have endorsed the heritage week. But their real problem is that Don Andrews, the party's leader who operates the website out of Toronto, is considered an outspokenly racist leader, and has a conviction on a racial-related offense in his past. In 1975, Andrews, then the leader of the Western Guard, was charged with offences ranging from plotting arson, possession of weapons and explosives, and mischief. He was ultimately sentenced to two years in jail for conspiring to bomb a visiting Israeli soccer team. And according to Wikipedia, Andrews was also peripherally involved in the Dominica caper in 1979, but managed to avoid any criminal culpability.
The NPC website still lists Parry Sound as of this post. It states, “The fourteenth annual European Heritage Week has been our best ever, with three cities: Cranbrook, B.C., Parry Sound and Midland, Ontario proclaiming it this year. It’s most gratifying to see these municipalities stand up and be counted ... We thank all those who took the time to read our requests for declaration, and the communities of Cranbrook, Parry Sound and Midland for their courage and fortitude”. The information remains technically correct, as Parry Sound did proclaim it earlier this year. History can be repealed, but it cannot be removed.

Nationalist party leader Andrews declared the period October 13-19 to be European Heritage week in 1994. Andrews has yet to respond to media enquiries over this latest development. But just days before, he explained his motives in an article published by the National Post. Andrews said the resolution promotes racial awareness.
"No matter what, anybody rescinds it, some pressure group runs up and says, 'Oh no, no, they're Nazis!' Whatever, you know. Point is, you don't shoot the messenger if it's a good idea, and this is a timely idea right now, for people to recognize themselves. Instead of just lashing out at other minorities, [it would] be better to feel something about themselves," Andrews said.
Commentary: Canada celebrates other ethnic heritages. According to this site, they celebrate Aboriginal heritage, Asian heritage, and Black History Month. Yet when presented the opportunity to also extend official recognition to the European population whose ancestors built Canada into the modern state that it is today, the Parry Sound municipal government got cold feet and backed down. Cowardice. Of course, Jewish supremacists from B'nai B'rith Canada have been operating behind the scenes for years to suppress European Heritage Week.

He wasn't demanding that they hold an NSM or Klan-style rally, replete with a cross or swastika lighting. He was merely asking that they recognize and highlight European heritage on the same grounds as the heritage of other groups.
